Back pain. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

The diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome should be seriously considered, among other things, and a nerve conduction study should be done for the same.

I have a pain in my legs for last two months I go to doctor but still is not improvement.

I would like to examine you in detail & investigate. Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

I got knee pain in the middle of the knees and are paining while I am climbing steps. The problem occurred while I am starting the bike and also did some difficult yoga posture which gives pressure on knees also. First it came to right knee, I stopped yoga and starting bike with right leg, it got cured. I started using left leg to start bike, the pain came to left too. What is the solution for it, in order to not come again and how to make my bones strong.

for strong bones, drink milk at least two times in a day, avoid climbing steps for a few days, get your vitamin D3 checked, eat light food, sit in the sun for half hour. try this for a week. after that if no relief then consult a doctor

Please check her by a gynaec. Regular antenatal check ups are v imp at this time. Her swelling feet may be pathological or normal. Her blood pressure needs to be checked to see if it is normal. Back ache is there which is due to gravid uterus heaviness will be there in 3rd trimester. Local volini gel application may be done.

hello Lybrate user ,  Back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms.The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced Stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid Cruntches or Sit-ups : they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to Slip Disc. Always maintain a healthy Lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking , meditation , eating healthy. P.S : Try to avoid pain killers ( Analgesics ) as much as possible as many are associated with Side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay Healthy. Stay Happy God bless you

HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consut doctor on time.

Not everyone with irregular periods will have PCOD. Also you need a scan and blood test to diagnose it. When you get married you can get evaluated if your pregnancy gets delayed. As of now exercise regularly and keep your weight under control? That is the only thing you need to do now. For back pain learn simple yoga and start doing.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again.

May be due to tennis elbow ya golfers elbow ya due to strain so avoid heavy weight ya simply weight. Tk tens therapy and ultrasonic therapy for 7 days it better for you.

Supplements must and do stretching exercise of spin spine and legs and hot fermentation twice a day. If it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment must avoid long sitting and toward bending.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part. Take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid fermented food.
