She is a mother of a school going child age 4. How do you expect her to have self esteem when everyone keeps reminding her about her failures like a school dropout! I refuse to believe that she does not have any positive qualities. Focus on them. Criticism is a chain reaction. One family member starts and others join the chorus. Someone has to take responsibility for keeping her out of this chakarview. We cannot expect her to be strong from within being surrounded by only negative forces around her.

How old are you? Postural hypotension is a common condition that results from getting up suddenly from during our lying down position. Usually occurs in older ages. Have lot of fluids. Check your hemoglobin levels.

Hi, It will take time. Do exercise because it is good for your body mind and soul. Don't keep looking at watch while exercising. You have lost 2 inches that is great progress. Keep moving ahead. Slowly and steadily things will happen. Exercise is the only way. Lot of good things are happening to your body but not visible to you. Keep active keep moving, never give up. and control your diet too.

Dear Raghu K, i have repeatedly answered that you need not know these details. It is for doctors to decide after studying fat metabolism. This is not the ONLY doubt that you have. Once it is cleared, you will start worrying about something-else and get confused. So, take treatment for anxiety, depression and stress and focus on your work. There are antidepressants which increase weight also.

For e.g.I am losing my hair quickly l have tried all type of shempu and conditioner can you help me with this.
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5.Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6.Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7.You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8.You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9.Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10.Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Dear pt, not to worry about expense for transplant. You can first go through trochorootact treatment for 3 months, this will cost you very very less compared to transplant. If this does not work, then you can go for transplant. As this is natural and do not have any side effect, you can go for it for 3 months. 50% of pts get improvement with this treatment only.

You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

hello, you need to get evaluated for PCOD, hypothyroidism and hyperprolactinemia was these are most common reasons for irregular and delayed menses after pregnancy.

According to me it is mostly postural pain. Try adjusting your posture. Avoid long drives and bike rides. Get an mri total spine if possible. But it is slightly expensive .if not get an x Ray total spine and consult.

First try to understand Asthma. Asthma is the hyper-responsiveness of the respiratory tubes to some allergen. Please note that I mentioned the word "Hyper-Resposiveness" and not responsiveness. If somebody sneezes/coughs on inhalation of smoke then its responsiveness as your body is trying to protect you but if somebody developes suffocation or choking because on the inhalation of same smoke the its Hyper-responsiveness where your body is trying to overprotect you. Asthma is this tendency. By medicines and Clean air we can protect you- but its very hard to say if we can completely stop this tendency. People who move to regions with cleaner air- get rid of asthma - atleast that is one way to get a cure !!! Recurrence of attacks of asthma may be due to some underlying uncured infection or recent persistent exposure to unclean air. Please do involve yourself in cleaning activities which cause increased inhalation of dust particles !

Hello, Here is the answer for your friend. Premature ejaculation is when ejaculation occurs before the partner achieves orgasm, or a mutually satisfactory length of time has passed during intercourse. There is no correct length of time for intercourse to last, but generally, premature ejaculation is thought to occur when ejaculation occurs in under 2 minutes from the time of the insertion of the penis and when a man experiences orgasm and expels semen soon after sexual activity and with minimal penile stimulation. Most cases of premature ejaculation do not have a clear cause. With sexual experience and age, men often learn to delay orgasm. Premature ejaculation may occur with a new partner. It may happen only in certain sexual situations or if it has been a long time since the last ejaculation. Psychological factors such as anxiety, guilt, or depression can also cause it. In some cases, it may be related to a medical cause such as hormonal problems, injury, or a side effect of certain medicines. Men with premature ejaculation often report emotional and relationship distress. Medication: You don’t need to take male enhancement pills with never-before heard ingredients. Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: Regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. Curb Your Afternoon Cravings

Sometimes, you are just doing your work with a whole lot of concentration and suddenly as soon as the clock strikes 3 p.m. you get the munchies. The sudden, strong desires for food are called cravings and they strike you when you least expect it!

The reason for this might be a neurotransmitter named as  serotonin, which regulates your emotions, mood, sleep and, obviously, your appetite. Serotonin becomes slightly inactive by midday, which makes you crave salty and sweet snacks.

Here are some ways to curb your cravings:

  1. Don't skip breakfast, or lunch. Choose foods that take a long time to digest, so you can stay full for a longer duration. Whole grain bread and vegetables are good options.
  2. Don't go grocery shopping during this hour because you will end up buying junk food.
  3. Don't watch television as junk food advertisements will lead to cravings, as the images shown to promote these products, induces the desire, which eventually will lead to obesity
  4. If you can feel your cravings still, choose to do something else, such as go for a walk or get yourself really busy with something till the urge subsides.

But if all else fails, then you have no option, but to give in and it is okay to give in sometimes. However, you should do it right and not reach for the nearest package of processed food! Instead, substitute the candy bar, or potato chips with the following options:

  1. Vegetable soup
  2. One slice of wholegrain bread with unsweetened jam/peanut butter
  3. Dried or fresh fruits
  4. Sweetened/unsweetened high fibre cereal with low fat milk
  5. Low-fat granola bars
  6. Smoothies made from fresh fruit and skim milk
  7. Low-fat yoghurt with fresh fruits
  8. Unsalted, unbuttered popcorn
  9. Hot chocolate with skimmed milk made from low-fat cocoa powder

Basically, your body craves for carbs during the afternoon. And the trick is to choose complex carbs (carbohydrates that digest slowly) over simple carbs (carbohydrates that are easier to digest). From the list above, you can see that mostly complex carbs have been mentioned. In fact, eating complex carbs will trigger your serotonin levels which will provide you energy, return your focus and make you happier!
