I have no idea about Agra , but in nearby Delhi you can go to NHI (EOK) they do have few reserved beds for low income group people. Get checked thoroughly , you may be lucky to get Normal reports.

Hello Lybrate user -- Just walking and running will not help you to reduce weight. You have to see what you are eating, how much and when and most importantly your lifestyle. Increase your proteins, especially in the morning. Limit your carbs and give stress on fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid fizzy drinks and fruit juices, instead drink veg. Juice. Eat lots of salads -- this will provide fibre and keep you full for a longer time. Do not take proteins at night and have your breakfast within 1/2 hr. Of getting up. Always have curd in lunch. Never keep yourself hungry, no cravings. Eat 5 meals instead of 3. For a detailed and personalized diet plan you can contact me personally.

DEAR Lybrate USER. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …. 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning. A) eat 10 gm of ajwain seeds along with 10 gm of jaggery after meals. B) take 60 ml of trifala juice along with 20 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep. C) take 5mg of fine powder of nutmeg along with triplala juice at night before sleep…. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Mr. Lybrate-user, some times if blood sugar is not well controlled, one may get a problem called gastroparesis, where there may be repeated nausea and vomiting, hearburn, early fullness. First and foremost is to have excellent blood sugar control - fasting around 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg, hba1c%<6.8. Better to shift to insulin if sugar control is not properly achieved. Plus take small quantity of meals more number of times (6 meals a day), with total intake being well controlled.
