Start your exercise plan through brisk walking daily in morning of half hour and after 2 weeks start. Jogging of half hour with surya namaskar mantra. Yoga, stretching you can do it at home and drink daily honey with luke lemon water. And start to drink green tea. Add more fibers in your diet and drink plenty of water, avoid sugary, fatty thing. And with this if you want to take homeopathic treatment for wt loss, hair fall you need to give full details.

Dear, can be confirmed only after examination, but your problem seems to be gynaecomastia. An endocrinologist consultation will be required. This is to find out any cause which can be treated with medicines. If none, liposuction and gland excision is the answer. All the best.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

For a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) high calorie fruits like banana. This diet provides about 1000-1200 calories and 40-45gm of protein. For height: foods those can help to increase muscle mass are protein rich and a well balanced diet. We recommend exercise regularly along with good stretching and have 1.2 gm of protein /kg of body weight. Include tofu, paneer, egg white, chicken, fish, soya flour and some plant proteins like sprouts, broccoli, green leafy vegetables and bean salads to cover up your daily requirements of protein. Make a right combination of carbohydrates, proteins and fats to achieve best results.

All you have to develop a good food habit. It will not help you to cut your fat but also will help you to develop your health. Here are few thing. 1 do not skip breakfast. Always eat home cook breakfast like idali, poha, upama etc 2 try to avoid eating outside, if you want you can eat once in 15 days 3 decrease sweet consumption you can eat sweets once in 10 days. 4 at least play any one sports. Play out door sports instead of playing video games.

You can exercise even at Office. Every one hour get up from seat and walk stairs for five minutes. Walk to market. Walk to home. Instead of taking rickshaw or auto walk wherever possible. If you are not getting specific time for exercise then use whatever opportunities available otherwise. Avoid lifts and take stairs everywhere. AS for DIET... You can reduce fried stuff. parathas.. puris.. etc. Cut down on all Colas, sugars, sweets.. Drink a glass of water every hour. Eat 3 fruits daily. Eat two cucumbers daily. Find replacements for high calorie foods and switch to simple diet.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Calories calculator you will get on google download it.

Hi being a dietician I would refrain from prescribing any supplements for weight loss, weight loss should be gradual and a natural one. Losing weight through medicines may look good initially because of fast results but later once you switch to normal food style you may see a bounce back of the weight. Dear lybrate user. As per your height and weight. Your bmi comes to 26.9 which is a little over the limit of 25. You need to reduce about 10 kgs which is possible through a combination of proper nutrition and exercise. Your diet has to come down to about 1800 calories per day and to be strictly followed. Your exercise has to be for about an hour daily which should be intensive and should be able to burn about 350 calories per day. All of it put together you can reduce about 2 kgs per month in a healthy way. Such reduction becomes permanent in nature. If you need more help you can approach for private consultation.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Hi, lybrate-user can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. I can suggest a diet plan and some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you.
