Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily ..Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

Hi 1) wear comfortable sports shoes 2) make daily routine of exercise 3) rule out calcium and vit d deficiency 4) do proper warm up before exercise and cool down after exercise 5) do stretching of legs do exercise under supervision of skilled physiotherapist. Sir I have a pain in my spinal chord exactly in middle of the backbone. This injury caused due to lifting a weight I have consult one of the Ortho in my local area he prescribed a medicines but not clearly hill the pain. I used work whole day before this but now I can't do work for 2 hours also. So kindly suggest what should I do?

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

Keep hot water fermentation for hos back muscles as tolerable by him. Note, if he has diabetes just check the temperature with your hands. Later start doing streching exercises.

Hello Doctor , I am 50 years old male . Around 2 -3 months back I had severe pain in my Right knee , After initial investigation doctor advised me to do MRI Scan and the report is showing : TIBIOFEMORAL OSTEOARTHRITIS. BUCKET HANDLE TEAR OF MEDIAL meniscus. MODERATE JOINT EFFUSION . Doctor at a reputed hospital advised me to go for Arthroscopic Menisectomy Rt knee as early as possible , Although I am not having pain now and I want to know is it really required to go for surgery or it can be avoided . Please advise . Thanks.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

From last few days I am feeling confused most of the times also I experience stiffness in my neck with pain in the lower back left portion of my head it happens very rarely though, nervousness and a strange fear also runs through out the day, it seems that I will faint, but I have never fainted till now, kindly suggest. Hi I am 31 years, I have pain in my left foot it happens once or twice in a year but when it happens I am unable to stand and feel huge pain & swelling. Please advise what need to do in this problem. Xray has performed but nothing is there.
