I am 23 I have gained 12kgs over 2 yrs. Mostly in the belly region. I still play badminton every day for an hour. But I am still putting weight. I smoke min of 5 cigarettes a day. Hello Lybrate user, I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in fibre (oats, dalia, multigrain bread, fruits, salad, vegetables) and along with this take proteins (1 gm per kg body weight per day) and drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day digest protein and fibre. Also I would want you to avoid fried, saturated fats, junk foods and also limit the intake of salt and along with this try to avoid salt after 7 pm in the eve, you can have a glass of hot milk before you go to sleep will help increase your metabolism and help you in weight loss. Focus more on diet and just 20 % on exercise will work best if you follow a well planned diet for weightloss. Check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination

1. Most important thing is to have an ample amount of rest as a routine part of your life. Sleep for at least 8 hours. You can also take a 30-45 mins nap after your lunch. 2. Limit your screen life. Take breaks while working on computer and wash eyes frequently with cold water. 3. Wash your face twice with a good cleanser like tea tree face wash and use soothing toner like rose water or tea tree after that. 4. Use Kojic Acid based cream below eyes for at least 4 months to help lighten your dark circles.
