In today's fast paced world, people suffer from lot of stress and strain at every step of life. The concept of'good health and healthy living' is not possible without any workout. The sense of health consciousness arises only after a sickness. This must be avoided, and the notion'prevention is better than cure' be adopted. So, to keep yourself healthy and going, why not follow a freedom fighter's workout regime.

First of all, the notion that one needs to go to the gym or workout on machines needs to be shoved. People in the olden times kept themselves fit without any fancy equipment or machines. They followed rigorous exercise regime and kept themselves healthy and strong. So, to become fit, one should seriously follow different formats of exercising with a routine. Running, swimming, jogging, push-ups, squat are some of the exercises that can be taken up to stay fit.

Doing these aerobic exercises regularly helps in toning almost every muscle in the body. Jogging has been proven to be good for the heart as it reduces the risk of heart diseases. They deliver oxygen to the heart and muscles. This list of exercise is good for people of all generations and sex. To be fit, you can do workouts like push-ups, pull-ups, sit-up and squat.

Push-ups: this exercise helps to improve the muscles of the arms, chest and shoulders. This exercise helps to build abs; it is an exercise for the manly youth.

Pull-ups: in this posture of exercising the upper half of the body is pulled. It is simply hanging from a firm rod and pulling your upwards. This exercise is extremely good for your shoulders and arms.

Sit-ups: it is the best exercise to build strong abdominal muscles. It also helps the hip muscles. This is a very good exercise pro-pregnancy because most women tend to put on weight.

Squat exercise: this is a great exercise which targets quadriceps, hamstrings and rest of the body. It also trains the muscle of the thighs. This is a welcoming exercise for the youth as well as athletes.

Lastly we must workout with the same zeal as our freedom fighters, to keep our body fit as a fiddle. We should follow our exercise schedule religiously and be dedicated to keeping our bodies fit!

Ayurveda primarily aims at maintaining the health of a healthy individual. rainy season in ayurveda is termed as VARSHA RUTHU . ayurveda is based on tridoshas I. e VATA PITTA KAPHA. balance among these three results in healthy body . imbalance causes diseases. ayurveda has explained that even seasons have the effect on these tridoshas and so on body . therefor in rainy reason there is vitiation of VATA dosh n pitta dosh .thus this causes various diseases in rainy season so follow such diet nd lifestyle that is helpful in balancing these two. during rainy season there will be general weakness in the body . DIET TO BE FOLLOWED : --since your digestion will b sluggish so u need to take light and fresh food prepared from wheat ,barley,rice. --avoid excess fluid intake as this will further lower your metabolic rate. --include lean meat ,cow ghee,lentils ,green gram ,in yo diet. --take sour and salted soups of vegetables ,onion,lean meat. --take small piece of ginger with rocksalt before meals . --drink boiled and cooled water with honey . --avoid Uncooked raw foods,stale foods,leafy vegetables, curd,red meat. --can consume buttermilk instead of curds . --on the whole avoid foods that take long time to digest .

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) U can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) Stop eating junk & processed food. 3) Make a habbit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee . 4) Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) Boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation you need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Do check whether you have any medical problem or not! start doing some of exercise like walk or spot jump. Include protein food as well. Dairy products will help you to increase weight make a routine of your meal.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Hi Firstly, your body proportions are ok. Your BMI is 20.07, which is in normal range. Don't focus on mass and weight. Just focus on being strong and fit. Don't compare yourself with body builders and models. Be proud and confident of yourself. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy Go for regular walks and do yoga. Sleep well.
