Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicines 1. Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days. 2. Jobarandi q (10 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Hello, take BC No. 15, 5 tabs thrice daily and Mag phos Pentarken , 2 tabs twice daily. Take Sundari sakhi Syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. There is not any side effects of these medicines. Revert me after 1 month.

TIPS FOR PROPER SLEEP:: 1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 6.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 7. Sleep in total dark room. 8.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 9.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....

How To Get Better Sleep?

Are you experiencing problems in sleeping like ? not able to sleep or wake up at the desired time or frequently waking up at night? The best reason might be that you are not following the basic guidelines for healthy sleep. Here, we explain you basic healthy sleep tips. These tips are for typical adults who are facing difficulty in sleeping. In case of children or those suffering from certain sleep disorders we suggest consulting sleep experts to get treated properly.
Maintain Regular Sleep Schedule
The sleep and wake cycle is regulated by ?circadian clock? in the brain. Maintaining a regular waking time strengthens this circadian clock, and helps get sleep at proper time in night. So, maintain a regular sleeping schedule, even during weekends when there is a temptation to sleep more.

Relax Before Going to Bed
It is important that you go to bed with a relaxed and stress-free mind. Avoid stressful activities like playing video games and working with your PC, right before going to bed. Instead, develop relaxing routines like listening to soothing music and reading an interesting book before going to bed. You can learn relaxation therapy from a professional, and practice it before going to sleep. Make sure there is no bright light in your bedroom as it can signal your neurons that it is time to be awake not to sleep.
Create Sleep-Friendly Environment

Finish Dinner Early
Eating or drinking too much before going to bed may disturb your sleep. Avoid taking a heavy meal too close to bedtime. Exercise Regularly
Exercising regularly helps you get sound sleep. However, exercising before your bedtime is not helpful. When you exercise your body temperature increases, and it takes few hours for the body temperature to come to normal levels enabling sleep onset. Finish your exercise routine at least three hours before our bedtime. Exercising during late afternoon is best.
Avoid Caffeine Products Close to Bedtime
When you take caffeine products like coffee, tea, chocolate and colas, the effect of caffeine in it remain for 3 to 5 hours. In case of some the effects will be up to 12 hours later. Avoid taking caffeine products before 6-8 hours of bedtime, to improve sleep quality.
Stop Smoking and Drinking
Nicotine in cigarettes is a stimulant. When one smokes before sleep he suffers from various nicotine withdrawal symptoms. Smoking can cause irregular sleep routines and nightmares. Many people think that alcohol acts as sedative and helps get good night sleep. In fact, alcohol causes restless sleep. Avoid alcohol consumption. It could be due to gastritis 1. Take bland diet, avoid oily/spicy/fried and junk food 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take one capsule of omez d daily 4. Consult doctor, if no relief.

you can give her tab. thyronorm 0.25 mcg before meal in morning. IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Dear lybrate-user, if pregnancy test is negative. Pregnancy is less likely. Repeat test after 1 week of last test. If still negative then rest assured. But make sure you do not hav unprotected sex next time. If test comes positive visit doctor immediately because abortifacient are not prescribed online. Thankyou

Dear user please follow the following dietary instructions avoid fried foods avoid packaged foods colas n bottled beverages to be avoided as they will further weaken your bones go out for sunlight if you are non vegetarian include eggs, chicken n fish in your daily diet. Green leafy veggies specially cabbage and other veggies like cauliflower n brocolli should be part of your daily diet include soya, tofu, soyamilk and nutrella in your daily intake caffeine n caffeine containing products like coffee n colas to be avoided take small n frequent meals also include walnuts, flaxseed oil or olive oil in your daily diet.

I am 56, diabetic patient for about 2yrs, never take any medicine. My sugar level at present is fasting - 123, pp - 158. What treatment should I take? is it enough diet control and proper exercises for my condition?

Although your sugar levels are not alarmingly high but these levels r maintained since 2 yrs, so it is a problem and for this I will reccomend you an effective and safe homoeopathic treatment. Follow up after 2 months diabonil (sbl) 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 15 minutes before meal uranium nitricum 1x (wilmar schawe india) 2 tab twice daily direct in mouth and chew eat little at a time every 2-3 hourly. Don? t eat too much at a time brisk morning walk for 30 minutes regularly dinner 2 hours before going to sleep 10 minutes evening walk after dinner avoid sweets, mango, grapes, cold drinks in particular.

Hi, to enhance your skin color and pigmentation try to be natural. Always have some smart physical exercises early morning. Take sufficient fluid and water intake. Before bath take manjista, haldi, besan, keshar, milk paste prepared at home apply on your body with gentle massage. Have bath after 15 minutes. Continue the process 1 month. Your body skin will be white. To prevent hair take neeli bhringaraj oil daily head massage. Ok.
