Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.

Hi if she is have lot of pain. Then try to do icing for 15 min proper in knee flex position she feel better do it and report me tomorrow take care of her.

Hello Start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1)Take hot water fomentation for 20 min. at every 3hrs. interval. 2) Do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3)Do not wear high heals Do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Shoulder pain can be a result of injury or disease of the shoulder joint. Injury can affect any of the ligaments, bursae, or tendons surrounding the shoulder joint. Injury can also affect the ligaments, cartilage, menisci and bones of the joint. Some minor shoulder pain can be treated at home. Icing the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes, three or four times a day for two to three days can help reduce pain. Use an ice bag or wrap ice in a towel (putting ice directly on your skin can cause frostbite). Rest the shoulder and avoid any movements that might cause pain. Simple shoulder exercises can help to stretch and strengthen muscles and rotator cuff tendons. -sleep with two pillows: one pillow is for your head, as usual, the other is to go between your elbow and your body (on your affected side) so that your arm is held slightly away from your body. If you usually sleep on the side where you have no pain, put the pillow in front of you and hug it, to help keep your arm away from your body. Best wishes.

Hi, please, tk, d help of physiotherapy to get relief quickly. Tk, homoeo medicine, @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ colocynth 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ five phos6x-4 tbs, thrice a day. Go for meditation to reduce your stress, & to nourish your whole body to ease your problem. Rotat your lumber rejion clockwise & anticlockwise. Avoid, bending down to lift heavy weight, cold intake, nicotine, caffiene, alcohol, junk food. Tk, care.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
