I am 39 years old working in logistics company as a sales representative, I was travel minimum 1000 km by car or bike, last three month I have a heavy back pain, when I wake up from bed, I feel heavy foot ache with back, after 3 to 5 min only take normal, now my weight is 76 kgs with height of 164, can you confirm what treatment I want to do it?

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

I am feeling pain in different part of right hand alongwitg tingling since last one month and took Vitamin B tablet on advice of some doctor which reduced the frequency of tingling. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Hello lybrate user, get your x-ray of the knee joint in standing weight bearing position in anteroposterior and lateral projections. Mostly it is has osteoarthritis of the knee joint wherein the articular cartilage of the joint gets progressively degenerative. Common in old age and indian population who use indian toilets and squat use knee caps regular exercise hot water bag some natural medicines x-ray and her level of discomfort will dictate the management plan. You need to consult an orthopaedic dr and till than for pain take tablet paracetamol and you need to do few exercise training from a physiotherapist and also take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months
