Hello, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

Hello. Many people suffer from dark circles under the eyes, it is embarrassing and make you look older than you are. Oversleeping and lack of sleep. Can cause dark circles. Stress, eczema, allergies, iron deficiencies are other causes. Excessive smoking or drinking alcohol, coffee and use of cocaine, can cause under eye circles. Excessive exposure to the sun, which causes body produces more melanin. Follow this tips to remove dark circles under eyes - * Avoid exposure to sun. * Avoid excessive intake of salt, smoking, drinking. * Drink plenty of water, and have nutritious diet. * Eat food that contain antioxidants, i.e. Parsley, onion, black currant, green tea and blueberries which contribute to make skin healthy. * Apply sunscreen lotion of an SPF above 30 under the eyes. * Keep slices of cucumber or potato over the eyes for 15 - 20 minutes, will rest the eyes and make them look fresh and alert. Hi. The most important points for hair transplant are - the type, the pattern and the stage of hairloss in your case! in male pattern hairloss of initial stages of 1-2, homoeopathic medicines can arrest the stage where it is already in. But in advanced stages of hairloss of 3, 4, 5 - one can have homoeopathic medicines (3 & 4 stage) along with hair transplant. Hair transplant is a procedure where one's own hair follicle from the back side of the scalp (donor area) is taken air tout from the root and is placed on his own required area (because of dna reasons, we can't donate hair follicle to each other, not even to our own kids/ siblings/ parents). And in the whole lifetime, we can only take to around 12000 to 14000 follicles from the back (depending on the condition of the donor area) - it's one day procedure. Go to any renowned hospital, clinic or firm which deals only in hair (they may cost little more from you, but will give you a quality results ultimately. And they only allow plastic surgeon to perform this)! cost differs from one doctor to another (from rs. 40-50 per follicle to rs. 80-90 per follicle). No. Of follicles depends upon requirement of your scalp and capacity of your donor area (back side of the scalp which is never ever affected by dht) as well. For eg. For stage 1 - may be 2000-2500 follicles are needed, so you can calculate accordingly. Where do you stay? visit any nearby dermatologist or a plastic surgeon who deals in it. Or else chain of clinics dealing in the same field like advanced hair studio, berkowits, Dr. Batra's positive health clinic, a's clinic, etc.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much drying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Follow the tips *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease & develops due to blockages in the skin's hair follicles. These blockages are thought to occur as a result of the following four abnormal processes: a higher than normal amount of sebum production (influenced by androgens), excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation, colonization of the follicle by propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria, and the local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the over-production of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkercheif with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe the slightest sweat from your face as soon as you perspire. When you enter your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing facewash. Take a less carbohydrate rich diet. Do some exercise daily. Along with maintaing the aforesaid rules you can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach.

Hi Sir, Please suggest me my face is very dull can I take peel or any glow creams please tell me thanks.
Dullness can be solved with regular exfoliation. Buy a good scrub and exfoliate gently three times a week. Use AHA glow face wash daily. Use toner daily. Apply sunscreen and a good moisturising cream daily.
