Dear, all face wash are soap based. So the only puspose of face wash is to clean the face skin and remove the dirt and oily secretion from the face skin.So if you want to choose the face wash. Choose it according to the type of your skin. If your skin is so oily and moist, it means your skin gland produce more oily secretion sochoose that face wash which removes these secretions and make your face glow. You can use himalayas neem face wash for that. The best thing is fullers earth (multani mitti) for the oily skin. If you have a sensetive skin then please donot use any face wash. Just soak thecotton in rose water and clean the face very gently with it and do not rub the face with it. In case, you have normal and healthyskin, then you can use any mild face wash or mild and soft soaps like dove or pears. I hope you understand what I want to tell you. Follow these things and have a healthy glowing face. Be healthy. you can use garnier double action face wash.

Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

Definitely curable. But you need to find a good doctor who can advise you right exercises. It's a mechanical problem and has to be treated with either physiotherapy or surgery. Surgery is rarely required. Be aware of surgery rackets in big hospitals.

This is due to lack of hydration in the mouth and this can only be corrected by iron rich diet as this will enhance the mucus production inthe mouth and this is really needed to restore the local immunity and less of infection as whenever the bacteria enters in the mouth this gets trapped in the mucus of the mouth.

Deep condition every alternate week. Use a deep conditioner that contains protein at least twice a month to strengthen hair. Hot oil treatment with olive oil to intensely moisten the hair follicles is also very effective to stop hair fall.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. But, dietary changes can speed up the effects exercise has on your belly fat and love handles. Commit to a lower-calorie diet. A pound of fat equals 3, 500 calories, so when your body burns that much off and doesn't replace it with more, you lose weight. Create the deficit with your exercise and increase it by choosing smaller portions of whole, unprocessed food. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless  chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Quit smoking and reduce stress to help you target belly fat and love handles for loss. Stress can cause you to make poor food choices, overeat and release a hormone called cortisol, which makes your body more likely to put on fat in your midsection. Adequate sleep, more than five hours per night and less than nine, correlates with slimmer bellies. Drink about 2 liters of water per day. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals.   Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to lush out your system & avoid bloating. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad diets and only doing singular ab exercises or ab machines alone will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

My mom (age 45, wt 78 kgs, BP 130/110) is having s1, s2, l3, l4, l5 prolapse since 5 years and also have D3, B12 vitamin deficiency. 15 days back she underwent hysterectomy operation where uterus, both ovaries and both fallopian tubes are removed. What problems would she face in future and what precautions should she take to maintain her health. Please suggest.

For prolapse she need to wear corset or do surgery and ortho will be able to guide her based on her condition. For hysterectomy she may need hormone replacement if the part of ovaries is not kept. This only the surgeon who did operation can tell.
