Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hello, 1st of all you hv to follow a proper diet, n less oil in your food. Hv protein reach diet, helps you to keep a proper metabolism. Hv Luke warm water in mrng and bed time. Hv pomegranate n pineapple before evening. 1 of medicine also the in ayurveda tht ll help u.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hello Punit, You need to increase your calorie intake by increasing your carbohydrates & protein intake. You can have parathas, cheese sandwiches in your breakfast. Increase 1 chapati more in your lunch &dinner. Add rice in your lunch. Include vegetables, dal, salad ,curd in your daily meals. You can have milkshakes, cookies, fruits like mango, chickoo, grapes, bananas, dry fruits like kaju, kismis, badaam in between your meals. Add sweet dish after meals. Eat every 2-3 hours.

Hye. This is just another fat burner that is in trend these days. You must know that no food or remedy works in isolation. Most often if you depend only on such remedies, you do not lose any weight. And if you do, then it's just muscle loss and water loss due to poor intake of food. So, if you want to gain the little benefit of it increasing your metabolism, firstly plan a good diet routine and activity level. Ultimately healthy weight loss is only possible with a good diet and exercise. All these remedies are just an adjunct to our routine.

To gain weight, eat food with extremely high caloric value. Try to increase your food intake without consuming too much fat and sugar. Regular meals, especially breakfast are important if you find it difficult to gain weight. Eat late - having snacks at bedtime may help to gain weight. Relax after having meal. Eat frequently- eat five or more meals a day. Do regular exercise. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day.

Hi. I go for a morning walk at 5.30 and come at 6.00 thn I take homemade protien shake at 6.15 and after 15 min at 6.30 I start doing some Arabic zumba yoga for 1 hour. After 2 hr I take my breakfast. Its okay for weight loss for taking protien shake before workout.

Continue above work out for 6 to 8 months. It will help to reduce weight. “ Weight loss: Diet ” 1.Morning: half cup of tea/ milk/ coffee. 2.For breakfast: pohe, uppit, paratha, rawa dosa, thalipith, etc. In small quantity. 3.Milk products should be avoided: butter, paneer, cheese, meethai etc. 4.Fermented food should be avoided: idli, dosa, uttappa etc. 5.Tea should not be consumed more than half cup and 2 times day. 6.Lunch: one chapatti of wheat with any of the following vegetable. Vegetables: Snake gourd, ladys finger, cauliflower, cabbage, bottle gourd, red pumpkin, ash gourd, cluster beans, drumstic, green peas, radish etc. Rice should be taken only once a day, in half of the current quantity. 7.Evening: half cup of tea/ milk/ coffee. 8.Dinner: as per lunch. 9.Non-Veg and addictions like smoking drinking etc should be avoided. 10.Salt and weight: 1 gm of salt retains around 60 ml of water in human body, hence, salt intake should be reduced substantially for good result in weight loss. 11.Diet should be strictly followed for 3 to 4 months along with the medication and adviced Panchakarma Procedures. 12.Salads of radish, carrot, beat root, onion leaf, tomato etc. Should be used. Mr. lybrate-user, If diabetes is under good control then fasting blood glucose should be closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1 c% <6.8. If good control is not achieved, then many long term complications of diabetes related to eyes (retina), nerves, kidney, peripheral vessels leading to lower limb problems and coronary artery diseases tend occur early. Other than modern medicines, there are no drugs to control blood glucose levels effectively in any of the alternate practices. If you have been able to achieve blood glucose levels as mentioned above then that is really good. Thanks.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% fats, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9.Go for detail Annual Health check up.
