Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Pain in anus is not usually due to haemorrhoids. It is usually due to cut or abrasion in the anal mucosa.(ref. Anal fissure). You must avoid constipation. Take plenty of fluids, fibre rich diet and fruits. Avoid non-veg and fried food. Take warm sitz bath twice a day. If the problem persists, you should consult some surgeon in person. Thanks.

Please do chest x-ray/ecg/cbc first. Also if she is having any illness that needs to be treated. For chest pain she needs to take rhus tox 200 - twice daily. If there is any digestive disorder that needs to be checked - a usg of whole abdomen should be done.

You need to follow a proper diet even though while travelling. Try to include good amount of digestible fibre in your diet like oats, milk + wheat flakes, oats idli, lots of fresh fruits and saute veggies. Avoid eating carbohydrate rich food, refined cereals (maida, noodles, pastas). Along with diet you need to do physical activities also to increase your metabolic rate.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Hye, thanks for the query. Surgery is an option when increased weight becomes life threatening. You are young. Give your body the chance of losing weight in a natural healthy manner. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. Bypass surgery is not for weight loss, but a cardiac surgery. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.

Do not use medicines, start doing surya pranaam to lose belly fat. Start doing ushapan, means drink luke warm water when you wake up, and drink 3 to 4 liters water in a day, your fat will start flushing through urine, don't eat after sunset, start walking and jogging, avoid sugar and processed food also.

Reduce food intake, include fruits and salads in meal and breakfast and drink two glasses water 10-15 minutes before meal, start 20-30 minutes’ walk morning and evening, no non-vegetarian food, herbal preparations are more effective, if interested inform.
