For the first six months of your pregnancy (firstand second trimesters), you won't need to have more calories than you did before you became pregnant. That's about 2,000 calories a day.  However, during the last three months of your pregnancy (third trimester), you will need an extra 200 calories a day, making a total of about 2,200 calories a day.  Bear in mind that we're all different shapes and sizes, and some of us are more active than others. So any recommendation about the amount of calories you need when you're pregnant is based on averages.  The number of calories you need while you are pregnant depends on:your heightyour body mass index (BMI)how active you arehow effectively you burn calories However, you may need to adjust your calorie intake if you are expecting twins or more, or if before you were pregnant:your BMI was 19 or under (underweight)your BMI was 25 or over (overweight) midwife will record your weight at your first antenatal appointment. She can also tell you what a healthy weight gain in pregnancy would mean for you.  To help you to get your calorie increase right in your third trimester, each of these healthy choices has about 200 calories:A small, toasted pitta, filled with a tablespoon of reduced-fat hummus and grated carrot, followed by three dried apricots.A small bowl of muesli with semi-skimmed milk, and an apple.Two slices of wholegrain bread, with a tablespoon of cottage cheese.A low-fat yoghurt with six almonds.Two slices of malt loaf, without spread. Being pregnant may sometimes make youcrave fatty and sugary food. You shouldn't go hungry, but try to get the balance right. Giving in to the odd packet of crisps is fine. The rest of the time, try to have healthy snacks between meals.  These tips will help you to feel full, while keeping your calorie count under control:Eat breakfast every day. If you feel sick in the morning, try nibbling dry toast or crackers when you wake up. Ask your partner to bring you something before you get out of bed, and then eat the rest of your breakfast later in the morning.Help to control your appetite by eating high-fibre foods, drinking plenty of water, andtaking regular exercise. Eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day.Keep healthy foods to hand. A fruit bowl filled with apples, bananas, peaches, oranges and grapes makes it easy to grab a healthy snack. Also try smoothies, a handful of dried fruit, a low-fat yoghurt, or a plain fruit bun.Have a small amount of protein, such as lean chicken, with each meal. Balanced meals help you to feel fuller for longer.

I have previously aborted one year back (within 1st week) due to some financial crisis in good hospital but again when I conceive the baby automatically get aborted (as normal delivery) in the 5 month. The reason that doctor told was that ovary (bacchadani) mouth opened. Even we have done sonography in every month and found baby heathy but nothing shown in report that ovary is open. Please assist for next pregnancy plan. Is there any complication for the next? What treatment should I prefer?

गेहूं के जवारे को आम गेहूं अनाज से उगाया जाता है। वर्षों से गेहूं के जवारे के रस को एक शक्तिशाली पेय के रूप में जाना गया है। गेहूं के जवारे कई खनिजों, विटामिन, और जिगर एंजाइमों का एक बड़ा स्रोत है। गेहूं के जवारे में विटामिन ए, विटामिन सी, विटामिन ई, विटामिन के, और बी शामिल हैं। यह पोटेशियम, आहार फाइबर, थायामिन, राइबोफ़्लिविन, नियासिन, विटामिन बी 6, पैंटोथेनिक एसिड, लोहा, जस्ता, तांबे, मैंगनीज और सेलेनियम का भी स्रोत है।
