My mom is getting heavy headache on top of the head severely once in a day, even tab can not control it, is there any chance of migraine, her age is 41 and having some tensions.

Her headaches might be because of tensions. From the symptoms you described, it does not appear to be like migraine. Encourage her to share her worries with you or someone who she can trust. Assure her of your support as well. Tell her that you love her and you care for her. Tell her that when she is worried you also get affected and you both together can find some solutions to your problems. Also ask her to avoid going out in the mornings presently, as it is very hot outside because of summers. Ask her to drink plenty of water. See if she is having her food properly or not. In spite of doing all this, if the headache continues then consult a doctor. Avoid self medication. Take care.

Hepatitis-b is a chronic condition which rarely gets completely cured. In this disease regular liver function test along with hbv dna titre is adviced every year. If you are having symptoms indicative of jaundice, please carry out above investigations as soon as possible. Thank you.

Sir, my mother (age 65) had cough problem, hence her heartbeats were slightly fast. Hence, our family Dr. Told us to do ECG n by listening that word 'ECG' she got scared, she took so much stress on her brain n her BP raised to 220. (1st time BP detected n otherwise she doesn't have another problem like sugar or diabetes) N therefore, Dr. Told us to do CT Scan, in which it is diagnosed that in her brain cerebellum nerve has slight hole like pin does. Hence, thr ws a slight bleeding n swelling. However, Dr. Has kept her under observation for 48 hrs. She is fine now. Since 1st day she is conscious, talking with us, taking regular food. She is very fine now. Dr. Will do CT scan n will check whether that blood has observed or not? Kindly tell me whether this will effect her anyhow in future or not?

Do not anticipate in advance. Just follow the instructions given by the doctors who have to keep monitoring her health from time to time. You always have the option of a second opinion if there is any confusion or any doubt. Have patience and give sufficient time for her body to recover. You simply have to give her good nutrition (healthy food) and reassure her every day that she is improving and better than what she was sometime back. If need yiubcan take the help of Homeopathy which is safe and effective without any side-effects. You can contact me if needed.

Hello, Thanks for the query. It is not clear whether the communicator is male or female. Because hypothyroidism is more common in women. Having repeated boils is unlikely to be due to hypothyroidism. Where as weight not reducing can be a problem due to improperly controlled hypothyroidism. When on treatment TSH should be maintained between 3 to 4 mU/L, then only all the symptoms are likely to be controlled including weight. For repeated boils please get your blood glucose checked. Thanks.

Dizziness may occur during breastfeeding period due to the high energy demand for breast milk production. Breast feeding mothers should increase their calorie and fluid intake can take glucose rich drinks or food if they feel dizzy during or after breastfeeding. A full blood count (FBC) should be done to look for anaemia. Iron, calcium and multivitamin supplements should be continued during breastfeeding.
