He's having anal fissure since past many months. Taking laxative. But no relief. Anus passage became narrow .pl help. Feeling discomfort becoz of it. Allergic rhinitis has become chronic pl help.

MD - Medicine, DM - Gastroenterology
Gastroenterologist, Gurgaon
Anal fissure generally respond well to treatment like laxatives, sitting in warm water, local ointment to relax the anal sphincters. If anal fissure persists then surgery is needed. However before surgery your doctor needs to see type of anal fissure as multiple fissure are associated with other diseases which are to be excluded.

Hello my age is17 and I got a white patch on my forehead since 1 month. What could be the reason for dis. Please can ...
Hello,White patches on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. In the mean time you can take cal phos 6x, 4 tabs twice daily. Do send me a clear photo of the affected area.

How to Avoid Sun Tan?

MBBS, MD - Dermatology , Venereology & Leprosy
Dermatologist, Chennai
How to Avoid Sun Tan?
Skin colour becomes a shade lighter with proper and regular use of sunscreens because it will help you lose the sun tan. Sunscreen should be used daily, regardless of whether very sunny or cloudy day. Sun exposure occurs throughout the day. It can be through clouds, through regular glass windows of cars or homes, and even during short time spent walking to nearby shop or picking children from school bus. Try to stay indoors during 10: 00 am to 4: 00 pm. Sunscreens should be applied over exposed areas of body like face, neck, chest, forearms, hands, etc. Most cosmetically acceptable sunscreens need to be applied at least 20 minutes before going outdoors and repeated every 3-5 hourly depending on the sunscreen constituents. You need to also reapply sunscreen every time you sweat or wash off unless you are using special sunscreens which are water resistant. Use water resistant sunscreens while swimming. Even water resistant sunscreens protection wane off in 40-80 minutes and this should be kept in mind while swimming. Consider using sunscreen with atleast spf (sun protecting factor) 30. Please do not apply too little amount of sunscreens.

I am 19 years old boy my skin tone of face is getting darker day by day please help.
Firstly start taking a full nutritious diet. A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is berberis aquafolium mother tincture. Take 5 drops of it mix with water, twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day. 3. Wash your face with besan and curd, mix a pinch of turmeric also. 4. Apply bio valley's skin lightening cream. 5. Apply rose water to your face at night.

I have so many pimples on my face and so many darksport on the face what I do so that my face became beautiful.

MBBS, Diploma In Dermatology And Venerology And Leprosy (DDVL)

I have so many pimples on my face and so many darksport on the face what I do so that my face became beautiful.
PIMPLE Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin C (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin E on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin E to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study , applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing,if you want medicine than , i will prescibe , like daily apply night microbenz cream daytime use ahaglo facewash
