Hlo please avoid fatty food like milk ghee etc. Cap. Ayur slim two-two after food with water tab. Medohar vati two-two before food with water.

An ounce of nuts adds 167 calories, a tablespoon of olive oil, 124 calories, and a cup of avocado cubes, 240 calories.

Yes Mr. Lybrate-user you can add honey and lemon in you green tea. Its ok. Try to drink warm water through out the day. Do morning -evening walk and exercise. Cut of your extra calories for weight reduction. Avoid eating in between meals. Do not consume rice in dinner.

Take 1 cup of horse gram + Add ½ L water + Heat the mixture till water level reduces to 1/5th + Strain and collect the soup + add 2 tsp of crushed pomegranate + Mix well + Drink once a day. Take shool gaj kesari ras twice a day. Take gokshuradi guggul & punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 tab twice a day. Pranacharya U through capsule and syrup twice a day. Drink lots of water. Avoid spinach. Tea and coffee. Tomato.lady finger etc.

The best way to loose weight is through low calorie diet and aerobic exercise. The calorie content in diet should not exceed 1200 kcal per day. You should avoid root vegetables, full cream milk, fried foods, sweets, refined flour and organ meat. Take more water, green leafy vegetables, egg white, lean meat, brown bread, multigrain atta and brown bread. You should also do aerobic exercise like walking/ jogging/cycling/skipping for half hour every day at least for 5 days a week.

I am 92 kg I underwent cryo treatment for 14 probes out of which 8 on abdomen, 2 on love handles 4 on thighs but I did not find appreciative change in body still 14 more are left to be taken. I could see inch loss. I want body fat complete and permanent loss. What is the solution. I dnt want temporary non surgical liposuctions.

Hi, I desperately wanted to lose weight. I was diagnosed to have hypothyroidism couple of years back and was put on 50 mcg Eltroxin. I took this medicine for 6 to 7 months only and stopped it abruptly. I have been gaining weight despite having a normal diet. At the same time, I am not into any physical exercises. Please suggest a diet plan to lose weight. My biggest problem is consuming Milk tea with moderate amount of sugar in it. Thank you.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.
