Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow?s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Revert after 1 month.

Hello, I am feeling some like stuck below throat or around chest area from 3-4 days .Feel like take out through berbs. Also feel some suffocated. No pain. No pain in eating and drinking. What could be the problem. Can it be a gas problem, that problem or any respiratory problem.

Heavy ness in throat may be due to allergy cum infection in throat. Through examination of throat is required. If required after taking throat swab for culture and sensitivity, accordingly antibiotics and antihistamincs, analgesics can be given.

Hello- increasing your appetite can be a tricky business, especially if you find food unappealing or are struggling to gain weight. But don't worry, there are many things you can try to train your body to eat more and to start enjoying food again. Here are some great suggestions for kick-starting a healthy appetite. 1 always eat breakfast. 2 eat small, frequent meals. 3 eat healthy snacks. 4 choose your favorite foods. 5 avoid off-putting odors. 6 use herbs and spices in cooking. 7 eat less fiber. General advice: 1 make meal times pleasant. 2 exercise. 3 drink enough liquids. 4 keep a food diary. 5 avoid eating alone. 6 use large plates. Eating food off larger plates than usual is a psychological trick which leads your brain to believe that you are eating a smaller portion of food.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicines 1. Graphites 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days. 2. Jobarandi q (10 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Dear lybrate user, now a days people's diet is changed. Now a days society takes fast food, junk food, heavy food etc. So more deposit fet is seen in abdominal region. Ultimately fatty liver seen in usg findings. It is more common now a days. There is no need to too much worry. But you should follow below things to overcome your pain problem:- take easily digestible food like green leafy vegetables etc which contains good vitamins, minerals etc. Avoid fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food, rice potato, sweets, ice cream, cold drinks, chinese, panjabi, etc heavy digestible food. Drink more and more water 3 litres in a day. Manage the stress and anger. Regular walking for an hour 5 days in a week. Regular yogasana / pranayam / exercise can sure help you. Pavanmuktasana, vajrasana there two aasanas can help you.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 6yrs. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Natural method of treatment of pimples 1.wrap the ice cube in a piece of cloth and hold it on the affected area for few seconds, wait for few minute and repeat the process 2. Dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply to pimples before going to bed 3.Apply some white tooth paste over the affected area before going to bed and in the morning wash your face with water 4.Fill a large container with hot water and allow the steam to come in contact with your face for few minutes rinse your face with lukewarm water and after drying it apply oil free moisturizer 5. Cut a fresh garlic clove into 2 pieces and rub the garlic in the pimple and leave it for 5 minutes before washing skin with lukewarm water repeat the treatment several times a day 6.Drink lot of water. Butter milk, coconut water. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables/fruits. Avoid processed/fried/spicy/junk food 7.Consult skin specialist for further advice.

Dear doctor am suffering with chronic constipation. Am diabetic and BP taking medicines regularly and my age is 47 years. Have undergone all tests like sonography, endoscopy but couldn't find any major issues. One Dr. has advise e take cremaffin plus it is working. My query is can I continue this medication for ever or else otherwise, kindly advise me. Thnx in advance.

U can take it as and when required do following 1.Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2.Take little more water in the day 3.Eat more fruits and green vegetables 4.No fried/ spicy/ junk/ processed/ fast food, no maida products 5.No tea/ coffee/ cold drinks 6.No alcohol 7.Reduce wt 8.Daily morning walk for 30 mts 9.Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 10.Fiber Foods that are high in insoluble fiber include whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Try wheat bran, brown rice, or whole grain bread. Soluble fiber- Prunes and figs can be added to breakfast or eaten as a snack. 11. Take – Probiotic 12.Take a glass of hot milk with sugar at night before sleeping
