Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

Precautions for care of your hair *Take nutritious healthy food *Have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *Avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. *Use warm or cold water for bath and NOT very hot water. * Hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * When the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * Use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *Your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Natural products like Shikakai and Amla are better than chemical compositions of manufactured shampoos. *Hair fall, dandruff and tendency for gray hair are dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in Homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally, promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall. Consult privately (Prime-Rs.149/)

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

Does your job involve sitting for longer hours? If there's no history of injury or heavy weight lifting then it's purely ergonomics and lack of core strength and leg flexibility no medicines will take away the root cause only right exercises and ergonomic correction will help consult me online for detailed information with images.

You can make your own hair fall-preventing medicine at home by frying some fenugreek (methi) seeds in coconut oil. Strain this mixture and apply it in minimal amounts, rubbed gently into the hair roots. Alternatively, you can boil some henna leaves in mustard oil. After cooling and straining this preparation, add drops of it in your coconut oil container that you are using for regular massaging.

Sleeping is a habit it has got nothing got to do with age indulge yourself in more interesting activities and hobbies and games make an active daily schedule including your sleeping and waking up times and follow it strictly initially you may find it difficult but slowly you will get into the habit of not sleeping in the day time sometimes a little nap of about 15 to 30 mnts in the afternoon is very rejuvenating also make sure that you take good 7 to 8 hrs sleep in the night.

It was never a fact that only those people who rise early looses weight.Actually heavy teenagers at your age thinks high but implements less.If you start doing anything with full dedication and start enjoying it ,the results are far better.I can understand that you youngsters have a problem in rising early due to late sleeping( due to mobiles nd Tv in most cases) but I will suggest you to start implementing a few lifestyle and eating changes for next 3 months and see the results and once results start pouring in ,you will start enjoying and you will start waking up early morning even before your alarm rang . 1.Stop eating Fast and Junk food 2.Say bye bye to sweets in every form ,even try to drink Milk without sugar 3.Avoid over eating and try to eat 10% less than your appetite. 4.Eat slowly and nonspicy food,take your time while eating 5.Dont drink water while taking your meals,drink 30 minutes before/after meals.It can be done only when food is nonspicy or you are eating slowly.try it. 6.Breakfast and Dinner light and Lunch medium. 7.Try to take dinner at least 60 minutes before sleeping and dont eat/drink anything except water/Milk after dinner. 8.Try to sleep latest by 9. 9.Now comes to exercise.Everybody has an interest in some kind of activity,whether Cycling,Swimming,Cricket,badminton or any other pyysical activity.Try to give some quality time to such activities for 60 minutes in evenings and if no such activity,then start Gym for 60 minutes in evening.( tread Mill 20 min----Cross Trainer 20 Min -------Cycling 20 Min---) Set up a target of burning 100 calories in start in 60 minutes and slowly go on increasing your target.I have seen youngsters burning 600-800 calories in 60 minutes. Implement the above steps in your life style for first 3 months.See the changes and then consult me for further mode of action if there is any requirement which I feel it should not be as by 3 months time results would start pouring in and would be enjoying your activities and would have already set some high goals for yourself even before my consultation.This is my expectation from you like teenagers John.Fitness is the key to everything,Just keep this thing always in mind.

Menses delayed by a week is ok. But if you are suspecting pregnancy, do a urine pregnancy test after 1-2 days. Only if that's negative, you should take a medicine for delayed menses. Till then, relax and eat well. All the best.

Cholesterol levels are deranged. You need to start with lifestyle measures. Change your diet (consult a dietician for detailed diet chart) and start exercising, begin gradually and increase to 45 mins of daily brisk walking or yoga. Stop smoking and quit drinking. Repeat lipid profile 6 weeks after these precautions. If they are still high, you will need medications.

How can one reduce obesity in old age when one gets tired very soon by physical activity.
You can do it by keeping control over your diet. Avoid fried fatty food, eating out, junk food. Cut down on sugar intake, avoid bakery and preserved food items. Follow healthy breakfast, fresh fruits, healthy lunch and light dinner. You can follow jasmine tea as it helps in fat absorption. Have amla, alovera and wheat grass juice; 1 tsp of each mixed in a cup of water every early morning. Drink plenty of water. Do deep breathing and simple yoga like pranayam in the morning!

Eat extra amount of food. Eat more frequently. Use nutritional supplement. Drink lots of water which will help to reduce acidity problem. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. No smoking, alcohol. Do regular exercise. These are basic things which will help you.

Prevent bad breath by brushing your teeth and flossing twice a day.
Brush your tongue/try using a tongue scraper, to remove any trapped food and plaque caught in the tiny hair-like fibers on the tongue.
Finish off your brushing by rinsing thoroughly with water or mouthwash.
Bad breath can be prevented by the treatment of dental problems such as tooth decay, gum abscesses, and abscessed teeth.
Place a few drops of tee tree oil or peppermint oil on your tongue or use the oil on your toothbrush along with your toothpaste.
Quit smoking, as this is the only way to eliminate bad breath from the use of cigarettes, which is also responsible for periodontal disease.
Avoid foods known to cause bad breath such as garlic, onions, cabbage, certain spices, and coffee.
A dry mouth, also known as xerostomia, is a major factor when it comes to bad breath. Sip water, chew sugar-free gum to help produce more saliva.
If you are using breath fresheners on a regular basis, consider choosing one that contains xylitol, a sweetener that some studies have shown to reduce cavities. Avoid products that contain sugar to prevent the accumulation of plaque.
Occasionally use a mixture of 50% hydrogen peroxide and 50% water, as a mouth rinse. Hydrogen peroxide will help kill the bacteria that cause bad breath.
Prevent bad breath by visit your dentist on a regular basis (every six months or as indicated by your dentist) for a complete examination of your teeth and gums and thorough cleaning.

Marijuana does not cause any physical withdrawal symptoms. An uncomplicated alcohol withdrawal may last upto 3-5 days, while a complicated withdrawal may even extend upto a week or more.

HI, Please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tab. of Anuloma DS with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.
