3 years back I was residing in delhi after that I moved to noida, when I was in delhi or earlier my skin was so fair (face, neck, hand, legs) but since I moved to noida it's being 3 years my skin going dark day by day, I didn't change anything in my life style, but still affected, I would like to know is it water in noida because in noida water is quite sour other than that nothing is changed, please help give me right suggestions, I want my fair skin back thanks.

A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle.

This is side stitch. Stretching may relieve the pain of a stitch. Reduce pace until pain lessens. The alleviation is believed to stem from the fact that this gives your body something else to focus on, rather than the pain in your side, and although the effectiveness of this method is individual, it can for a lot of people make quite a significant difference. In order to enhance your skin you need to take care of your skin from outside. You may use a cream or moisturizer that contains Alpha Hydroxy Acid's (AHA's) like glycolic acid, lactic acid etc. AHA's exfoliate superficial dead skin cells and renew it with newer younger cells. Continued use of AHA's keeps skin in a state of continued renewal. This renewed skin is healthier, lighter and brighter. You may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling, particularly glycolic peel, from nearest approachable dermatologist. Glycolic peel utilizes a higher concentration of glycolic acid as compared to that present in creams/ moisturizers. The concentration that is available in peels is 20%, 35% 50% and 70%. Whereas creams contain just 6%, 8% or 10% of glycolic acid. I also suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day. It should have both UVA as well as UV B coverage. Regular use of broad spectrum sunscreen would prevent tanning and also delay skin ageing i.e appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Some sunscreens are also fortified with vitamin C which has skin lightening as well as antiageing properties. Besides topical creams and chemical peeling sessions you may also take a few sessions of microdermabrasion to achieve the desired results. I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for more details and the needful. Regards.

Hi, hair loss it self has 2-3 meanings. Is it hair falling? or thining if hair gradually? or both together. Associated with this you have oily scalp and over all growth of hair if remarkably reduced then, you might be having the problem of androgenic alopecia which might lead to gradual balding of your hair irreversibly. More over using livon hair gain might not suit you always and may lead to more oily scalp and being chemically prepared it may have long term side effects. You can do muscle build up exercise and follow a proper diet. Eat more food. Eat more calorie rich foods like cake, pastries, chocolate, ice cream, ghee, butter, cheese, almond. Walnut, flax seed, sunflower seed. Eat protein like fish, egg. Peanut, peas, soy milk, soy product, mushroom, tofu in extra amount. Eat more dense fruits, vegetables, unrefined food stuffs. Use whole cream milk or milk shake. You can use weight gainer supplement. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water but not during meals. Take quality sleep.

Your brain is like a muscle. You need to exercise it regularly. The exciting thing is that you don’t have to be a millionaire to increase your brain capacity. All you need to do is invest a little time to regularly train your brain. So what can you do? Here are 10 simple ways you can increase your brain power and improve your intelligence! 1. Do something new When you experience something ‘new’ you actually ‘stimulate’ your brain! Don’t get stuck in a rut doing the same old things – the only way to change the structure of your brain is to do something new. This creates new neural pathways, increasing your intelligence. You could take a new route to work, try a new recipe for dinner, or even a new form of exercise – mix it up! 2. Exercise regularly It’s been proven that regular exercise helps to increase brain function and enhances neurogenesis. This means that every time you exercise you are creating new brain cells! Get off the couch and get moving! Your brain will thank you for it :) 3. Train your memory How often do you hear people say “I wish I had a better memory?’ Yet no-one does anything about this! If you discipline yourself to memorise phone numbers and other important numbers (passport, credit card, insurance, driving license) you will start to see a marked improvement in your memory 4. Be curious Instead of taking everything at face value, get into the habit of questioning everyday things/products, services that you come into contact with. Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Hello, take natrum mur 200,3 drops morning empty stomach, single dose. *Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) *Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *Triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall. *Onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying. The juice of onion helps in preventing premature graying, hair loss and baldness. Apply or massage the onion juice on you scalp to get rid from gray hair. You can use it every night before go to bed and leave overnight. It is also helps to hair growth. *Use this home remedy for dark circles:- Home remedy:-Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally. Plus, they have a soothing and refreshing effect. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Repeat twice daily for about a week or more. Another option is to mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal amounts. Use a cotton ball to apply the mixture on the affected skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Follow this remedy daily for at least one week.

Hello, try some of the following home remedies to treat pimples: TEA TREE OIL: Use tea tree oil facewash twice a day followed by tea tree toner and an oil free moisturizer. LEMON JUICE: Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area with a cotton ball. Leave it on for around 10 minutes then rinse with cool water. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water and use the mixture as a toner. Apply on your face with a cotton swab. ALOE VERA: Aloe Vera has burn-relieving properties and can promote healing, fight infection, and even reduce scarring. Scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your face. HONEY AND CINNAMON: Add half teaspoon of cinnamon powder with 1 tablespoon of honey and apply on face. Leave it for an hour, or if possible leave it overnight. Then wash off. CHAMOMILE STEAM: Make 2 cups of chamomile tea and add fresh rose petals to it. Then take this soothing steam while it is still hot. (Put a bath towel over your head to prevent the steam from escaping) MINT LEAVES: Blend fresh mint leaves with some water to make a paste (pudeena ki chutney). Rub the paste on your face and leave for 5-10 minutes. Then wash thoroughly with cold water. Hope this helps.

Try to inhale, by putting a spoonful of vicks in hot water & cover yourself by towel or a bedsheet & inhale yourself ie. Taking deep breath inside thetowel that will take out your blocked nose& take one dolo 650 mg twice daily you sould be alright.
