hello lybrate user, there are various causes of hair fall, like exposure to pollution, prolong stress, chemical content of shampoo, prolong illness like malaria, typhoid,hormonal imbalance (like hypothyroidism),nutrition deficiency etc; have protein rich diet like milk, egg, etc. add more fruits in diet, avoid stress, have enough sleep(7-8 hrs), give coconut/almond oil massage to scalp (only if suits well )..try homeopathy for chronic hair fall and irregular menses, it's safe and natural. in Chronic cases, medicine is selected on basis of thorough details like medical history, cause, etc.; such well selected remedy gives complete relief and cure, message back for homeopathic consultation.

Some tips to lose weight are 1.1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Can I do yoga exercises and gym if I have ulcerative colitis. I have mild ulcerative colitis. I have been told to avoid milk and raw fruits what alternative should I eat to not to be malnourished.

5 Ayurvedic Tips For Healthy Weight Loss

Nothing is more disappointing than a failed attempt to lose weight and the constant struggle to shed the flab. Sometimes, best results can be achieved by making simple changes to your lifestyle, including your eating habits without being emotionally and physically stressed. If you have to lose weight, you might as well enjoy the process and do it in a healthier way. Following are ayurvedic tips for a healthier and systematic weight loss:

1. Hot water

Hot water combined with lemon juice and ginger or herbal teas acts as a natural detox. Sip on hot water throughout the day to cleanse your entire internal system from impurities and blockages. It helps to improve digestion and staves off hunger in between meals. It is one of the easiest ways to lose weight and stay healthy at the same time. It is advisable to drink boiled water as it is considered to be more effective than hot water.

2. Eat warm and cooked foods for lunch

Your lunch should consist of warm and cooked foods as they are easily digestible and provide the right amount of nutrients for your body. You can include a variety of cooked food in your lunch because the body metabolism gets adequate time to process the food. Eating cold food has a reverse effect on your body as they lead to weight gain. Avoid a diet consisting of only carbohydrates and proteins as they do not nourish your body but simply make you crave for food in between meals. Instead go for green vegetable and lean protein.

3. Light evening meal

The body metabolism and digestion slows down as you reach the end of the day so it's recommended to have light evening meals. Heavy meals in the evening are often poorly digested and accumulate as excess fat. All your efforts of weight maintenance throughout the day goes in vain if you eat a meal of processed foods or foods rich in refined carbohydrates. It is recommended to eat a vegetarian meal or a meal consisting of complex grains like brown rice. Avoid binging on leftovers and high calorie desserts.
 
4. Exercise

It goes without saying that exercise is a key to a healthy mind and body. Do away with a sedentary lifestyle as that is one of the primary causes of weight gain. If you don't have time to workout it will help even if you take a walk daily. Exercise will not only help you to lose the extra kilos but will keep your energy up and increase your body's metabolism. It also improves bone and muscle health.

Once a menstrual bleeding had finished, very few women bleed again till next menses. But in some slight bleeding may occur at ovulation time. This is perhaps what you are experiencing. But without a thorough examination, one will not be able to rule out other causes, like cervical erosion, polyp or infection or even a vaginal tear. So best to go and see a gynecologist.

These will help you to increase weight. Eat more foods more frequently. Drink whole cream milk or milk shake. Use weight gainer nutritional supplement. Include more sweet potato with white potato, carrot, corn, chikoo, banana, apple, jack fruit, grapes etc. Use whole grain, whole wheat, brown rice, brown bread etc. Take more protein in your diet. Add cream with your tea/coffee. Drink water 3lit/day but not just before or during meals. Take more cake, chocolate, ice cream, olive oil, canola, coconut, flax seed, sunflower seed, almond, walnut etc. Regular free hand exercise for better health.

U must use good sunscreen like Sungrace Total in the morning and take one capsule of Antoxid HC in the morning, Apply SKINBLESS LITE CREAM at night.
