I am very thin due to this I face many problems. sir please provide me some good ideas for this cure.
Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body?s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 ? 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatos, ots, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. These homeopathic medicines and dietary addition will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost.

Carbon Laser Facial

MD - Dermatology, MBBS
Dermatologist, Delhi
Play video

Hello, viewers. I am Dr Rohit Batra from Dermaworld Hair and Skin Clinic. Today I am going to talk about the new facial in the market, that is the Carbon facial.

Quaternary to what facials are, when you think it is a facial, you think of a massage. But no, carbon facial is altogether a different thing.

We apply carbon particles on your face and leave it for around 30 minutes so that the carbon gets absorbed into your skin. And with the help of a brand new Spectraexticusit laser, we help you get rid of your pigmentation, your dullness and when the laser moves on the carbon particles, it takes away the pigmentation, the dirt, the dust and it gives you all the refresh look which is smooth, shiny and gives you a self-confidence.

So, if you are looking for something fresh this festive season, make sure you get a carbon facial at Dermaworld hair and skin clinic.

You can visit us at Rajouri Garden or New Rajendra Nagar and can fix an appointment for yourself at a Lybrate profile.

Thank you.

Hello firstly start taking a full nutritious diet. A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is berberis aquafolium mother tincture. Take 5 drops of it mix with water, twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day. 3. Wash your face with besan and curd, mix a pinch of turmeric also. 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your face. 7. Apply multani mitti pack on the face, wash it off after it dries.

My face is so oily and I want oil free skin and glow on my face so what can I do for it.

My face is so oily and I want oil free skin and glow on my face so what can I do for it.
If you have oily skin, your sebaceous glands are pumping out an overabundance of sebum, the waxy substance that protects your skin. When there?s too much, skin looks oily, and that overabundance of sebum may contribute to acne. Heredity plays a part: For instance, people with dark hair make more oil than fair-haired folks. But there are other contributing factors, including stress and changes in hormone activity ? Wash your face with hot water. It dissolves oil more effectively than cool or lukewarm water. ? Choose the right cleanser. Whether you prefer bar soap or liquid cleansers, avoid products, like Dove, that have added moisturizers. Bar soaps like Ivory, Dial, or Lever 2000 are perfectly effective, though you can also use cleansers formulated specifically for oily skin (they?re likely to be more expensive). ? If you?re having acne outbreaks, choose an antibacterial soap formulated with benzoyl peroxide or triclosan. These discourage growth of acne-causing bacteria. ? Use a liquid face wash that contains alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs), such as citric acid, lactic acid, or glycolic acid. The AHAs work in several ways, helping to slough off dead skin cells, reduce the oil in your pores, and combat infection. for treatment consult privately?

I am 25 years old male. Give me some suggestions diet for face glow and white skin?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

I am 25 years old male. Give me some suggestions diet for face glow and white skin?
Everyone has a favourite face cream or treatment, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment from within. Older cells are constantly shed and replaced by younger ones and a steady supply of micronutrients is essential to support this rapid growth. Eat the correct balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients it needs to help it stay soft, supple and blemish-free. Eat your five-a-day Fruit and vegetables contain powerful antioxidants that help to protect skin from the cellular damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are caused by smoking, pollution and sunlight and can cause wrinkling and age spots. Eat a rainbow of colourful fruit and vegetables and aim for at least five portions a day. Betacarotene, found in pumpkin, carrots and sweet potatoes, and lutein, found in kale, papaya and spinach are potent antioxidants, important for normal skin cell development and healthy skin tone. Vitamin C Vitamin C is also a super antioxidant. It is needed for a strong immune system, radiant skin and helps blemishes heal properly. The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes. They all help to produce collagen that strengthens the capillaries that supply the skin. Cut out crash diets Repeatedly losing and regaining weight can take its toll on your skin, causing sagging, wrinkles and stretch marks. Crash diets are often short in essential vitamins too. Over long periods of time this type of dieting will reflect on your skin. Stock up on selenium Selenium is a powerful antioxidant. It works alongside other antioxidants such as vitamins E and C and is essential for the immune system. Studies suggest that a selenium-rich diet can help to protect against skin cancer, sun damage and age spots. One way to boost your intake is to eat Brazil nuts. Just four nuts will provide the recommended daily amount (RDA). Mix Brazil nuts with other seeds rich in vitamin E as a snack or salad sprinkle. Other good sources are fish, shellfish, eggs, wheatgerm, tomatoes and broccoli. Vitamin E Vitamin E protects skin from oxidative (cell) damage and supports healthy skin growth. Foods high in vitamin E include almonds, avocado, hazelnuts, pine nuts and sunflower and corn oils. Drink up Skin needs moisture to stay flexible. Even mild dehydration will cause your skin to look dry, tired and slightly grey. Drink six to eight glasses of water a day - all fluids count towards your daily allowance, but water is the best. If you work in an office, keep a large bottle of water on your desk to remind you to drink. Herbal, caffeine-free teas are good too. Try to avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, both can age the skin. Don't be afraid of fat Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats - the types found in avocados, fish, nuts and seeds - provide essential fatty acids which act as a natural moisturiser for your skin, keeping it supple. These fats also come packaged with a healthy dose of vitamin E (a vitamin many of us lack), which will help protect against free radical damage. Eat more phyto-estrogens Phyto-estrogens are natural chemicals found in plant foods (phyto meaning plant). They have a similar structure to the female sex hormone oestrogen and have been found to help keep our natural hormones in balance. There are different types, some are found in soya bean products (isoflavones), whereas others are found in the fibre of wholegrains, fruit, vegetables and flax seeds (lignans). Include phyto-estrogen rich soya, wholegrains, fruits and vegetables as part of a balanced diet. Opt for omega-3 Make sure you get enough omega-3 and omega-6 fats. These are essential fatty acids which mean they cannot be made in the body and must be obtained through the diet. You will find omega-3s in oily fish and plant sources such as flaxseed oil, linseeds, walnut and rapeseed oil. Omega-3 fats encourage the body to produce anti-inflammatory compounds, which can help skin, particularly inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and psorasis. Go for low-GI carbs Eat plenty of beans, pulses, porridge and other slow-releasing carbohydrates. These release sugar into the blood stream gradually, providing you with a steady supply of energy and leaving you feeling satisfied for longer and therefore less likely to snack. Avoid high GI carbohydrates like biscuits and sugary drinks, as they lead to production of insulin, which may damage collagen and accelerate wrinkles. Don't forget zinc Zinc is involved in the normal functioning of the sebaceous glands in the skin (which produce oil) and helps to repair skin damage and keep skin soft and supple. Zinc-rich foods include fish, lean red meat, wholegrains, poultry, nuts, seeds and shellfish.

While doing potty sometimes blood comes out. Suggest me some medicine to cure this.

BHMS
Homeopath, Chennai
If blood is bright red it may be due to lower gi bleeding (piles, fissures, fistula) but if dark it may be due to upper gi (ulcerative colitis, intestinal ulcers, etc) related so first I advice you to visit a general surgeon and diagnose the disease but for treatment you can take homoeopathic treatment cause it eradicates disease from root.

Blood in stool may be due to fissure in ano or rectal polyp in children. You should consult a surgeon for per rectal examination for correct diagnosis.

Use sun screen and cover your skin in sun to reduce the chances of pigmentation. To remove pigmentation use cream for de-pigmentation or go for laser treatment.
