If you are having burning pain in the stitch area, particularly after washing or passing urine, or if that part is hard and painful, then only it need attention. Otherwise, don't worry. Menstrual bleeding may take 2-3 months after delivery. It is usually dark and liquid, and slows down and stops in 3-5 days. Other types of bleeding do not come in a flow, but can continue as fresh bleeding for shorter or longer spells, depending on the cause.

Premature greying of hair can be due to stress, smoking, nutritional deficiency, thyroid disorder, chemical use over hair etc. but most important cause is hereditary factor. As such nothing much can be done for premature greying esp if it is hereditary or familial. The hair that has turned white would remain so but its progression can be prevented to some extent by taking hair supplements containing calcium pantothenate and PABA. For the same you may take tablet follihair one daily. Food rich in proteins (like sprouts, lentils, soy products), vitamin A and B like whole wheat products, green leafy vegetables, carrots, yellow and orange fruits like mangoes, papayas, nuts like sunflower seeds, walnuts, sesame seeds provide minerals like copper which are essential for maintaining hair pigment. You may consider getting your blood glucose, blood pressure & hemoglobin level checked. Have 3 litres water daily to avoid dehydration & thus dizziness, fatigue, weakness. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large ones. Have a balanced diet comprising of all food groups-grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy, nuts oilseeds, meat & pulse

Dear lybrate user, *mix an equal amount of groundnut oil and fresh lime juice. Apply it on the affected area. Wash it off after about 10-15 minutes. It also prevents blackheads. *combine 1 tsp. Of cinnamon powder (dalchini) and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Apply it to the affected area. *combine cinnamon powder with honey and form it into paste. Right before sleeping, apply the mixture to your face and wash it the next morning. Do this every night for about 2 weeks and you will no longer worry about pimples.

hello do exercise and take black coffee without sugar before workout. have small and frequent meals. take high fiber diet. avoid fruit juices, fried food, oily food, junk food, potatoes, rice. do brisk walk daily. take plenty of fruits and liquid.
