Back pain is caused due to various reasons. A detailed evaluation is needed to diagnose exact problem. However you can start doing some exercises to relieve from your back pain. Do back strengthening exercises thrice a day. Do back stretching exercises if you feel any tightness. Modify your life style, sitting and standing postures. Sit erect and make sure your feet is touching the floor. Avoid bending forward repeatedly. You can also do hot water fermentation with added salt in it for instant pain relief. It will give soothing effect. Follow this and revert back.

Hello, there is a possibility that you may have developed cervical erosions due to cervicitis and this can be confirmed with a per speculum examination and can be treated with a course of antibiotics.

More often I loose confidence over my sexual power and this resulted my disturbed married life. Lack of sexual desire and erectile dysfunction are the basic problems I face. Testicular Cancer - Everything You Want To Know About It

Testicular cancer is mostly witnessed among young adults in the age range of 24–35. It results from the growth of abnormal cells in the testes. It is not the most common type of cancer found in the body, but can pose a serious threat to an individual if not treated early. The cure rate is one of the highest among all kinds of cancer found in the body. This being said, the rate of cure is totally dependent on the stage of detection.

Risk Factors for Testicular Cancer
The historical trend of testicular cancer suggests that white men are prone to this type of cancer than their African, Asian and Latino counterparts. A person with a family history of testicular cancer of HIV is at higher risk of getting this disease. Some other risk factors include Klinefelter’s syndrome and cryptorchidism.

Protection from Testicular Cancer
There is no hard and fast rule of protection. It is suggested that the testicles get evaluated while routine medical check-up. A person with a family history of testicular cancer should opt for a periodic checkup after every three months. In case a patient has already recovered from testicular cancer, routine medical tests are a must to ensure non-recurrence.

Symptoms of Testicular Cancer
The common symptom is a swelling in the testicle. It feels like a thickening of the testicle and is mostly painless. Minor discomfort in the swelling region is often reported. Some other symptoms include back pain, ache in the scrotum and groin, change in the size of the testicle, bloating of the lower abdomen and heavy sensation of the scrotum. There is a rare form of this cancer, which produces a female hormone called estrogen in a man’s body. This disease results in a lack of sexual desire, lump in the affected area, etc. Even less serious testicular cancer might show these symptoms. An oncologist should be immediately consulted if one or more of these symptoms surfaces.

What are the treatment options?
Testicular cancer is mostly cured with the help of a surgery. A follow-up radiation and chemotherapy is suggested by doctors to destroy the surrounding cells. It is done to ensure that the cancer cells do not spread easily and the chance of recurrence is minimal. The rate of cure depends on early detection.

Does testicular cancer affect sexuality?
In most of the cases, testicular cancer is detected in one testicle. If this is the case, the other testicle produces all the hormones needed for sexual drive. It also does not affect sex drive, beard and muscularity. There is also a large section of patients who reported of a difficult sexual life after the surgery. There can be some discomfort in the scrotum as well. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an oncologist.

Calcium and vit d3 deficiency will lead to osteoporosis (porous bones). Therefore, please undergo bone densitometry test of the whole body to assess the severity of the disease. Take calcium supplements everyday. Expose your body to early rays of the sun in the morning for about 15-20 mins so that your body will absorb vit d3 from the sun's rays. Drink 2 glasses og milk everyday.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. I guess, you are not getting along well with your husband and/or in-laws. Yellow teeth can be due to various reasons, diagosis is important. You must atleast once go to a dentist to rule it out. Any ways it can b plaque or stains for which scaling and polishing is necessary. Use soft toothbrush. Brush twice daily. You can use whitening toothpaste. There are many brand availabe in market. Stop tobacco chewing or smoking habbit if any.

Hi lybrate user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

avoid day time sleep. avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after,take healthy diet, avoid stress. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.

Measure your temperature every 2-3 hrs, tepid sponging or bath if temp. Cross 100 deg. Ferenheight, only take one tablet of paracetamol500mg sos. Report if any new symptom arises. Take plenty of oral fluids, take home made fresh food.
