Having cinnamon and honey helps only you make necessary all possible lifestyle modifications over a period of time vigorously. Build a better breakfast, Aim to eat anywhere between 400 and 500 calories for your morning meal, and make sure you're including a source of lean protein plus filling fat (e.g. eggs, beans, unsweetened greek yogurt, nuts or nut butters) and fiber (veggies, fruit or 100% whole-grains). Prioritise real, whole foods, means filling up on fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, low-fat dairy and lean protein. Know your limits with salt Skip sugary beverages Ignore the gimmicks/weight loss hypes Eat your H2O Munch on mineral-rich foods Resist the urge to skip a meal Take a hike or a walk Go to bed/ no sleep deprivation Eat spicy foods seriously cayenne peppers/jalapeños Buy a set of 5-pound weights, strength training builds lean muscle tissue which burns more calories. Definitely it can harm your liver if you can't optimise your body fat and fat intake.

Hello, Pcos , per se doesn't cause abortion. The cause would have to be investigated. The menses could have been delayed this cycle due to pcos itself , so its necessary to treat pcos first before planning for next pregnancy.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. The infection generally goes away after a period of 6 months to 1 year. If not, it has to be removed by cryosurgery, laser surgery or chemicals which is done by skin specialists.

Hello, My last LMP was 15th june, 2015 On 20th July, I did urine test it was a faint pink line. But I got periods for a single day on 20th. Then I did HCG blood test on 20th, the count was 44. On 24th again I did HCG blood test, the court was 158 And on 28th it was 540. There was nothing seen in sonography. I am really very confused am I pregnant?

Yes, you are pregnant. Please continue hcg testing and when hcg is more than 1500 then go for tvs scan.

(1) depressed mood most of the day, nearly every day, as indicated by subjective report (e. G. Feels sad or empty) or observation made by others (e. G. Appears tearful). Note: in children and adolescents, can be irritable mood. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine nat mur 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Aloe Vera juice is very effective to stop hair loss. Pure aloe gel can be applied directly to the scalp. This is helpful for preventing hair loss due to irritated, dry or infected scalp. Aloe Vera balances the pH level of scalp. After massaging the head with aloe gel, wait for few hours and then wash the hair with lukewarm water. You should do this twice a week for best results.

Lekin marraige se pehele har month before date se hota tha. Avi hum log child ki planing kar rahe hain. Lekin unka period ka late se dono ko dar lag raha hai. Age 24 from odisha, India. I am having a very difficult time. The thing is that whenever I am nervous I have the urge to poop. Its happens frequently. Its really taking a toll on me. Its destroying my social life and friend circle. The problem has aggravated without any reason also I feel nervous/impatient. Whenever I go out with my cousin or any family members in cars/bike etc to watch movies or any place I feel very impatient and nervousness. Its gets so high that I feel like vomiting and feels as if I am week and feels very nervous and my stomach also get very nervous and the urge to poop gets started with small to high intensity. I have tried breathing well but its not helping. I feel as if I am sometimes not breathing well. Its really destroying me, whenever I go for any interview I feel nervousness and my stomach start the urge to poop. Please help me doctor. I need it badly. at least you can say whom to consult. I have even done my endoscopy and ultrasound which come out to be normal. I never had such problem in my school days but during my engineering its started and got worse. Please save me doctor. You might me suffering from nervous stomach in which there is increased in peristaltis due to anxiety. You can follow some tips to reduce your symptoms. Sometimes you can relieve by simply feeling more confident in a given situation. Practicing beforehand can you feel less anxious. Feeling rushed will only make you feel more panicked and anxious, Focusing on your breathing and taking deep, relaxing breaths is one of the easiest ways to calm a nervous stomach, Take deep breathes in through your nose for 3 seconds, hold for 2 seconds, then release. Push all the air out and repeat. Hold at each end for 1-2 seconds. Repeat until you feel calmer.

Sir I had asked a question for my wife's miss period. Answer was given from a doctor of Lybrate that you should get a home test and lab test. I got home home and lab tests both, the result is negative. I just want to know as tests declared negative then is my wife not pregnant or still is there any chance of pregnancy. The tests were done after ten days of missing the period.

As blood test i. E beta hcg, is negative for pregnancy she is 100% not pregnant. Menses can be naturally delayed by hormonal changes or stress or weight gain or illness. You can wait for another 1 month before you seek any medical help for getting menses.
