How we will manage our teeth while they are so smelling and very colour ful and looking very bad.
First we should go and get your teeth out of infection as smell from mouth and yellowish brown stains on tooth is mainly because of improper brushing and infection.

Firstly, You need to know that medrol is a steroid and steroids are medicines with lots of side-effects. I am sure that your doctor would have started your mother on steroids because her asthmatic condition would have endangered her life and he would have been left with no choice but to start steroids. I respect his decision and would urge you also to understand the urgencies that we as doctors face to save our patients - sometimes taking calculated risks! As a next step, the doctor would try to taper and stop medrol as soon as possible. Secondly, please remember that in emergency life threatening conditions, insulin is the best choice medicine for all diabetics in the world. I say, categorically "the world" - because if your mother was been treated in USA - ever there the doctors would have given her insulin only! So please don't stop or substitute insulin for the time being. Once your mother is stable - there will be other choices.

HI…reason behind obesity is decreased BMR (BASAL METABOLIC RATE), 1) so question is HOW BMR DECREASED…. BMR is mainly depends upon functions of LIVER, THYROID, PANCREASE, and PITUITORY GLAND, A) hypo- functions of these organs reduces BMR and body becomes obese, B) hyper- functions of these organs increases BMR and body becomes lean, C) so if you want to reduce weight then we have to increase BMR, D) so to increase BMR follow few basic things, 1) take solid food two times in a day only, 2) try to take diet which is easy to digest and according to quantity of hunger, 3) eat those fruits only which increases power of digestion and which easily digests LIKE…grapes, pappya, orange, pomgrenate, sweet lime, pineapple, watermelon, muskmelon, strawberry, mulberry, 4) strictly avoid fruits which are hard to digests like banana, guava, custardapple, chiku, jackfruit, 5) Try to take soups of green gram, lentil, horse gram, 6) try to take meals inbetween 10 am to 9 pm, 7) when you take meal do not eat anything for minimum 4 hours…. THANKS.

6 Best Home Remedies To Treat Diabetes!

6 Best Home Remedies To Treat Diabetes!

Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disorder that results in higher level of blood sugar in the body. It is assuming epidemic proportions and India has become the new diabetic capital with more than 50 million diabetic people. The main problem with diabetes is that it does not completely go away and there is a whole myriad of issues that it brings along with it. Heart attack, stroke, eyesight problems, delayed wound healing, nerve damage and impotence. Therefore, diabetes and by that we mainly mean blood sugar level has to be managed so that there is a delay in onset of the associated conditions and/or reduced in severity.

Ayurveda refers to diabetes as Prameha (excessive urination) and Madhumeha (sugary urine) and has identified close to 20 forms of the disease. According to Ayurvedic belief, each disease is caused due to imbalance in kapha, pitta, and vata doshas and diabetes is caused by all these, predominantly by kapha. With any stream of medicine, management of diabetes involves two tracks – one is lifestyle changes and the second is medications.

Lifestyle changes include the following:

  1. Diet: Reduce the amount of rice, sugar, potato, sweet fruits, maida, deep fried foods, and red meat. Protein-rich foods like lentils, soya, green leafy vegetables and fish should be increased. Diet plan should change to small, frequent meals instead of binge eating.

  2. Exercise: Include 30 minutes of regular exercise into your daily routine if you have a diabetic predisposition.

  3. Others: Avoid smoking and alcohol, ensure sufficient sleep, avoid sleeping during day time, improved foot and eye care, periodically check sugar levels and manage stress levels.

Medication

Ayurveda has a whole lot of home remedies which have proven to be very effective against diabetes:

  1. Jambhul: Eugenia Jambolana whether eaten raw or juice extract has been shown to have beneficial effects in managing sugar levels and cholesterol.
  2. Gymnema sylvestre: Used to manage diabetes for over 2000 years, it reduces sugar cravings and is being touted as the future for diabetes treatment.

  3. Bitter gourd (Momordica charantia): It has 3 components that give it strong antidiabetic properties. The charantin reduces blood sugar levels; the polypeptide has insulin-like effects; and lectin that again has hypoglycemic effects.

  4. Bel (Aegle marmelos): Also known as wood apple, leaves of the plant are shown to have antidiabetic properties. 5 to 10 leaves can be chewed on a daily basis to help control blood sugar levels.

  5. Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum): Consuming 10 g of fenugreek seeds soaked in water increases the amount of insulin produced, thereby increasing sugar breakdown.

  6. Neem: Chewing about 4 to 5 leaves in the morning on an empty stomach helps to control blood sugar levels. Alternately, neem leaves powder is available which can be dissolved in water and consumed.

My age is 23 years and my hairs is so weak what can I do to stop them breakage is so high? Please advise.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

My age is 23 years and my hairs is so weak what can I do to stop them breakage is so high? Please advise.
Homoeopathic treatment HAIR GROWTH OIL ( Wilmar Schwabe India) Apply twice weekly at night.Leave overnight A.C.9 ( BAKSON ) Chew 1 tab twice daily ADEL 9 ( ADEL ) 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times a day 6-8 glasss extra water daily 2 glas milk daily Take nutritious diet Avoid junk nd spicy food, fast food, cold drinks Castor oil: • helps with hair regrowth and hair loss, • makes the hair richer and darker, • prevents split ends, • treats dandruff and dry scalp, • moisturizes the hair and makes it shine, • works in an antifungal and antibacterial way and can prevent problems such as ringworm, and folliculitis. How to apply castor oil It’s best to use castor oil as a hair mask. This is particularly helpful if you’re trying to regrow hair or give it more moist and shine. 1. Castor oil has a thick consistency, so you can mix it with coconut oil, olive oil or jojoba oil in a half and half ratio. This will make the mask easier to distribute throughout your hair. 2. Use your fingers or a brush and start applying it onto your scalp with circular motions. This gentle massage increases the blood circulation, rejuvenates the hair, and stimulates hair growth. 3. Part hair into sections and apply the oil (mixture) to each section until all your hair is covered properly and evenly. 4. Wrap your hair in a warm towel (you can also use a shower cap) and leave it for two to eight hours. You can also leave it over night. This will give the oil enough time to penetrate the follicles and hydrate your scalp and hair thoroughly. 5. Wash your hair as usual using shampoo and conditioner. Make sure you rinse all the oil out of your hair. How often should you use castor oil? This depends on your objective and type of hair. If your aim is to treat hair loss, you will need to do it at least twice weekly, but even better if you can do it three or four times per week for several weeks. For split ends and increased shine, you can use the oil as a conditioner once weekly. Be careful not to use too much of it (a pea-sized amount should do) or you can end up with an over-oily scalp. For best results use unrefined castor oil, as it contains more nutrients and healing properties.

I am having diabetes. So I wanted to know what should my meal contain and how many times a day can I eat what should it include so it don't cause high sugar level?

I am having diabetes. So I wanted to know what should my meal contain and how many times a day can I eat what should ...
In diabetes meal portion size matters. You can eat frequent small meals instead of 1 large meal. A normal person eats around 3-4 times a day. Diabetic person should eat atlest 6-8 times a day but in small portion at a time. Normally high fibre content in diet delay carb absorption and prevent blood sugar peaks. Anything which will take time to digest in stomach is good for diabetes. For example if you are eating an apple then you should eat entire apple and not just inner pulp. The outer cover (chilka) is also important. In normal diet anything which has cover or chilka on it will take time to get digested and prevents sudden blood sugar peaks.

your problem can be treated easily by homeopathy. generally fairness creams in the market may cause side effects. There are very good fairness creams for sun burns, hyper pigmentation etc.. in homeopathy which not only increase glow but also make skin very healthy without side effects. But better if we take along with internal homeopathy medication. If you require we can sent to you after taking your case.

Hi. You are 19yrs. old, so there are good chances of gaining height till 21 yrs. of age in males! Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance. All the Best!
