Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Inform after 10 days for further guidance.

Your backache mostly seems to be mechanical or due to muscle strain. You can observe the following to get benefit. 1. Back pain in morning indicates your sleep posture is not good or your mattress is inappropriate. 2. Sleep with pillow between knees or behind knees. 3. Do back stretches and exercises daily 4. Apply analgesic cream and warm water bag at night time. 5. Take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen for persistent back pain. 6. Maintain proper ergonomics at work place. 7. If problem persists you need to undergo evaluation by your doctor you can consult again for further queries.

If he has not started treatment for diabetes, then he should consult a diabetologist urgently as blood sugar value of 400 mg is too high and risky. As regards the back pain he may see an orthopedician.

Hello in knee joint make by ligaments and soft tissues not a sperm. As your age your calcium level is not low. But if your mind goes to calcium then go to blood test for calcium level. For stop knee popping up some quadriceps exercises.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again. Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am having back ache. Above my lower back near the lungs area. I feel it sometimes while running but these days I think due to my sleeping posture the pain has increased a lot. But if I sleep properly nd take a hot shower nd target it in the pain area I get a relief instantly. Do I meed to be concerned or is this normal?

Lower back pain can be caused by a variety of problems with any parts of the complex, interconnected network of spinal muscles, nerves, bones, discs or tendons in the lumbar spine. Typical sources of low back pain include: The large nerve roots in the low back that go to the legs may be irritated The smaller nerves that supply the low back may be irritated The large paired lower back muscles (erector spinae) may be strained The bones, ligaments or joints may be damaged An intervertebral disc may be degenerating While back pain is extremely common, the symptoms and severity of back pain vary greatly. A simple lower back muscle strain might be excruciating enough to necessitate an emergency room visit, while a degenerating disc might cause only mild, intermittent discomfort. Identifying the symptoms and getting a diagnosis that pinpoints the underlying cause of the pain is the first step in obtaining effective pain relief. Treatment for lower back pain depends upon the patient's history and the type and severity of pain. The vast majority of lower back pain cases get better within four to six weeks, and lower back pain exercises are almost always part of a treatment plan. please take these medications as primary treatment plan, & have a thorough consultation with us as early as possible. Once I fell down from bike and balanced my two palms from that event I got pain in my thumb and next finger of thumb, I already took xray, scan and nothing happened in bones and checked physiotherapy too, I have doubt in neurological problem? because I can do exercise and heavy lifting but small work writing and message typing I got pain in fingers and in palm under the thumb.
