You need to reduce your calorie intake. Restrict rice, potato, sweets, junk foods in your meals. Have a healthy breakfast and have light & early dinners. Have a protein & fiber -rich diet with lots of fruits, salads & vegetables in your daily meals. Drink at least 3 lts water daily. Exercise / brisk walk for at least 30 minutes daily is a must.

Please visit a dentist. He will tell the the cause of the tooth ache and also give you medication for the pain and infection. Since you are only eleven years old, try to visit a pedodontist (childrens dentist) and do not take medication without consulting a doctor.

Hi my friend is suffering from hypoglycaemia and he's non diabetic. Doc suggested with insulin antibody serum test. What is this test for? The report showed 20U/ml What did this reading mean?

Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Thank you.

. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Hi sir I have typhoid test typhoid igg and typhoid IGM positive on Sunday 12.2.17 M taking antibiotics but as m feeling now no abdomen pain no fever is this symptoms ok or should I do Widal test and in how much days I can go for test or currently should I continue with medicine.

If Igg &Igm test (Typhidot test) positive then, it is Typhoid 1.Consult doctor with blood report like Widal/Typhidot test. 2.If it is Typhoid, you have to take a full course of antibiotic for 10-14 days 3.Take Bland semi solid diet like rice with yogurt, porridge, barley, fruit (avoid skin/seeds) custard, Avoid spicy, oily and fatty food. Take light and easily digestible diet. Take meals at short interval to avoid nausa/vomiting, .Avoid meat/poultry/egg 4.Drink plenty of water/lime juice/ glucose water/ coconut water, sugar cane/ Fresh fruit (avoid citrus fruits) Juice, milk 5. Take Adequate rest.

Pl. Avoid tobacco, smoking. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Drink warm water after meal. Do tooth paste daily morning and evening. Apply zytee mouth gel one drop twice a day for 6 days. Gargle with warm water. Tab. Fluka 150 mg once a week for 4 weeks, do test i. E. Cbc, lft, blood sugar. And reply.

Dear user, pigmentation can be reduced with the help of retinol based creams. Now a days kojic acid is also proving effective. Anything best for your skin can be suggested only after an analysis of your skin.

The possible cause of pain are * Wound in stomach or intestine * Improper Digestion * Swelling in Liver * Muscular pain To get relief- First your digestion should be proper .For that *Take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * Walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * Avoid taking Nonveg at night & in day time after taking food ,do not sleep in day. * Avoid taking alcohol for atleast 15 days & do not eat spicy foods surely. * Massage your belly muscles very softly to get relief from swelling only after 3 hours of taking food.

6 Dangerous Effects of Alcohol on Your Sexual Well Being

While small amounts of alcohol do not have any effect on your sexual health, moderate amounts of drinking are known to cause problems in both men and women.

Let's take a look at the effect alcohol may have on your body and sex life:

1. It acts as a depressant -
Acting as a depressant (a drug that reduces stimulation or arousal in various parts of the brain), alcohol inhibits certain areas of the central nervous system that are important for orgasm and arousal, more specifically - the circulation, respiration, and feeling of nerve endings.

2. It dehydrates your body - Sexual arousal requires an adequate supply of oxygen and flow of blood to the private areas so as enable you to experience the different sensations that accompany a sexual act. Adequate blood flow in the case of women is important for lubrication and in the case of men for developing and sustaining an erection. Less fluid in the body and a depressed nervous system can affect your sexual performance.

3. It's not an aphrodisiac if you go overboard - Several studies show that alcohol can help certain people to overcome feelings of deficiency or sexual reserve. This can only happen if you limit your consumption to only 1-2 drinks. If you go overboard, the depressant action of the drink begins to take effect preventing your body's ability to react sexually.

4. It causes fewer erections - Drinking large amounts of alcohol or even long-term drinking can cause erection problems to develop. Erectile dysfunction is said to occur when too much drinking causes dehydration leading to a decrease in blood volume and an increase in the angiotensin hormone, which is associated with ED. The likelihood of this occurring gets further increased if the body's central nervous system is unable to act in a natural way.

5. It leads to delayed ejaculation and orgasm - A 2004 study reveals that about 11% of alcohol users face difficulty in having an orgasm. While the men faced difficulty in ejaculating, women participants required more stimulation to reach an orgasm, compared to men and women who did not drink or drank little.

6. It causes vaginal dryness - The dehydrating effect that normally occurs if you drink a lot can also cause vaginal dryness. It causes a decrease in your sensations and hampers the production of vaginal secretions for sexual penetration, leading to painful sex.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. Height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? if you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you will not grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.
