firstly, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin e to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study, applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing. In the study, vitamin e either had no effect or made matters worse for 90% of the patients, and 33% who put vitamin e on the skin developed a contact dermatitis. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Do reply back for private consultation.

Any scrotal swelling must be diagnosed by physical examination and if needed usg. Most appropriate hand for the same is a surgeon. The treatment varies with different diagnosed diseases which may be hydrocele, hernia, neoplasms etc. It must not be taken lightly since this may lead (if no direct complications) to the pressure effects on the testes. Good morning. Actually j m going from some depression, as I don't have any girlfriend and time as I am working and I ...
Masturbation twice per week is healthy excess leads to side effects. Some of the after- effects of masturbation are: a. The nervous system is affected the most. B. Besides the heart, the digestive system, the urinary system as well as the other systems are adversely affected and consequently the whole body becomes the museum of diseases with profound weakness. C. The eyes become sunken, the cheek bones protrude and there is a black rim round the eyes. D. Continuous headache and backache. E. Dizziness and loss of memory. F. Palpitation of heart on lightest exertion. G. Nervousness. H. Unable to perform any heavy physical or mental work. I. The person dislikes any company and activities and rather likes to sit in seclusion and suffers from weakness. J. All the senses are impaired. K. Vision becomes dim, the tongue begins to stammer and ears tend to become deaf etc. L. Lastly t. B. Or insanity or some other serious disease catch hold of the victim to lead his life to a close. M. Impotency/ erectile dysfunction / premature ejaculation, reduced penis size, hardness etc therefore, young men are advised to consult a qualified and honest homoeopathic practitioner for his expert advice and effective treatment instead of wasting his money with quacks. Further, those young men who are or have been engaged in the regular habits of masturbation should not ignore the necessity to consult the qualified homoeopaths to avoid sexual embarrassment at the time of marriage.

Cough and cold is a common complaint almost everybody suffers from. But I presume you are having recurring complaints for along time. One reason could be low immunity. Another reason could be allergy. Both the conditions are treatable, but requires long treatment and certain changes in lifestyle. See a good family physician and you will recover easily. I am 26 year old. I am suffering from 103 fever and lose motion. Which medicine good for treating this item?

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
I am 26 year old. I am suffering from 103 fever and lose motion. Which medicine good for treating this item?
Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase. Also take podophyllum 200 - thrice daily for next 3 days- for loose motion.

Hello doctor, I have much pain in my back and legs. I also have done MRI but no issues found. I do not know what is t...
After getting mri done, not much to contribute for btterment, don't go for operation. Back pain depends on lot of factors such as your profession, type of work, the way you sit, the way you sleep, the way you lift the things etc. Best way is take rest on flat (palang) bed with 2 inches thickness, don't bend & work or lift any thing from ground, rest should be complete except allowing youself to bath room& all the instruction which are advised by qualified doctor or physiotherapist. I am sure you will be much better, take some simple pain killers like dolo 650 mg three times daily on & off when you require them. Don' t forget todo some back extension exercises when you don't feelpain to prevent future episodes of pain.
