How to reduce hair fall.
Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Hello. The word depression has become so common in small things also when something is not happening as they want they become depressed. So one needs to understand the depression with it symptoms. Pls if you can give more details it will b easy to help u. Proper counselling is required. Behaviour modifications can be done. Metaphor therapy can be used but before the proper history is needed. You can start with yoga for relaxing your mind.

Hello follow the tips first then go for medicine.. 1).Take small frequent meals with too much of greens n protein rich products.. 2)Intake of good amount of fluids. 3) cut down junks,(smoking n alcohol if u do) 4)Take 2 eggs per day if u eat otherwise wise 1 glass of milk with a banana sufficient.. 5) even after trying this if u aren't satisfied u take homoeopathic medicine ALFALFA tincture 5drops in half of cup of water morning n night for a month without fail..which ll increase ur appetite n also absorption levels..take care..

Bleeding with motion can be due to internal haemorrhoids (piles) which get aggravated during pregnancy. It is not a serious problem as long as you maintain healthy bowels. Avoid constipation. Take plenty of liquids and fruits. Avoid non-veg. Thanks.

Hello, We need make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. It's not that you are not supposed to eat egg yolk. It has got good nutrients in it. The amount of yolk you consume per day matters becoz its a concentrated source of energy. Any extra calories is stored as fat in the body. So,if you are eating 2 to 3 whole eggs without any additional processed foods or meat, then this might not cause you any harm.

" for mild sore throat, try with salt water gargles using little warm water, taking care not to use too hot water, and take pain killer if required. If you are not ok in 1-2 days, consult back. Try sending picture of your throat. If you have fever, you may need additional medicines as well. If symptoms are severe, please consult an ent doctor immediatly. Please see that it may be more beneficial if you add honey and salt to the gargle solution. Add 1 spoon of honey and half spoon of salt to half glass of water to make gargle solution. Also, if you are s smoker, you need to quit smiking and alocohol.

If its just constipation, it can be cured by having hot milk+figs at night. But, if there are other health issues, then would request you to get yourself properly diagnosed by a doctor first and understand if its just lack of proper diet or some diagnosed health issue which requires some medication first.
