Lordosis does cause trouble. It effects gait, difficulty in lying down on back etc. You need to do back exercises under the supervision of a trainee or physio to strengthen your back muscles, then only exercise will help you to trim down your fat. You could consult homoeopathic doctor for fat reduction too. Thank you.

Hello, Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. Medication: Take Bakson's Mig-Aid tablet/ 1 tablet 3 times a day.

You can take nihilinum 1m / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one day only. Take plenty of water or liquid diet. Try to avoid spicy food, oily food, junk food in any form. Revert back after one week with feedback.

I just have a intrasubstance mild partial thickness tear of the supraspinatus tendon and a slightly liquid in brush items. These are the problems which are scanned in mri from my left shoulder and then my doctor asked me to he in sling for few weeks and later I have gone through physiotherapy and asked me to do for about 6 months and it's 3 month from the day of injury and I still find like some kind of wetness and like something is falling inside shoulder like liquid and all and a slightly pain is there while performing physiotherapy. So is it a major problem and do I need to go to a other doctor?

Hi Usually Rehab for supraspinatus tear is around 6 months. However, in months pain should be considerably less. So, its your choice to deicde whether you should change or not

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Hi Lakshy... It is because of the ipill. They are very dangerous... In long time they can cause even cancer... So if you care for your partner then use condoms.. For now you will need to wait till the effects of the ipill ends... Which can take months.

Hello she should start trying after 3 months. Let her body take rest till then. Folic acid as of now is enough. Torch is required after 2 miscarriages that happened on its own, not induced. It can be done any day of the month. I hope this is helpful to u.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so there are 3 yrs. More left to grow further! medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin d. Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin d can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! apart from these: -exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. -always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (you can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. Make sure to take in some food within 30 minutes of your workout, That will optimize recovery, help reduce muscle soreness. Your body looks for carbohydrates and protein to help replenish glycogen stores and rebuild muscle, Some options: a scoop of whey protein powder mixed with water/ boiled egg whites (do not consume whole egg)/2 sp of protinex with nonfat milk, and 2 to 3 banana. If you talking about dinner, whole eggs contain 5 to 7 gm of saturated fat the overall limit of saturated fat is 15 to 20gm. You can take 1 whole egg at dinner. Make sure you are in limit of saturated fat. Then it will not affect you. I recommended to lower your saturated fat as low as possible.

I am a guy of around 26 was going through anxiety and depression because of which i started smoking reason behind my depression was my break up and at same time my dad expired and within 2 years it change into a habit. During my childhood i hate such habits as my dad was alcholic and he died because of the same habit. I still cant come out of those memories but now i want to quit this habit. 1.Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2.Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3.Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1.Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily like brisk walking/ jogging/running/cycling/swiming 2.Avoid stress, anxiety 3.practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relieve stress 4.Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (onion, garlic,pomegranate help) 5.Avoid spicy, oily,fatty and junk food, 6.Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk, tea,/coffee before going to bed 7.
