Know Eating Which Food Helps You Lose Weight

Now there is an irony. Can eating help you lose weight? Yes, it can, if you choose to eat the right thing. A lot of people think this 'right thing' to be bland, tasteless food or food eaten in very small quantities. It is the time we change the myth on it. There are plenty of diets out there that can help you lose weight but doing this without losing your nutrition, energy or mind requires that you choose the right superfoods as your ally. Allies who once come to your territory, stay loyal to their cause without compromising on your tastes. Take a look:

1. Water:
OK. It doesn't count as food but it is a definite ally in your weight loss. Including 10 glasses of water in your daily diet is a great way to start. Drinking water before and after food with a gap time in between is said to be one of the classic weight loss formulas of all time. (Water half an hour before / after breakfast or 1 hour before / after meal but not even a drop in between)

2. Black beans: High in protein and fiber, this superfood will keep you full longer. It can be cooked in a variety of ways to suit local tastes and goes great with any accompaniment like brown bread. It comes as a plus that they aren't very expensive so you can stock on them easily. Crete a beans curry that can be easily topped with some onion and is good to go

3. Trick your taste buds: As such, pureed vegetables may not sound like a highly appetizing option. But add it to a dish you love like pasta or mac and cheese and it'll get gobbled without anyone knowing.

4. Fight belly fat with avocados: That stubborn belly fat is one mean thing to handle. Thankfully, you can now throw some avocados with your breakfast. The mono-saturated fatty acids in Avocados help lessen the belly fat while adding taste to the food.

5. Store some hummus: Old habits die hard. And midnight snacking is one of them. And as much as you cut and store celery sticks attractively, the hand automatically veers towards an unhealthy option unless, of course, you have some hummus handy. The tasty texture of this dish makes it an easy dip or spread making it a ready to eat homemade healthy snack option that doesn't pile on the pounds.

6. Apple cider vinegar: The qualities of this sour drink has almost elevated it to the position of a magical portion. From hair care to weight loss it helps in keeping you fit from inside out. Having two spoons of apple cider vinegar early morning on empty stomach with lukewarm water and there after having it 10 mins before your meal is said to help you lose weight. If the taste is not for you, there are ACV pills available in the market too.

But due to some family deliverables I was not able to get into it. At that time I was very slim, and muscular. Symptoms: increase body weight. (your ideal weight is based on your gender, age, & height.) do's and do not's: avoid a sedentary life. Regular and moderate exercises daily, even for ten minutes will go a long way. Daily fast walking for 45 minutes is helpful to burn calories. Avoid a high fatty diet like cakes, biscuits, candies, chocolates, butter, cheese and sugar. Avoid fried and oily food do not over-eat. Instead eat frequent small meals, rather than infrequent large meals with unhealthy snacks in between. Eat 3 to 4 moderate meals a day with your main meal in the middle of the day. Eat slowly. Not only will your meal last longer but it will also feel more substantial. Avoid smoking and alcohol as it predisposes a person towards obesity. Replace daily consumption of soft drinks, fruit juices and milk with 6 to 8 glasses of water. A simple crash diet is never an answer to obesity. Instead a balanced diet with regular exercise is advisable. Think of a permanent change rather than a short term dieting. Walking burns upto 250 calories per hour. Jogging uses about 400 calories per hour. Swimming burns upto 500 calories per hour and playing a game like squash could burn upto 650 calories per hour. Brisk walking at a pace of 120 steps per minute not only helps you to lose weight but also gives your heart and lungs a workout at the same time. Daily calorie requirements: men with inactive lifestyle: 2400 - 2500 cals men with active lifestyle: 2800 - 3000cals men with very active lifestyle: 3400 - 3500 cals women with inactive lifestyle: 1900 cals women with active lifestyle: 2150 cals women with very active lifestyle: 2500 cals consult your doctor: before you start any type of diet. THE BELLY FAT- A CASE OF VANITY OR HEALTH SANITY
"How do I get rid of my tummy?"- This is the most common question I am asked on line or in person.
Doing away with abdominal fat or tummy or belly fat as you call it is important for more than just your vanity. Excess abdominal fat—particularly that surrounds your organs can be the number 1 reason for of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, and some cancers. If you work on one isolated routine like skipping meals or doing crunches- mind you - it does not work. Losing that bulge is more than just exercise or even diet. It all comes down to working on various factors.
So, here are some reasons why we pile on the fats in the abdominal area-
# You are stressed.
# Skimping your sleep.
# Eating the wrong fats.
# Eating too much processed foods.
# You're eating the wrong fats.
# Wrong technique and type of exercise. Not enough exercise.
# You are getting older or reached menopause.
# Long hours of fasting and consequent late and heavy meals.
# Alcohol and smoking.

Hi, you should follow the under noted tips: go for pranayama, meditation to strengthen your lungs to retain plenty of oxygen to ease your problem. Your diet be easily digestible, simple, non- irritant to avoid gastric disorder which may b one of d main reasons of breathing disorder. Drink lukewarm water. Inhale, steam twice. Avoid dust, smoke, caffiene, junk food, cold intake and exposure to cold. Homoeo medicine: @ blatta orientq- 10 drops, thrice with 1/4 cup of lukewarm water. Take care.

The best option is massage with mustard oil. For cooking Til oil is the best than coconut oil, than comes groundnut oil. You can choose anyone.

Focus on your diet: you really need to focus on your diet. When losing weight, many people feel that it is okay to eat what you want and then workout a lot. This is completely incorrect. The secret behind getting fit lies 80 percent in your diet, while the rest 20 percent lies in working out. This is an integral part in losing weight at home and being able to sustain it. Some of the famous weight loss foods. Green tea soya cinnamon multi grains wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass flaxseed pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds leeks lettuce broccoli olive oil quinoa aloe vera. Combine your diet with good physical activity. As you exercise, calories are burned and your body fat percentage decreases. So, exercising not only helps you lose belly fat, it also sheds fat from other areas. Running and walking are two of the best fat-burning exercises. Plus, the only equipment you need is a good pair of shoes. Between the two, running burns more calories, but walking really isn't too far behind.

Diet and exercise is the ultimate way to weight loss. Try eating at frequent intervals of 2 1/2 to 3 hours as too much time gap will lead to overeating and weight gain. Try using steps and do not sit for more than half hour at a place, take a quick round in office as this will increase your metabolism.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Drink 2 to 3 liters of water a day. Eat balanced diet. Maintain the posture of sitting straight all the time. Avoid carbonated and sweetened beverages. Fish can be added in the diet. Red meat should be avoided. A flesh portion of chicken should be avoided. Use skimmed milk. Meals should not be skipped. Do exercise for at least 45 minutes a day. Go for a walk at least 1 hour a day. To remove belly fat, more abdominal exercises. Should be done.

Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Hello! thyroid is a endocrinol disorder. It slows down metabolism rate too. Take small n frequent healthy meal. Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. Cinnamon tea might help you to increase metabolism. Take some milk or its product within 2-4 hrs. Of your thyroid drug. Try to avoid soy n products, raw cabbage, raw cauliflower, radish, turnip, broccoli, chinese cabbage etc. (only once in 2-3 weeks after cooking one can use all these). It will help you.

The easy and best most usefull tip for weight regulation or decrease cholesterol or to keep bmi in control is take daily one glass of warm lemon water with honey in empty stomach. Before having this water chew 2-3 garlic peices ans swallow, net drink this cup of lemon water.
