I have been having wheezing problems from childhood. Presently I am taking seroflo rotohaler and montair fx but it's only temporary relief. Any other medicine that could help me completely eradicate the problem sir? Also I am having bp for which I am taking amloz 5 and dapsone for cicatricial pemphigoid problem. The dapsone tabs am taking for more than two years, whether I should continue further or can I stop this tab as the skin problems have considerably reduced. Sorry I am asking too many questions. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 40 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA after meals along with 30 ml of water. B) take 2-2 tablets of madhumalini vasant rasa and leelavilas rasa after meals C) Eat 1 tsf of flax seeds after meals, do all things for 7 days. This formulation is 100% effective. Hello,take homoeopathic medicines 1. Carbo Veg 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 7 days. 2.Nux Vom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 7 days and revert. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle.Mid morning- A glass of orange, pineapple or carrot juice.Dinner ? Whole grain bread or chapattis, steamed vegetables and any seasonal fruit except banana and apple.

I have been using minoxidil 5% solution for three years for hair loss. Recently my doctor prescribed me minoxidil 10% lotion which is not approved as far I know and also gave me minoxidil oral tablets along with it. Minoxidil is quite safe to use and has to be used continuously for at least six months for an effective hair growth. You can continue it lifelong or as long as you desire hair growth. This has to be applied 1 mL each in the morning and evening only to affected areas.

U would be suffering from sun allergy.Using sunscreen is a must. But using different types is of no help. Uv rays damage skin cells producing free radicals and a variety of effects like blemishes, pigmentation, darkness and dullness of skin. They need to provide protection from uva and uvb rays. A sunscreen of spf 30 at least should b used. Also, look for pa+++ on the product. Also, go for sunscreens with both physical blocks and chemical agents like avobenzone. Use a gel based sunscreen if you have an oily skin like sun cross aqua gel. Repeat sunscreen after every three hours, use even when indoors. Uv ray's enter even through your windows and car windshields. Use sunscreen before and after you go swimming. You can use make up or cosmetics over your sunscreen half an hour later.to prescribe further medications,an examination of ur condition is needed.

Migraine is a kind of relapsing headache. Its symptoms include - episodic unilateral or bilateral, severe and pulsating headaches, associated at times with nausea and vomiting, relieved momentarily on rest or taking medications and aggravated by precipitating factors like sleep deprivation, loud noises, continued sun exposure, allergy to some agents etc. The treatment of migraine is mainly done for relief from acute headache attacks and later treatments to prevent future relapses. The matter is controversial, some children may have frequent infections acquired from other children, when they are genetically susceptible for allergy or asthma and so may have frequent symptoms, but if we go with hygiene hypothesis, if some one is exposed to allergens in childhood frequently, and gets frequent episodes of exposure to infections may also develop immunity towards them and may have lesser chances of adulthood asthma and allergies. So exactly what will happen in difficult to guess. There are many questions for which medical science still does not have definite answers, but rest assured, we doctors and researchers are working on them day and night to solve them one day.

Sir from 1 year hair fall is going on. I could not recognise the reason for what it happens so. With in 1 year I stayed 1 month in Mumbai then after 6 month in Delhi after that I am staying in chhattisgarh state where more coal is produced. Sir sperm discharge happens 1 time in a weak usually. By combing once around 20 ,25 hair falls and also washing heads by shampoo around 30 hair falls. I am usually using hair oil every night but that also not working. Please I am so concerned over it please at this matter and suggest for any thing.

Asthma is preventable disease. You have to take pains to prevent it. First you findout what are you allergic to? once you know the precipitating causes better you avoid it. Do regularly pranayama (breathing exercises) every day so that you can increase your lung capacity. Do water therapy ie. Taking one liter of water on empty stomach, wait for 1 hr before you have breakfast. If it still persisting, try good inhaler mornig & evening. No relief better you see a doctor to avoid acute attack.

6 Ways to Kick Sugar in a Week

Sugar (cane sugar) is not only a big industry but has been a part of many of our traditional foods. Somehow, today sugar has been given a tag of being an 'unhealthy' food. What we don't realize before we demonize a food the reason for it to suddenly become unhealthy. Sugar in small required amounts does not cause any health issue. What we don't realize is the amount of sugar that we are unknowingly consuming through foods like packaged cereals ,juices , health drinks , pastries, burgers and even the so called 'low fat' packaged foods marketed as healthy foods. Excessive sugar in these forms can definitely become harmful. So, rather than banning sugar from your diet, try to make better food choices.

The steps you can take to reduce sugar intake in a week are -
1. Stay hydrated and avoid health drinks and packaged juices - 
Replace so-called health drinks and packaged juices with fresh drinks like lime water, coconut water, herbal teas and home-made fruit drinks like raw mango juice / aam panah and Water. The natural electrolytes will stop any craving for excessive sugar laden foods.

2. Limit caffeine intake - Drinking coffee in the morning causes caffeine kick which spikes the energy levels in the body. As soon as this spike wears off, there is an intense sugar craving in the body.

3. Eat more complex carbohydrates - Increasing consumption of complex carbohydrates such as whole grains and yams helps in stabilizing blood sugar levels in the body. This happens as they are digested slowly and help in controlling sugar cravings.

4. Restrict salt intake - Excessive salt consumption can increase cravings for sugary foods. Eating too much salt can cause the body to balance out the flavors thus leading to increased sugar cravings.

5. Exercise - Exercise causes perspiration in the body which helps in flushing out the salt and making the body alkaline thus reducing sugar cravings.

6. Limit processed food intake - Eating naturally occurring foods such as grains and fruits are healthier than eating packaged foods. Packaged foods generally contain both added sugar and salt which tend to increase sugar cravings and promotes weight gain.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello, Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Essentia Aurea/ thrice daily which is a cardio-tonic which helps in maintaining blood pressure, improves muscle tone of the heart and narrowing of blood vessels.

Have you ever wondered why we had different reactions and feelings after sex than those of our partner? Well, it seems that the answer lies in our brain. The human brain is one of the most complex creations of nature. And there are subtle differences in its reactions to different things for both men and women.

Until recently not much was know about what happened in the brain during an orgasm. Now researchers at Rutgers university in America have used scans to get to know what happens in a women's brain at the time of reaching an orgasm.

They found that in women, oxytocin (a hormone also known as the cuddle hormone) is released during sex and this hormone encourages bonding and empathy leading to an increased feeling of bonding.

But in men, the brain releases more of a hormone which can make men more susceptible to sex addiction. 'The problem is that when a man has an orgasm, the main hormone released is dopamine - the pleasure hormone. And this surge can be addictive.'

This is an interesting study because it tells us the scientific reasons behind the different behavior of men and women after reaching an orgasm and further study is definitely warranted so that it may lead to a better understanding of human behavior during and after sex.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them.
