Hi , there can be many reasons for low body weight. Pl provide details regarding yoir age, height and weight. Also state if you have any illnesses. In the meantime have healthy home cooked food. Avoid junk food. Include nuts like almonds and walnuts in your diet. Eat small frequent meals. Exercise daily.

Hello, coffee whether brown or green increases metabolic rate of the body and hence burns fat faster but it also affects the other body elements like blood which can cause skin problems high bp etc, so its not that much safe to reduce weight by green coffee.

I am 25 years old. I have lot of dark circles under my eyes. I am full day on office and take sleep around of 6-7 hours in a day. Please suggest how dark circles can be removed? Give me solution.

My first and foremost advice to you is take plenty of sleep daily. Dark circles could be genetic but they are mostly due to lifestyle and diet disorder. If you work on the screen for a long time, then keep taking breaks in between and splash cold water on eyes 3 times a day. Secondly, include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables especially the source of vitamin C in your diet. Apply Kojic acid based cream only at night and apply sunscreen in the morning
