Dear Lybrate User, *Fresh vegetables such as beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, celery, leafy greens, onions, garlic, peppers and sprouts will help increase the light element in the body. Fruits to favor include; berries, apples, pears, pomegranate, raisins, lemons, prunes and apricots. Generally heavier and sweet fruit and vegetables such as potatoes, cucumber, zucchini, bananas, coconuts, avocados, oranges, grapes and pineapples are best avoided. *Physical exercise, Yoga, Breathing exercise necessary. *Avoid junk foods, maida related foods.

If there is a deficiency that is restricting your growth, go for regular checkup for b12, iron, iodine copper. Apply cow's fresh butter on the areas. If nothing works, it might be hereditary. Later you can go for hair transplant. Beardo is a good product.

hello nothingvery worry..u are bit upset..as ur aim was to achieve admission in IIT..but u didn't..Think der is something gud in dat..Everything will be good..You can take homoeopatic medicine of you constantly feel so..which is IGNATIA 200 (8 pills) 3 days early morning on waking from sleep dissolve in half cup of luke warm water..Drink all of dat ..you will feel relaxed..And remember that its not antidepressants or habit forming..but it will cure your status of mind

For the past three years, I have been suffering from pin worms. I've been deworming myself everything 6 months, cleaning linens and bedsheets but no results yet. I've started loosing weight as well. What might be a definitive cure?

For the past three years, I have been suffering from pin worms. I've been deworming myself everything 6 months, clean...
Please note the treatment for pinworms as follows - the main thing is hygiene: 1. Wash all bed linen, bedclothes (pajamas) and cuddly toys. Normal washing temperature is fine, but it needs to be well rinsed. 2. Vacuum the home thoroughly, especially the bedrooms. Vacuuming needs to be regular and thorough throughout the six-week period. 3. Damp-dust surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, washing the cloth often in hot water. Do this regularly throughout the period. 4. Do not shake things that may have eggs on them, such as clothing, pajamas, bed lined or towels. 5. Do not eat in the bedroom. There is a risk of swallowing eggs that have shaken off the bedclothes. 6. Make sure everybody's fingernails are cut short. 7. Refrain from nail biting and finger sucking. This may not be easy if there are small children in the house. 8. Wash your hands thoroughly and frequently, and scrub under your fingernails. Before eating, after going to the toilet, and after changing diapers (nappies) make sure you wash your hands. 9. At night wear close-fitting underwear. Change your underwear every morning. 10. Some people say that cotton gloves may help prevent scratching during sleep. 11. Have a bath or shower regularly, thoroughly cleaning your body, paying particular attention to your anal and vaginal (females) areas. 12. Do not share towels or face flannels. 13. Toothbrushes should be kept in a closed cupboard and rinsed well before use.

It is a good medicine, does not come under addiction category. You can take it under a psychiatrist advise and follow up to be on the same. If anxiety is well controlled trial titration and stoppage can be adopted by the psychiatrist in discussion with you. All the best.

You do this: sleep with legs raised up from waist against the wall and upper part of body lying down making 90 degree with legs for 10 mins. Dear you can easily gain weight by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.
