Medicines by itself will not work for you to lose weight. You have to eat clean and exercise well to reduce body fat. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water. As per your height you can have a weight which ranges from 88 kg to 93 kg with muscle and not fat.

Hello You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise for 5 days a week. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, tomato, onion etc. Take green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you

To reduce body fat you have to follow a nutrition program and exercise well. Fat burners by itself will not work, it has to be accompanied with exercise n diet. You need not exercise all days. Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

I am 32 years old man my height is 5.5 inch and wt 78 kg. I am trying to reduce my weight but I can't. My diet chart is : I take rice in the morning at 8 am before going to office it's 1cup with pulses. After that I have my lunch at 2.30 with 2 bread with jam or 2roti with sabji and an apple. In the evening I take only 2 sweets with a cup of tea. Dinner with rice 2cup and fish / egg. My bp is 100/70 every time. Please suggest me.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. 1. Dinner whole grain bread or chapattis, steamed vegetables and any seasonal fruit except banana and apple. 2. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. 3. A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning.

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and ½ cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. Hi lybrate-user. Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. 2. Diet: there is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. 3. Sleep: getting the right amount of shut-eye helps. In one study, people who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept 5 or fewer hours per night or 8 or more hours per night. Sleep may not have been the only thing that mattered -- but it was part of the picture. 4. Stress: everyone has stress. How you handle it matters. The best things you can do include relaxing with friends and family, meditating, exercising to blow off steam, and getting counseling. That leaves you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself. Medication: 1. Regularly do massage with utsadana powder for 10-15 mins before bath will helps to mreduce the belly fat.

Hello, Your morning session after lemon water and evening snacks are not nutritious replace them with nuts and fruits or boiled beans. No ready to eat and refined snacks. Have 2 cups of raw vegetables daily. Do 45 min of physical activity daily. Hope this helps you. stay healthy stah fit. ☺

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Dear lybrate-user, I can plan your daily diet according to your lifestyle and food habits. Below are few tips for weight loss: 1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 3. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 4. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 5. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Liposuction surgery aims at removal of fat from waist/hips and shoulders area. This is only a temporary solution. By liposuction you may be able to remove about 2 kgs of fat only considering you are about 15 Kgs overweight. 1. LS is not a magical solution. Its just for some time. After that again if you keep on eating hi calorie food, the fat will come back. 2. It is better to do proper exercise and switch to simple diet. 3. The problem with Liposuction is that it only sucks away fat. It does not suck away your bad eating habits. 4. Weight / Fat is not the problem. The real problem is the 'habits' which lead to excess weight. 5. Suck out those bad habits and 'POOOOF' your weight is gone forever. 6. Aim for permanent solutions. 7. Consult a dietician. Give up junk food. # Lead a better healthy life and you will live happily for ever.
