I am suffering from pain in my legs and left toe for several months and when I woke up in the morn I feel pain in my legs. I also have some pain and burning type feeling in my left hand. If someone masag my left hand I feel some burning sensation like feeling. My vitamin d3 level is 15. I take supplement for that but the pain and my problem remains same. What should I do. Pls help.

This might be due to lack of nurtitions+ increased body heat too. Take 2 spoons of ghee with milk 2 times a day for min 15 days. Do regular stretching exercise.

Muscle dystonia is the reason for your pain, so you need to take temporary medicines and just do specific exercises for back pain.

I have been suffering from one sde leg pain sir for last months. Please tell me solution in house made medicine only.
Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

I am 60 years old and suffering from backache for the last 10 months what should I do.

Backache is the commonest ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore.

At your age and profession most common cause of this type pain is cervical spondylosis. Please consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment and do it at earliest. The more delay more harm to your spine.

Dear keep on changing your position frequently and do some stretching exercises after every 45minutes. Drink lots of water nowadys. Make sure your back is supported back of your seat. Avoid bending forward while sitting. Hope pain is not coming to your legs.

Your father appears to have paraplegia, which is loss of motor function of the lower limbs because of cancer in your back bones. You need to consult an orthopaedic oncologist for management. In later stages the manager is usually palliative/ supportive with good pain killers and bedside care. My prayers.

Hi, go for a walk in d morning. Go for meditation to nourish your whole body & brain, too to calm down your nerve. Take easily digestible, simple, non- irritant diet on time. Your dinner b one hr before going to sleep. Avoid, watching tvs in d late night. Ensure sound sleep for 6/7 hrs in d night. Homoeo medicines: @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ coffea cruda209- 6 pills before 1/2 an hr going to bed. Take care.

1. Apply elastic crepe bandage to ankle joint 2. Keep lime in elevated position 3. Ice therapy for 30 mins 4. You can use any ointment 5. Rest for 3 days 6. X ray of ankle joint if not subside with above treatment take care.

Drink 2-3 glass of water in the morning empty stomach, and 3-4 litres of water during the day daily. Walk for minimum 5 minutes. You may also mix two spoons of isabgol in a glass of warm milk and drink it just before you go to bed. It will help. Thank You
