Dear to decrease your belly fat you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3.Drink 3 litres of water daily. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Ou need to take a balanced diet. Do exercise. Eat fat burner foods. Eat one glass luke warm water with lemon juice with one tsp honey in the early morning. Follow a low calorie balanced diet. Eat low calorie foods. Eat more vegetables n fruits. Eat 4 ltrs water. Eat flax seed powder with 1 glass of water before go to bed. Eat pomegranate /day if you want really lose weight. Aviod fast foods.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert. Hi, Am 5' 10" tall, aged 57 years, always been heavily built, played lots of game all through out my life, even now play about 10 holes in Golf (2. 75 Km walk and body movement exercise ) 4 times a week. I weigh 106 KG, muscles shrinking tummy bulge (specially when shoulder/arms and thigh muscles are reducing)(44 for a very long time) am diabetic on (Metformin) Jenumet 50/1000 I wish to reduce weight, am aware of oil/ ghee butter cheese and red meat sugar and sugerish fruits, but not able to reduce at all. Usually have back ache also now a days. Please advice,

Your bmi is 33. 5. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. You need bariatric surgery. You will have to really work hard at 1.Controlling your dietary habits like Cold drinks,Junk and fried food,Fatty food,Chocklates,Chips etc 2.Eat home made food 3.Daily brisk cycling for 45 minutes 4.Avoid mobiles and computers as much as you can 5.Always use stairs while climbing,no lift please 6.Help your mother in house hold works 7.No dieting but a light dinner 2 hours before sleep consisting of fruits and vegetables and a glass of milk. 8.just follow the above steps for next 3 months and show me the reports 9.CAN ABHIRAM DO IT

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice We are offering ayurveda course for obesity.

Hello, You haven't mentioned your height to evaluate your ideal body weight. Weight loss diet depends on many factors like lifestyle, exercise routine, diet consumption, socioeconomic factors, clinical traits, stress etc. However the best way to loose is maintain a complete balance between diet and exercise. An ideal diet should include lots of fiber which is available fresh fruits and vegetables. A good blend of good carbohydrates and optimal proteins. You need to settle your exercise routine at earliest.

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon. Drink more water in a day. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Do not take rice at night. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan play Basket ball . Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. For weight loss:-- 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day.
