Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Dear, its not only food which will help you in achieving your goal, but exercise will be too important. Go for a well balanced diet of veggies and fruits, grains and pulses. If you are non vegetarian include eggs, chicken and fish in your diet. If vegetarian then add soya, tofu, paneer in your daily diet.

I want to get in shape i. E I got pot belly and fat around cheeks, neck, thighs, arms. My age is 18. And I m also having fall problem from last two years my hair is falling ridiculously the reason is probably the hard water here (kota, Rajasthan. I will be going home soon hence the hard water problem is solved now I want to boost my hair growth make it lil more thick also want to increase volume of my hair and as I have loosed much hair so hair regrowth is also required kindly give me solution for that. Diet plan, medicines etc. My has tanned a lot there is uneven skin tone how to get even tone and reduce the tanning effect. Thank you.

You want to get good shape, reduce fats, cure fall problem, boost hair growth, diet plan and improve skin tone. You also have dust mite allergy. The best way is to balance tridoshas ie the three humours. Once response starts everything else may be taken care of gradually. You can't take much medicine nor would it be done overnight. First of all drink boiled water (boiled with ginger) 2 cups + cranberry sugarless juice 1 cup + honey 2 tsp. Drink/ sip warm. In the morning chew 3-4 cloves of garlic with this water. Drink 6-7 times before food everyday. Inform change in two weeks. If there's no response or you can't do it, pl get herbal combos from us to be taken with honey and warm water and also local application for skin toning. It may take at least two months to show results.

Hi lybrate-user. Appearance of acne vulgaris depends on hormones in the body which regulate sebum production. So pimples usually can recur till the age of 25. So maintenance after treatment is also important which can be done by applying topical retinoids daily at night time. Also use glycolic acid containing face wash 2-3 times daily which will help in keeping the face oil and dirt free. Drink plenty of water and also increase intake of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Hi here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits: - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Your weight should be in between 66-70 kg. You should have a balanced diet, and eat frequently every 3-4 hrs. In between meals, have fruit shakes,(banana/mango/chiku) shakes, sweet lassi, sweet curd, fruit puddings/custards at night, and dates or a handful of nuts in the morning everyday, besides this practice stress relieving techniques like yoga, exercises, do weight training 30-45 min three times a week.

It is a common disease mostly related to infection by water or food. It is very simple to treat diarrhea, using simple remedies; 1. Drink a lot of homemade fluids i.e. buttermilk, lemon water, lassi, coconut water, fruit juice, plain water, etc. 2. Avoid tea, coffee, and cold drinks. 3. Do not leave food, continue usual amounts, you may include banana, rice etc. 4. Drink ORS solution as recommended (1 packet in 1 litre water), 1 glass water after each episode of diarrhea or whenever you feel like drink anything. This is best treatment. In diarrhea, you have to protect yourself from loss of water body, ORS helps a lot it. Hi, I am a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator and a doctor (general physician) who will help you in your diabetes problem. Do let me know your hba1c value? also you need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high fiber prescribed diet which includes soluble fibre like apple, isabgol etc. Get more physical activity by prescription from a registered dietitian eat a balanced diet which includes whole grains and excludes all refined products like maida as prescribed by a registered dietitian, if you're overweight, diabetes prevention may hinge on weight loss. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

For weight gain you have to follow a good diet. You should take good protein & carb balanced diet with right ratio of calories. This diet will help you a healthy gain 2-4 kg in month. You should take a healthy meal in every 3 hours. Don't drink water or any liquid before or while eating. You have to include these foods-dairy products, soya, sprouts, egg, potato, rice etc.

Hi, from what you have mentioned above, it seems you have got cavities in your teeth. Cavities cannot be treated with medicines. The existing decay needs to be removed and the tooth should be filled with an inert material to prevent the further progression of the decay.

1.Take balanced diet, iron/calcium/vitamin/mineral supplement 2. Take protein and iron rich food like fish, green vegetables, fruits, milk and milk product 3. Facial and bell's paralysis is loss of facial movement because of nerve damage. There can be many reasons for it. It can be due to any infection in nerve, any head injury, tumor, stroke, high bp leading to hemorrhage, any auto immune diease, the most common is ear infection or inflammation directly affecting your facial nerve as it passes through your ear. In physio we have very good treatment plan include: muscle stimulator - stimulate / strength the weak muscles those are paralysed. Facial soft tissue manipulation, facial exercises, pnf, etc so in general I would advice you to go for some treatment if possible visit some neurophysio who will guide you your treatment plan according to your problem. Please follow: 1. Facial exercises like eyebrow raising, drawing, wrinkling, deep breath from nose, smiling, ballon filling, jaw moments etc 2. Using your fingers massage the entire area of massage with applying any cream or talcum. Guidance required from physio. 3. If not that weak then you can apply hot pack also for 10 mins. Precautions: 1. Take eye care. Wash properly. 2. Use goggles when moving out from home. 3. Take mouth care. 4. While drinking or eating take care. 5. The head should be massaged slowly with oil or shampoo while bathing or cleaning hairs resulting blood circulation becomes fast and the skin of the head is protected from dryness. Shampoo should be used only two times a week. Hairs should be washed with curd for removing dandruff. Spicy or fried foodstuffs should not be eaten. Excessive cream or jell should not be applied on hairs.
