Your wt gain is due to tyroid issue. You should controll it first. Yoga pranayam will helps you better in both cases 1) stretching exercises 10 minutes. 2) brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 3) yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

Hi We do job to earn money and live happily. But too much time in job can ruin our health. Please take out time every day 30 minutes to devote to yourself and to your body. Your weight is already excess, but you can get it down bit by bit. Eat more fruits, and veggies. Have more water. Reduce fried food etc. All the best

You are too young, so for sure you don't need any medicine for weight loss. You can start by checking your fat ratio and muscles mass. According to that you can start with high fiber and low fat diet. But for that you need to check your fat mass. Sometimes it is bone weight as well to an extent. So it's better to get to know about that that what is the process that need to be followed.

Hi lybrate-user only lemon apple cider vinger not helps you to loose weight try ds tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

I am 24 years female. My height is 5'7" and my body weight is 69. I do exercises regularly. I maintain proper diet. Morning I used to have 1 cup of green tea, fruits or oats. Afternoon, a bowl of rice and 2 chapathis. Night time, 1 chapati and a cup of mill without sugar.Weekly twice I used to have either fish or chicken and sometimes egg. But for past 2 year I couldn't find any difference in my body weight. Either I am increasing 1 kg or decreasing 1 kg. I daily do walking for 1 hour and do some exercises. . But I couldn't find any difference. I feel like I am losing my weight but when I am checking the weight it's same. I don't know what to do? Please advise. .

Hii, You need to tweak your diet or exercise cause both can plateau and you won't budge a gram. Also if you are gaining muscle mass and losing fat it will not show on scale as a loss. Also chances are you are losing out on your muscle mass due to incorrect eating and/or exercise, in which case you may feel you are losing weight. Never base your plans on daily weight on scale. It's what you lose or gain in the end that matters.

I am 67 Years Old person with 77 Kg. Of Weight and height 5'3. I am having Controlled High Blood pressure with Medicine "Amlopress 10 mg. Sugar level is normal. We are Pure Veg. However inspite of eating only 5 Fulkas in whole day, Rice only once or twice a weak. However I am fond of Sweet. Reduce intake of carbohydrates and fats, increase intake of fluids and proteins, and go for a walk of at least 45 min a day 5 days a week. There is no easy way to reduce weight. Two phoolkas with each meal or one katori of rice. No sugar, potatoes. Take lots of green veggies and fruits (NOT Bananas, chikoo or grapes or coconut).

Your ideal weight is 66 kg at present you're 70kg. Just 4kg. High.Avoid carbohydrates, rich proteins eggs, nonveg,ovre eating, take less as you fillhungry. Take fiber food as much as you can take. Hi Any Tea or Coffee are good stimulants for low BP patients. Green tea is also good. It has some antioxidants which are helpful for body repair. However Green tea does not reduce any fat from the body. For fat reduction you have to aim for fitness. Reduce eating out, reduce fried stuff and sugars. Reduce portion size. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Drink More water Exercise regularly. Then you will be slim and fit.

When positive thinking penetrates your mind it helps you attain your goal instead of putting spokes in the wheel of success. 2. When tempted to indulge, go brush your teeth When your mind is about to give in to temptation, go brush your teeth. It works wonders and your craving would have passed. 3. Sip soup for super slimming Make yourself soup of mixed veggies, greens or lentil. Soup is naturally filling and nourishing, eat it before mealtimes to decrease your overall calorie intake. 4. Never finish the leftovers Don’t treat each meal, as it is your last supper. Refrigerate or distribute leftovers. Ask naturally slim people what they eat and you will get a consistent answer. They eat when they are hungry and stop when they have had enough. 5. Fuel right If you want a sense of well-being and energy, fuel your body right so it performs well. Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
