Adhd there is no cure for attention deficit hyperactive disorderbut treatments can help relieve the symptoms and make the condition much less in day to day life adhd can be treated using medication or therapy but a combined of both is I often the best way to treat it a hdh. Behaviour therapy isva treatment option that can help reduce this behaviour it is often helpful to start behaviour therapy as soon as diagnoses is made.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 l carnetine 500mg at night. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

It may be low back pain with sciatica. In sciatica pain radiates along the leg. Reasons can be-* *sitting in inconvenient posture constantly, without changing your position or without movement, *wearing ill fitting sandals, *lack of exercise or *internal disorder like arthritis. Point to observe- * if you have difficulty in climbing stairs, take lift while going upstairs. If there is no lift, go up slowly. * if it is due to strain of games or injury, take rest. * if it is due to obesity, reduce weight. * if it is due to constant sitting at a particular posture, change posture and engage in slow walk. * walking regularly at slow pace without unduly straining helps as it improves blood circulation around knee and eases the joint. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take colocynthis 200---once daily morning and give feedback after 7 days

Sometimes in head injury if you have fracture of roof of nasal cavity i. E. Cribriform plate of ethmoid bone then the olfactory nerve which is responsible for smell may get damaged causing anosmia i. E. Inability to smell.

Hi lybrate-user. Knee pain can be caused by a sudden injury, an overuse injury, or by an underlying condition, such as arthritis. Treatment will vary depending on the cause. Symptoms of knee injury can include pain, swelling, and stiffness. Treatment:- treatments will vary, depending upon what exactly is causing your knee pain. Medications:- 1. Tab nucart oa-1 tab twice a day after food. 2. Cap k 101-1 tab twice a day after food. 3. Mahanarayana taila+myovedic oil-mix both thw ois together and apply daily before bath 4. Dasanga lepa-take 1tsp of this powde n mix with hot watern make a paste and leave it for 2-3 hrs daily. For 15 day pnachakarma therapy:- janu basti along with pata pinda sweda for 7sittings will helps a lot. Tips:- 1. Stay slim 2. Strengthening exercises particularly of the quadriceps (straight leg raises and leg extensions are two excellent exercises.

This is a compulsive disorder. You can take this drug as prescribed by your doctor. It can help you. But this is antidepressent and monitoring by doctor is needed. Mentally you should be stong and give positive commend. Ask your close friend to stop you by symbole or a word. You have to take steps and make up your strong mind set to over come this condition.

Musclar spasm & nerve compression might be the reason. X ray is mandatory. 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar.

Hye, thanks for the query. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - the sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels. You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake. Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. You have to eat 3 main and 3 mid meals. Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250 mg/dl. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.
