Sugar will be broken down by the bacteria in your gut more quickly, which means that there's a greater gas release when the food is digested. If you want to reduce the gas produced by your body, cut back on the amount of sugar you eat. This includes fructose, lactose, and sorbitol. You have to eat high fiber diet

Bleeding in stool is due to piles more commonly. You should get your proctoscopy done under local anaesthetic jelly. To confirm the diagnosis. Treatment of piles is surgery only. Meanwhile you should apply shield ointment locally.

Hi, It can be cured completely with medication. But hot, spicy and oil fried food should be kept at bay. Other wise, chances of recurrence is always high.
