Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

I have undergone scissorian operation 2 yrs before, I belly muscle loosen and hanging down, how I reduce it or how to tighten my stomach muscle?

The word fat in itself is very alarming. Body fat or weight is the topic of concern for most people today. Due to the lack of physical activities these days people tend to gain weight at a faster rate. Long working hours, which involves sitting in front of computers, have lead to the increase in belly size? pot belly? or? beer belly? are just few names with which it is known. Abdominal crunches? lay down flat on the floor? bend the knees with feet on the floor? place your hands by the side of your ears? take a deep breath? crunch up lifting the head and chest a bit. The aim is to try and touch the knees with the forehead. But do not try to do it in the first attempt. Give your body some time? now move down gradually, exhaling the air. Descending movement must be slower than the crunch up movement. Repeat the steps 5 to 10 times some tips? squeeze a lemon in a cup of warm water. Drink this water as soon as you get up in the morning. Drink lots of water throughout the day, keep yourself well hydrated? drink green tea in the morning. It has antioxidants that help the body to burn fat and detoxify. Eliminate all juice (except natural pomegranate juice) and soft drinks from your diet. Drink only 1 cup of coffee a day? avoid junk food at all cost? start exercising. Do hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking on an incline every day. Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk.For further assistance and complete diet plan and treatment you can consult me privately.

Especially for you few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

Hi. Thanks for the query. Keto diet is for extreme cases where it's a lazt resort. If you are not very overweight then go for a proper weight loss routine of eating right and exercising. Also deciding whether keto diet will be okay is based on your blood parameters Bmi and other health issues. Firstly get yourself assessed.

No drug for fat loss is safe. Sorry, but you have misconception that you r morbid obese. You r just 8 kg more than required. You will need diet control in form of reducing oily things, avoid free sugar and take lot of salads. Do regular 1 hr exercise. Thats all you need.

Hello, What's your height dear? It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose belly fat: body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan: * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. To reduce the belly fat: * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.
