hello,please explain if you have Cervical spondylosis, is there any pain in head , occiput area. In the mean time you can take Hypericum 1X, 2 tabs twice daily with warm water. Gelsemium 30 , 3 drops twice daily. Revert me after 10 days.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Pilonidal sinus requires complete excision of the sinus tract along with the surrounding involved skin and fat. The resultant defect needs to be filled up with flap from surrounding tissues in same stage. A plastic surgeon only can give justice to such operations.

Consult an orthopaedic doctor. Do leg ,knee ankle exercises under a physiotherapist. Do hot fomentation. Get serum calcium and vitamin D3 levels tested. Arflur twice a day after meals for 5 days may be taken. Do oil massage of lower limbs.

Kindly show me x rays of your shoulder. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do neck & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Shoulder exercises can be done any time. It should not be done immediately after taking food. Do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

during work, drving u should wear and during restApply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times u dont need to wear
