Hi, take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. One can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. These exercises are good for gaining and maintaining good health. Also, practice pelvic floor exercise or kegel exercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. It makes the muscles of pelvis toned and strengthened! in order to locate your pelvic muscles try to stop and begin the flow of urine as using the bathroom. You can perform kegel exercises with the empty bladder as exercising pelvic muscle with the full bladder might result in urinary tract infections.

Please check your ecg, blood pressure, blood sugar, hemoglobin you seem to be overweight, so this may be the main reason please start with mild exercises, continue them and when after some time, your body gets acclimatized, increase them morning walk in greenery for 30 minutes is very good daily pranayam is very helpful in reliving breathlessness do daily yoga also avoid oily spicy and fast food, avoid rice totally take salads and fruits more before lunch don't skip meals.

Symptoms and causes of piles 1. Bleeding after passing stool (bright red colour) 2. Pain while passing stool (it may be painless in internal piles) 3. Itching in anal region 4. A lump hanging down outside anus which may need to be pushed back after passing stool 5. Mucus discharge after passing stool 1. Apply proctosedyl ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool. 2. Sit in a bath tub containing warm water with little salt for some time twice daily (sitz bath). 3. Take two tea spoonful lof softovac/naturolax powder with a glass of warm water/milk in the evening or syrup duphalac 3 tsf (15ml) twice daily if there is constipation. 4. Take fiber containing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. 5. If no relief consult a general surgeon for sclero therapy/rubber band ligation/laser or electric coagulation/surgery.

Yes sleep duration decrease with aging 7 hours sleep is okay more sleep will make person dull better to sleep 7 hours in a day not less and not more one thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active

From what you have written, his urine is extremely concentrated due to inadequate water intake. He should consuming about 3.0litres water daily, should not consume alcohol, tobacco, excessive coffee, tea, soft drinks.

I leave it to you to take care about your psoriasis from your doctors. I should have been given more details, like your blood sugar readings at morning empty stomach level and 1 1/2 hours after principal morning meal. An initial reading of 200 mg % is taken as of diabetes. You may also get hba1c done. If anything above 7.5 just go to a physician or diabetologist with these reports to get proper health plan. Your main problem appears to be weight. Ideally it should be max 65 kg. You have to control your diet under guidance of dietitian or physician. Eat in time avoid free sugars in form of sweet, fruits. Fried dishes. Take high fibre food like green leafy vegetables, reduce your intake by about 300 cal per day. Regular exercixe like walking, sports, cycling swimming etc. Watch your weight. Get blood sugar done after food on weekly basis and hba1c once in 3 - 6 months. Share it with your doctor regularly and take his advice. I feel you are prediabetic and with above advice can postpone it by long period.

Hello lybrate user practice sleep hygiene for sound sleepa as sleep hygiene is the key to sweet dreams. Poor sleep habits are among the most common problems encountered in our society. We stay up too late and get up too early. We interrupt our sleep with drugs, chemicals and work, and we overstimulate ourselves with late-night activities such as television. === fix a bedtime and an awakening time. Do not be one of those people who allows bedtime and awakening time to drift. The body" gets used" to falling asleep at a certain time, but only if this is relatively fixed. Even if you are retired or not working, this is an essential component of good sleeping habits. Avoid napping during the day. If you nap throughout the day, it is no wonder that you will not be able to sleep at night. The late afternoon for most people is a" sleepy time. Many people will take a nap at that time. This is generally not a bad thing to do, provided you limit the nap to 30-45 minutes and can sleep well at night. Avoid alcohol 4-6 hours before bedtime. Many people believe that alcohol helps them sleep. While alcohol has an immediate sleep-inducing effect, a few hours later as the alcohol levels in your blood start to fall, there is a stimulant or wake-up effect. Avoid caffeine 4-6 hours before bedtime. This includes caffeinated beverages such as coffee, tea and many sodas, as well as chocolate, so be careful. Avoid heavy, spicy, or sugary foods 4-6 hours before bedtime. These can affect your ability to stay asleep. Exercise regularly, but not right before bed. Regular exercise, particularly in the afternoon, can help deepen sleep. Strenuous exercise within the 2 hours before bedtime, however, can decrease your ability to fall asleep. Your sleeping environment use comfortable bedding. Uncomfortable bedding can prevent good sleep. Evaluate whether or not this is a source of your problem, and make appropriate changes. Find a comfortable temperature setting for sleeping and keep the room well ventilated. If your bedroom is too cold or too hot, it can keep you awake. A cool (not cold) bedroom is often the most conducive to sleep. Block out all distracting noise, and eliminate as much light as possible. Possible. Relaxation techniques before bed. Don't take your worries to bed. Leave your worries about job, school, daily life, etc. Behind when you go to bed. Some people find it useful to assign a" worry period" during the evening or late afternoon to deal with these issues. Establish a pre-sleep ritual. Pre-sleep rituals, such as a warm bath or a few minutes of reading, can help you sleep. Get into your favorite sleeping position. If you don't fall asleep within 15-30 minutes, get up, go into another room, and read until sleepy.

If ENT examination is nornal,go for spirometry to r/o asthma, xray chest to r/o any lung dis. Recurrent cough can be due to GERD. If all investigation are normal,then you might be having upper airway cough syndrome.

Penis pain after sex is a common problem, especially in young men. Fortunately, in most cases, soreness in the penis is not likely to be a serious condition. Occasionally, however, it may be necessary to seek medical help, especially if you have other symptoms.

Part 1: possible causes of your sore penis after sex

If you experience soreness in the penis after sex, it does not necessarily mean you have an infection or a serious problem that needs treatment. Try to find out which of these possible causes may apply to you:

1. Prolonged sex

The most common cause of having a sore penis after sex is prolonged sex, especially for those who are unaccustomed to it. This is usually the case for younger men or vigorous sex. If you have never had much sex before, your first experience may make you feel a bit sore because of the friction on the skin. Do not be frightened - it usually goes away within a week.

2. Extended manual stimulation

Masturbation or a hand job by a partner can cause soreness, especially when prolonged because rubbing with the rough skin of the hand increases friction.

3. Friction

This can be due to unaccustomed sex, a new experience, or a different type of friction used during sex.

4. Oral sex

Usually, oral sex does not cause a sore penis after sex unless your partner's teeth accidentally cause injury to the penis.

5. Lack of lubrication or dryness

Dryness of the woman's genitals can increase in friction during sex, which can be reduced by using a lubricant.

6. Circumcised

Soreness after sex usually affects the foreskin. However, if you have been circumcised, the skin of the shaft of the penis may be affected.

Hi, the allergy is due to the waxing. Just apply moisturiser cream with the above tablets and cream. Also since when have you taken treatment? if the rashes are increasing you may need an injection to reduce them.

U have to take proper and regular treatment in homoeopathy. Some medicines as agnus castas 200 and acid phos 30 has good result in such cases and tell ur proper case history as how and when it started whether ur discharge is thin or thick and avoid oily and sour things

Hello. As your father is diabetic and diabetic patients are advised to keep taking small frequent meals after every 2 hours as there are chances of getting hypoglycemic when the blood sugar drops abruptly (the patient is also having to lower the blood sugar). So, at the time he is hungry, his low blood sugar causes perspiration. Tell him to carry candies in hand all the time.
