To lose weight you have to be be consistent with right diet & follow a regular exercise regime. Avoid high calorie food like processed & packed food. Eat nutritious & balanced meal. Take 2 servings of fruits daily. Say no to oily & sugary food.

For weight loss you have to consume fewer calories than your daily requirement. Exercise alone is not sufficient you have to take care of your diet first.e.g. if you are doing 1 hour brisk walk you will burn 250 kcal but single package of chips contain kcal. So to decrease weight you require individual diet and exercise schedule. Consult me privately.

Hair fall in your case is most likely due to pollution and improper care of hair. 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. Hi Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night....take chitrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner...take 5-7 munakkas with milk...eat papaya in fruits ...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....avoid alcohol consumption...

I m not in favour. Neither will any qualified Ayurveda or allopathic doctor. Only OTC product marketing cos. can guide like this. Safe herbal decoctions prepared simply at home, negative calric intake, jogging walking etc, fibers and warm water can do wonders but not with fictitious rapidityrapidity which can harm you. Yes, no starvation please.

You should go for blood tests like t3, t4, tsh for hypothyroidism, cbc for low haemoglobin & infection; lft and lipid profile and lastly, the hormonal profile if these are normal. An ultrasound will look for any mass in the uterus, ovarian cyst, etc. A thorough check up is mandatory. An iron rich diet and multivitamins are suggested.

I would need some more details before prescribing a specific diet. However, for now please have 5-6 small meals in a day. You should drink 2 glasses warm water as soon as you wake up preferably with lemon in it. This is like washing your body internally. Follow it up with a fruit of your choice and then breakfast with in 30-45 minutes. You should have home made conventional breakfast. Take a fruit or green tea or sprouts in between breakfast and lunch. Take a balanced lunch try and include protein carbohydrate and fats. Not to forget 2 cups of salad. Take a light snack in the eve an early dinner is always good when you are trying to lose weight. Make sure you are drinking enough water through the day. You also must exercise at least 5 times a week. If done regularly, you will definitely see results. All the best!

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
