Hello, Diet is usually not the offending cause for irregularity, its the hormonal imbalances so you need to get a hormonal profile done sooner along with thyroid and prolactin levels and please follow up with reports. Papaya per se cases no harm to any cells of the body, so its a myth.

Usually, chances of pregnancy by that method is very less and it is also considered safe. But sometimes, due to pre-ejaculation fluids, there are chances of pregnancy. Though it is uncommon, but chances are still present.

Pills are not that safe in this age group. Best is to get tubectomy done. Its very safe and harmless procedure. Its done laparoscopically with hardly any scar. 2nd best is copper t but if she is having too much of bleeding with that then she can use mirena (hormone releasing iucd). Its expensive but bleeding problem will also solve along with providing effective contraception.

Hi. Give me more details - are you married and having active, regular sexual life? then chances of pregnancy are there, get it tested. Otherwise, other causes can cause irregular menses - thyroid dysfunction, pcod, stress/ tension, illness, travel, excessive weight loss, birth control pills, breast-feeding, etc.
