I am just 24 years is it possible for me to get cervical spondylosis? All my symptoms are related to it.
Pain may happen due to improper posture, lack of muscle strength and reduced flexibility. Continously sitting infront of computers for many hours are common these days. Meet a physio for proper assessment. Physio will train you for muscle strengthening and flexibility along with posture correction if required. Also physio will give you ergonomic advice for pain prevention. According to your symptoms therapy will be planned.
