Good Afternoon ~ Multiple Sclerosis (MS) can be a very debilitating condition and having had it for so many years and being on medications she may have had some discomfort treated, however there will be gradual progression and the epileptic attack may have been related to her Ms. I believe that I need to review her reports before I can give you any answer with regards to her physical health or suggest medications.

How can I control my masturbation? its my daily routine and I want to stop masturbating.

How can I control my masturbation? its my daily routine and I want to stop masturbating.
Masturbation or hand practice is a healthy practice for both, man and woman. Moreover, every normal individual voluntary ejaculates seminal fluid some times in his life. Nevertheless, it is a healthy practice if practiced under limited frequency. And, experts recommend that, any individual must perform hand practice only 1-2 times in a week to keep reproductive system healthy. However, many individuals do not bother to learn about the side effects of over masturbation and, continue to practice more than the frequency recommended by experts as healthy. And, such individuals have to suffer from the ill effects of this natural and healthy practice. Besides, this faulty habit affects an individual on physiological as well as psychological level. But, excessive hand practice is dangerous for reproductive system and, it can arise several sexual problems. An individual suffering from side effects of over masturbation would continuously feel fatigue, due to which his daily routine life gets affected. Excessive hand practice can affect the chemistry of body and brain by changing the hormone levels. Moreover, disturbance in brain chemistry might result in memory loss. An individual might lose his ability to attain proper erections, due to which he might find it difficult to indulge in intimate activities. Premature ejaculation is one of the side effects of over masturbation. Moreover, people suffering from premature ejaculation are unable to satisfy the intense needs of partner by ejaculating long before climax. It prevents a male from fathering a child by reducing the amount of sperm in the seminal fluid. Also, it can affect the quality of sperm, due to which sperm are unable to fertilize the female egg. This faulty habit is responsible for raising several other sexual disorders, for example loss of libido, and semen leakage.

Hi

And this is happening for past one year

Yellow Eyes since 1 year indicates many problems and some of the important ones are 1. Liver diseases such as jaundice, hepatitis and cirrhosis 2.Pterygium is a growth on the cornea (the clear front window of the eye) and the conjunctiva , the thin, filmy membrane that covers the white part of your eye (sclera). This growth is noncancerous and is fairly common. It is a triangular-shaped growth of fleshy tissue on the white of the eye that eventually extends over the cornea. This growth may remain small or grow large enough to interfere with vision. A pterygium can often develop from a pinguecula. Some pterygia may become red and swollen on occasion, and some may become large or thick, making you feel like you have something in your eye. If a pterygium is large enough, it can actually affect the shape of the cornea’s surface, leading to astigmatism. 3.Pinguecula is also a growth on the cornea (the clear front window of the eye) and the conjunctiva , the thin, filmy membrane that covers the white part of your eye (sclera). This is Non-Cancerous. It is a yellowish patch or bump on the conjunctiva, near the cornea. It most often appears on the side of the eye closest to the nose. It is a change in the normal tissue that results in a deposit of protein, fat and/or calcium. It is similar to a callus on the skin It is not entirely clear what causes pterygia and pinguecula to develop. Ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun is believed to be a factor in the development of these growths. Other factors believed to cause pterygia and pingueculae are dry eye and environmental elements such as wind and dust. My suggestion for you is to 1.Go for Blood tests empty stomach for CBC,THYROID PROFILE,LIPID PROFILE,LFT 2.Consult an Eye Specialist for a physical examination to rule out Pterygium and Pinguecula

As you have sex with three persons chances of hiv are there if either is infected with hiv. It is better you ask all three for hiv test to be tension free today. Other wise you have to wait for 3 month (window period) to finaly rule out hiv transfer.

I am suffered by fever before two day place help.

AUTLS, CCEDM, MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS
General Physician,
I am suffered by fever before two day place help.
Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) bathsmay help bring down a fever. -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly
