Eat more fibre and less carbohydrtaes, infact choose to eat fruits in your entire day (alternative days), eat a heavy breakfast and light dinner. The best exercise is surya namaskar in morning empty stomach and after that do 20 minutes of prithvi mudra. These 2 exercises will do wonder for you.

How long can pregbalin be taken safely for back pain due to degenerative disc disease? how should I wean from/stop it? please can you suggest a mild pain killer that I could take, instead when required? Kindly wean off pregabalin. Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Paracetamol 250mg sos do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Absence of facial hair can be associated with pernicious anaemia, hypothyroidism, inflammatory bowel disease, nutritional deficiency, diabetes, stress. These have to be evaluated. You also have to make a lot of lifestyle changes. Stay away from chemicals like hair dyes, bleaches. Avoid straighteners and hot combs. Stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks like coffee and cola since they produce antioxidants which damage free radicals. Exercise regularly for it promotes blood flow and enhances healthy, shiny hair growth. Yoga and meditation help destress. You vil need to take biotin tablets everyday after breakfast. You vil also require medicines and injections.

You can apply these home remedies: • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squeeze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi. • Doing gargles with lukewarm water.

  2. Wake up with the sun: An early start to the day keeps you from feeling dull and tired and boosts your energy levels. This also prevents build-up of toxins in your body and helps keep circulation and internal communication lines clear. 
  3. Go outdoors: Start your day by taking a walk outdoors early morning. This releases positive neurohormones that elevate your mood and activates the body's energy centres. 
  4. Avoid constipation: Clearing the waste created by your body on a daily basis is crucial to having a calm persona and not suffering from low mood swings problem. Drink plenty of water and make it a habit to eliminate your bowels at a particular time of the day to prevent constipation. You are thinking to do the sex after 20th. I think it is unsafe period. You should do sex before 20th or after 28th to avoid the pregnancy.

Hello lybrate user, look at what is causing you that knee pain, - any swelling around knee noticed before? - it's not an age to get arthritis, as you got better to control it naturally with right food habits and lifestyle - always have freshly made warm food - avoid sour foods like curds, cheese, paneer, cold foods or water - make sure you have hb in normal range and your menstrual cycles are normal. - to relive the pain and strengthen the joint apply ksheerabala taila or ashwagandha bala taila and do hot fomentation for 15 min daily - alternative days apply warm paste of dry ginger powder on the knees and leave for 15 min and then wash with warm water - internally you can take kbl 101 capsules 2-0-2 before food for 15 days. This will help you mych thank you.

I advice you include diet high in protein (20%of kcals) for the health of diabetics because it supplies the essential amino acids for tissue repair. Pulsese are rich in protein and fibre. Take lukewarm water with half spoon methidana powder. Complex carbohydrates and fibre should be included in diet. You should avoid fasting and feasting. Junk food should be avoided. Timely and balanced diet is as important as regular medicine intake to control diabetes. Except fruit juice you should eat complete fruit because it contain fibers which is good for a diabetic. You should take one glass milk (skim milk) at the night.
