Hi lybrate-user, Start having Liver Supplement: Organic India's LKC (2 tab. After breakfast and 2 tab. After dinner).In Diet, Have: Consume 5 meals /day (3 main meals and 2 snacks) Have your breakfast by 7: 30 am -08: 00 am, Lunch by 12: 30- 01: 00 pm and Dinner by 07: 30 - 08: 00 pm Take fresh vegetable juice, seasonal fruit, and 1 plate salad prior lunch and dinner. Avoid: Fried fatty foods, excess of dairy products, Alcohol, excess of tea ,coffee. Also, if you are having any medications check them with your doctor for any allergy. Further, for more clear diagnose you should go for Genetic Scan.

You feel tired because you body clock is not right. First set your body clock right. Sleep on time and wake up on time. Eat all your meals on time and have an early dinner (2 hours before sleeping). Eat lots of fruits and vegetables throughout the day. Eat an apple as soon as you wake up. This kicks up your energy levels. Start doing exercises and yoga to gain some strength.

Dear Lybrate User, Hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) Shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) Under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) Effects of Radio therapy or Chemotherapy. 4) Nutritional deficiencies. 5) Autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. You can start the following medications:- 1) Take 5 drops of Homeopathic SULPHUR 200, once in a week. 2) Take 5 drops of Homoeopathic SELENIUM 200 every morning before brushing your teeth. 3) Take 4 tablets from Biochemic NATRUM MUR 6X TABLETS, thrice daily. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much drying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Follow the tips *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg, then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories.-------------------------- 2. Eat custard apple (saripa, sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie.----------------------- 3. Healthy fats: avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in india give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola).------------------ 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds.---------------------- 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories.--------------------------- potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates.------------------ 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories.------------------------- 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty.---------------- 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements.---------------- 9. Non vegetarian foods-------------- some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below:-------- 1. Red meat lean ground beef, lean steaks-------------- 2. Pork, ham, lamb------------- 3. Fish: eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day.-------------- 4. Shrimps: the nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories.----------------------- 5. Turkey------------ 6. Chicken breast chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving.----------------------- 7. Whole eggs: eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins a, d and e.------------------- ________________________________________ weight gain diet----------------- it is not a good idea of increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet.---------------------- breakfast:---------------------- banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee. It is not healthy.-------------------- lunch-----------------: roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc ------------------dinner---------------------------- similar to lunch in-between meals:----------------------- fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad------------------- avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods.

You should take Alfa tonic thrice a day for one month. Banana shake one glass daily for one month. Soaked raisins two fihgs nuts daily you should take. Add butter with sugar atleast 40 grams daily for one month you should add in your daily routine.

for viral infection you should do regular warm saline gargle. have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. regarding TB consult a medical specialist for schedule of treatment and follow it. and colour blindness consult eye specialist.

Bleeding in stool is due to piles more commonly. You should get your proctoscopy done under local anaesthetic jelly. To confirm the diagnosis. Treatment of piles is surgery only. Meanwhile you should apply shield ointment locally.
