HI, Jaundice is a viral infection which affects the liver and results in impairment of the functioning of the liver. The symptoms of jaundice are: - Fever - Vomitting - Tiredness - Loss of appetite - Abdominal pain - Yellowish discolouration of the conjunctiva, tongue, nail beds, skin and urine. - Whitish stools. - Body itching - Enlargement of the liver and spleen It can be prevented by maintaining personnel hygiene, not drinking contaminated water and eating unhygienic food on the roadside. Hepatitis vaccine also can be taken. Follow these precautions: - Maintain personnel hygiene like washing hands thoroughly with soap before eating and after attending to the nature calls. - Avoid eating roadside food which are unhygienic. - Wash vegetables before cooking and wash the fruits before consuming. - Drink only purified water. - Keep the eatables covered to avoid flies sitting on them and contaminating it.

Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Drink plenty of water. Thank you.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Suicide is a cowardly way out. Your life is very precious, and all this debt has caused you so much anguish that the shortage of money has made you contemplate death, to escape the stress. Is life so cheap? analyze what went wrong with the business: was it miscalculation, or too much splurging and living beyond your means, or was it business forces far beyond your knowledge and control etc? then make a strategy to rework the plan and approach it to suit the current situation. Debtors will be satisfied if you at least repay in small amounts. If you have borrowed from private parties, whose rate of interest is illegally high, then you are under the threat of loan sharks, and must act accordingly to fight this menace. You can lodge a complaint and take legal recourse to bring justice to the plight you are in. Be a man and at least fight for justice. If you have to die in that fight, you have fought a good fight. You may also meet with a business consultant to get some professional guidance about the running of your enterprise. If worse comes to worst, sell the business and recover some of the losses. Have faith in god and pray regularly too, for some divine intervention. Hi, Diabetes is not a curable disease, it can only be controlled with medication and diet. Please follow these tips to keep the disease under control: - Avoid all whites like rice, sugar, maida,etc. - Eat in small quantities 4-5 servings per day. - Walk daily for 1 hour. - Avoid intake of oil fried food and sweets. - Take medicines prescribed by the doctor regularly. - Visit your doctor regularly for follow up check-ups. - Get your sugar levels checked once in a month and try to keep it under control. - Get rid of mental tensions and worries. - Be active always and avoid sedentary life style. - Perform yoga and meditation to keep your mind calm. - Consume lot of fiber in your diet which lowers your cholesterol levels .
