Please exercise daily for an hour. Fast walking. Jogging or hill climbing. Go on a strict diet. Reduce all oily. Fatty. Sweet food. Eat salads. Veggies and fruits. Have dinner before 8. It will help in reducing your body mass and weight.

My aunt from last 3 to 4 months always feels tired and sleeps. almost all the tests related to heart, kidney, lungs are done and she doesn't have diabetes also. Doctor said there is some infection in stomach infection and prescribed tablets, but after taking tablets arebthere is no cure. She always complains of feeling tired. What maybe the issue.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Firstly you have to improve your nutrition your food intake and appetite to improve stamina. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal to improve on health.

Hi Lybrate User, Some weight gain is normal during / after childbirth... However in Indian households the elders tend to over feed the mothers with too much of Ghee and other high calorie stuff, which leads to excessive weight gain. 1. You can reduce your weight.. step by step. 2. Firstly stop eating all the high oily/ghee stuff. 3. Daily intake of ghee/oil should not be more than 5 teaspoons total. 4. Daily sugar intake should not be more than 4 teaspoons. 5. Eat a variety of fruits. At least 4 fruits daily. 6. Have two full cucumbers daily. 7. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily. 8. Eat lot of vegetables and salads. 9. Stop eating maida stuff, burgers, pizzas, pakoras, potatoes. 10. You don't need to do any crash diet by you can start reducing all the junk food diet. 11. Go for walks daily for 30 mins. 12. Do all this regularly and definitely your weight will come down. All the best.

Hello less weight is sometimes common according to age. Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning.

Please get General Health Checkup. From this investigation, you will come to know your thyroid level. After that you please contact your doctor for your thyroid medicine. For your energy level, take almonds (10-12) per day. For your acidity, take tender coconut once a day. Also, take buttermilk. Avoid spicy food due to acidity. Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

No need to worry. Thyroid problems are very common. Just a daily pill takes care of the problem. Its a minor issue. As for other tests. I can't say since you have not mentioned the tests. I think they would be routine tests. So just relax. You can connect after you get the reports and advice by doctor if you still have a doubt.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down.
