Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Apple cider vinegar is safe but it alone will not reduce weight. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. to burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. as half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. A DIET CHART Timing Foods To Eat Calories Early Morning Lukewarm Water with Lemon 1 glass 0 Tea without Sugar + 2 Biscuits 90 Breakfast 2 Rotis + 1/2 cup Paneer Curry 330 OR Brown Bread Upma 1 plate + Milk 1 cup 300 Mid-Morning 1 Banana/1/2 cup Melon/20 Grapes 50 Lunch Brown Rice 1 cup (195 gm) + Mixed Vegetables 1/2 cup + Salad 1 bowl + Raita 1 small bowl 345 Evening Butter Milk 1 cup 35 Dinner 2 Rotis + Vegetable Soup 1 bowl + Salad 1 bowl 370 Total 1220/1190 Cal exercise. Step 1 Reduce calorie consumption to prevent gaining more fat. To lose 1 lb. of fat, you need to reduce or burn 3,500 calories. Cut out junk food and monitor portion sizes. Don't restrict your diet too much or you may slow your metabolism. Medline Plus warns that women shouldn't eat less than 1,200 calories a day. Men shouldn't eat fewer than 1,500 calories. Step 2 Burn fat with regular cardiovascular exercise. The American Heart Association recommends at least 30 minutes of exercise five days a week to burn fat and improve heart health. Running, hiking and stair climbing burn calories, as well as firm up the buttocks. But you can perform any exercise that you enjoy and gets your heart rate up to burn fat in the backside. Step 3 Perform butt lifts. Butt lifts are ideal for beginners or people who have bad knees and can't do squats or lunges. Lay on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Squeeze your glutes to lift your buttocks off the floor. Release to return to the start position. Perform two sets of 12 to 15 repetitions. To increase resistance, hold a dumbbell, barbell or body bar over your hips. Step 4 Perform reverse extensions on a stability ball. Like butt lifts, reverse extensions target the butt muscles without putting stress on the knees. Lay face down on the ball with your hands and feet on the floor. Shift your weight so that it's supported by your hands. Squeeze your glutes to lift your legs until they are parallel to the floor. Hold your legs together through the range of motion. Lower to the start position repeating two sets of 12 to 15 reps. Step 5 Do squats. The American Council on Exercise reports that squats, along with lunges are the best exercise for firming up the buttocks. Stand with your feet slightly wider than your hips. Bend at the knees, pushing your hips back as if you're going to sit down. Your head and chest are lifted and your knees stay behind your toes. Return to the start position and repeat two sets of 12 to 15 reps. Add more resistance by holding dumbbells, a barbell or body bar, or using resistance bands. Step 6 Take the stairs. Instead of using the elevator or escalator -- always use the stairs to burn fat and tighten the glutes. Things You'll Need • Dumbbells, barbell or body bar • Resistance band • Stability ball REDUCING ARMS SIZE Go for skipping If you think it's irrelevant, then you are wrong. Skipping is the best cardio workout and it's inexpensive as well. It doesn't just help you sweat out the fat from your body, but gives you sleek and tone arms too. "Skipping rope affects arms muscles as you lift your body's weight as well as move your arms in circular motion. This increases the activity in the arms. Count Seconds instead of skipping repetitions to make the process more effective," says a fitness experts. Keep stretching Don't wait for the evening or morning fitness regime and stretch your arms as and when you get time. This will not only keep you active, but also release the tension, "Stretching tones the arm muscles and brings them back in shape. Do it in the office, post meeting or after finishing a report." He suggests these exercises that you can do in your office. - Interlock your fingers behind your head and stretch your arms up. Make sure the elbows are behind your head. Now, bend your waist right for a few seconds and repeat the same on the left. Keep arms stretched and straight. - Hold both your palms together behind the lower spine and interlock the fingers. Stretch both your arms backward so that chest comes forward. This is also beneficial to relieve the back stress. Rotate wrist Wrist rotation affects your shoulders and lower arms which are the plumpest areas. "Hold one to two pounds of dumbbells in each hand and stand up. The gap between your feet should be equal to your shoulder length. Extend both the hands forward and keep them firm. Now, swiftly rotate your wrist upward and inward as far as possible. This will help tone the arm muscles,”. Lift your body up Do you remember how you used to do pull-ups in the park as a kid? You have to just follow the same. Hold a sturdy strong rod that can bear your body weight. Grasp it firmly and pull yourself up the floor. When you go up hold the position for a few seconds and let your arm muscles take all the strain. Do a set of 20 and after a two-minute break, repeat the set. In case, you are doing it for the first time, then, do as many pull-ups as you can, but don't strain yourself. Triceps with one arm Sit on the floor and place your hands almost a foot behind your hips; your fingers should point towards the butt. Your legs and feet should be pressed together, knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Keep your arm straight to raise your hips above the floor. Bend your left elbow only with one arm and lower your butt as close to the floor as possible without actually touching it. Repeat it with right elbow.

There is no spot reduction. One has to exercise well n eat clean to remove fats from the body and wherever there is fat it will get reduced. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Abdominoplasty, also known as “tummy tuck” is a surgical procedure aimed at removing excessive skin from the abdomen. This surgery removes the extra fat and skin, thus making the abdomen flatter, resulting in tighter muscles near the walls or border of your abdomen. You should consult a doctor and strictly follow prescribed procedures before and after the surgical process. It must not be confused with liposuction i.e. the cosmetic surgery which removes excessive fat deposits in the body. 

Abdominoplasty or tummy tuck is beneficial to you, 

  1. If you possess good physical health. 
  2. If you are a non-smoker or have recently quit smoking
  3. If you have a stable health and realistic expectations about the outcome of the surgery.

Priyanka ji you have not mentioned about your height weight eating pattern, daily routine to know your lifestyle better. For the time you can take low fat low carbohydrate, high fibre diet. Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

The lesser you eat, the lesser you will weigh. This does not mean you starve your self. -take food in smaller amounts and eat light food. -eat homemade food but eat 25%lesser than what you eat. -try to keep your stomach full with green tea/warm lemon water/fruit/butter milk/roasted grams or seeds. -never overeat. -do some yoga of exercise for atkeast 30 minutes daily.

Hello, it is always advised to breath from nose, breathing from mouth is unhealthy. You tend to breathe from mouth when you are breathless, so for that try the two tips: -you can cover your mouth while doing so, to shut the gate for the germs to enter. -breathe in with the nose and breathe out with the mouth but as if you are blowing a candle, it will also make your heart get normal faster. (do it slowly).
