Dear Lybrateuser, -Do avoid any arguments with family & friends as it is the main cause of your problem -do regular exercise like walking /brisk walking for 20-30 min in morning, do yoga, meditation & deep breathing exercise for 10-15 min in the morning to calm & relax your mind & to keep the body fit -do not take a nap for more than 30 min in the day -keep yourself occupied in the day by reading, listening to music, following a hobby, socializing with friends & speaking with family -also reduce intake of alcohol to 60 ml as the amount you consume is more, as you reduce the consumption you will start getting sound sleep -also take a balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, have 6-7 glasses of water for sufficient hydration -take medication on time regularly.

Only 18 but suffering from gastric problems, before some tests are suggested, do take care about your diet. Eat moderately, regularly, nouritious food which has simple proteins like milk & curds and less oils, besides raw vegetables that can cause distention. Do write back after a week, if problem is not resolved, some tests will be suggested.

Hi. You are very well described your case and situation. Thank you for that. This is a very routinely seen situation. People have to take medicines for high blood pressure, cholesterol, for diabetes and other such problems. So they land up taking tens of medicines every day. So ultimately, at some point of time, they feel tired of taking all this medicines. But the fact is there is no actual alternate to available presently for this. And, definitely, stopping to take medicines is a very bad decision which ultimately the patient understands in a longer run. You should practice yoga regularly, concentrate on good lifestyle and healthy dietary habits. Talk about this with your treating doctors so that he can optimise your treatment. Take care.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Hello, your problem suggests that you have pitta prakruti (body type). Pitta is responsible for vertigo and dizziness specially when you are exposed to direct sunlight. It also causes palpitations (loud heart beat) which you are experiencing as chest pain. Try this ayurvedic treatment which will definitely help the cause. A) usheerasava 2 tsp twice a day with water b) dadimadi ghrita 1 tsp twice daily. D) avipattikar churna 1 tsp twice a day e) tab tapyadi loha 1 tab twice f) go to bed early before 10 pm, and avoid spicy diet, curd, non-veg, and green leafy vegetable.

You may be referred for a mammogram or breast ultrasound. You may have a breast infection, cysts or fibroadenomas - all of which can be treated. Remember that breast cancer usually does not cause sharp breast pain, but if you find a breast lump and it is painful, get it checked out and treated, another reason could be your pain is related to high stress levels or too much water retention . Try (Biochemic) Calc Four ,Kali dich,Kali Ars, Mag Sulph all in 12x potency. 3 pills each 3 times a day for sometime.

Hello, Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe’s Essentia Aurea/ thrice daily which is a cardio-tonic which helps in maintaining blood pressure, improves muscle tone of the heart and narrowing of blood vessels.
