Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Diet chart: early morning-lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass tea without sugar + 2 biscuits breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs + 2 slice brown bread or 2 scrambled eggs + 1 slice brown bread+ skimmed milk 1 cup (240 gm) mid-morning-1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes lunch-brown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + chicken/dal (100 gm) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl evening-butter milk 1 cup dinner-1 roti + fish/ green leafy vegetables (50 gm) + lentils dal 1/2 cup+ raita 1 small bowl.

Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Home Remedy- Make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste... Treatment- 1-Apply pranacharya chandrakanta lep on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water... 2-Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. 3-Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc....... Diet-avoid taking tea and coffee...spicy food and junk food...drink lots of water and fruit juices

Weight gain is a scientific process & depends on many factors. Even supplements and medicines don't work in isolation. You need to eat balanced diet and right food at right time to gain weight. Taking only three meals is not enough. Eat something after short intervals. Include high calorie food items in between your main meals such as dark chocolates, cakes, nuts, cheese, sweetened beverages, yoghurt to gan weight. Moreover I would suggest you to discuss your lifestyle in detail so to ensure you in positive energy balance and to get more satisfactory results.

A good nutrition and exercises which increase the blood circulation (flow) on and near the areas of pores will definately help you to remove the pores and marks on face. There are methods and instructions which give relief you from pores & marks. * Eat healthy diet daily. * Eat 20 gm of soyabean cereal daily it contains protein which help in regeneration (making of new skin ) of skin on the holes. * Eat an apple daily . It has vitamins that provide sufficient nutrition to the skin. You can drink a glass of carrot juice daily . * Drink 1/2 lime juice daily . It contains vitamin C good for your skin. * Drink a glass of milk with one teaspoon of MALTOVA POWDER daily at night . * Do jogging for 5 minutes daily .Increase the time of jogging daily with one to two minutes . It increase circulation and flow more blood towards the pores and make them heal earlier . * Do neck massage with oil in upward motion. * For apply on pores do these methods on your face so do this method stepwise : • Steam your face for 3 to 4 minutes . Avoid chinese, spicy, fried &junk food. Take small frequent meals. Donot eat hurriedly, chew properly. Keep more than 2 hrs. Gap between dinner &sleep. Do stool test by conc. Method for three consecutive days, consult after reports.

Hi Nazia... While falling a sleep... Take a most restful concentration... And count your inspiration as one and expiration as two... Keep on counting... Easy way to get sleep.. If it does not then Consult through lybrate for proper treatment.

Avoid sitting posture as much as possible. Reading or watching tv can be done in prone position (on your stomach) and supporting chin with both hands. Practice yogasanas (kati uttanasan, bhujangasan, makrasan, markatasan, shalbhasan, chakrasan). Start physiotherapy. Consult orthopaedic surgeon if symptoms persist.

Please note that it can cause due to your lifestyle/type of food intake/whether it is being taken on time or irregular lifestyle. You should take balance food and on time always. Also take natrum phos 6x - 4 tablets twice daily for next 2 weeks.

Hi, the recommended spf for indian weather is between 20-30. One can chose a sunscreen as per the skin type (oily/ dry/ normal/ sensitive) as well as the weather condition of the place and whether the sunscreen suits to that person or not. Better to use herbal/ ayurvedic or homoeopathic products which contains less chemicals and thus, in turn, are very safe to use daily.

Your memory problems seem to be stress related as far as your symptoms are concerned. Once your stress is treated memory should definitely improve with improved attention and concentration levels. Since only yoga and relaxation is not helping you consider visiting a psychiatrist and seek treatment. I am sure you will improve.

Hi lybrate-user your age is just 19 years so it will gain naturally bu I can suggest yo some basic thing I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.
