Hello. I can understand your fear. But if the pain is bearable then don't jump on to conclusions and avoid taking pain killers as they will never cure. Better first consult an orthopaedic surgeon and get proper diagnosis. Once you have the diagnosis then consult a good homoeopath for treatment. As it is safe and permanent.

Heat fermentation and rest tk muscle relaxant medicine if it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment and a x-ray.

How to prevent knee cartilage damage? Some exercises and prevention tips would be helpful. My husband is 32 years and is never into warm-up before doing any outdoor sports activities. Now he keeps complaining of knee pain every few weeks. Please suggest few tips to strengthen muscles.

Hi lybrate-useryou need to take your husband to a physiotherapist and ask him to teach him the following exercises which will strengthen the knee joint muscles and neutralise the load on the knee. 1. Hamstrings and quadriceps exercises. 2. Vastus medius obliqus exercises. 3. Knee rom exercises. 4. Ankle pumps. Do these exercises on a regular basis and add on weights to the ankle later and do again the exercises. Let me know how he feels then. Regards

Calcium will not give you relief. Start with physiotherapy treatment. Learn exercise for spine. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Use lumber spine belt.

As arthritis is very common that you get generally bilaterally. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Simple Knee Exercies Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. I am 44 years male person I had a back pain in middle spine since 6 month I consult neurologist and he advised me mri l spine with contrast. Then I done mri and he tell me anklleyes spondylitis and advice lab test HLA B27 and Report's Lab tests are negative. So I am in tension please tell about above .what is this?

If your test HLA B27 is negative you need not worry as in positive case it is a progressive disease panchkarma kati basti and basti along with medicine will surely help you apply lumbo sacral belt whiling standig or walking.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Get your blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and avoid papads pickles and junk food items.
