Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Yoga can also help you for weight loss. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Hi, tips for weight loss follow a balanced diet. Eat more homemade food. Have 3 servings of vegetables a day start a day with health breakfast like king. Drink more water. Add a meatless meal once a week. Eat more whole grain. Switch from full fat dairy to low fat. Eat good & healthy fat. Have healthy snacks.

Weight loss you can take methi seeds water. (overnght saoked 1tsp methi seeds in 1 glass of water and take it nxt morning) * take more of veggies in your diets and fruits which are low in sugar are- apple, papaya, gauva, jamun. * take plenty of water (2.5-3 litres per day) * avoid skipping of meals. * choose whole grain like - jowar, bajra, oats, barley, ragi, wheat. * take 3-4 almonds and walnut (1/2) (overnght saoked)

How to Use Orlistat capsules I have Orlistat capsules but I don't know how to use it.
Take orlistat during or within 1 hour after a meal that contains some fat (no more than 30% of the calories for that meal). Orlistat is usually taken 3 times daily. If you skip a meal or you eat a meal that does not contain any fat, skip your orlistat dose for that meal.

Hi, I want to loose weight. I am taking 1500 calories diet everyday. Do workout 1 hours, 5 days in a week. Type of workout is walking, running, power yoga, strength training. But I am not able to loose weight. Lat month I reduce 2.5 kg but again after monthly menstruation again I gain 1 kg (3 days I stop workout). Please advise.

Aim to lose 2 kgs per month. Aim for a long term change, do not worry about minor fluctuations. Never lose hope, never give up. You are moving in the right direction, and this is the most important thing. Count all calories including outings, socialising, biscuits, colas etc. Out of the workouts you have mentioned, maximum weight loss will happen with Running and Jogging. 70% of exercise time should be devoted to intense cardio which includes running at speed of 8+ on treadmill or outside. Other exercises like Power Yoga, Strength Training, Walking will give less calories burn therefore you can spend balance 30% on Yoga, Strength, Walk, Stretches etc. If you have time, then add another 30 minutes for faster weight loss. All the best.

Work out. Diet burning more calories than consuming results into weight loss. But it is not as simple as it sounds. You need to make your own diet plan, with 25% less calories than normal. Make a work out routine and include cardio. Take protein instead of carbs. You can loose 1 to 4 inches in a month depending on your body type. Weight takes more time to go down but you should not loose more than 3 kgs in one month. Generally people are able to loose only one kilo if they do not do any crash diet or hire a gym trainer, which is actually better.

If someone has PCOD. The best way to keep it in control is by proper lifestyle ie Exercise and nutrition. Certain foods which you should stop immediately is Wheat and wheat products, dairy and sugars. Certain tips to maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
