Hello, Get yourself check for vitamin D and B12. Get the needed supplements ,incase if you suffer from any deficiencies. Ensure your are following a moderate carbohydrate, low fat and moderate protein diet. Avoid eating heavy and oily meals and refrain from alcohol completely. Do walk everyday for atleast 30 mins.

Spine block injection is actually a nerve root block injection. It is given by an expert in back under image intensifier. It is intended to reduce swelling and inflammation around the nerve roots. Depending upon pathology, it may work for long duration.

It is seen with meniscus tear. Get a mri scan of your knee at best centre with 3 tesla machine. That will show the pathology and then treatment can be advised.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

Do physiotherapy as it helps in flexibility and mobility of joints, get your urea, uric acid, kidney and liver function tests, also vit D and calcium levels tested. A few more specialised tests are needed too ,to rule out arthritis and other joint ailments. There are various medications available to increase the joint mobility, reduce swelling and strengthen your muscles and ligaments. You may get back to us for further advice if needed.

You must try to loose your weight first by avoiding carbohydrates, sugar fat etc. do massage if your knee at night daily with seasame oil. Also you may take Rhus Tix 30 thrice a day. It will be better if you may consult on line.

Back Pain . Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # learn posture care exercise. # learn spine strengthening exercise. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same.

Your spine disk is compressed and pain radiate through nerve supply in your leg. Advice: use hot pack for pain relief on back for 10 min. Do pelvic floor muscle exercises 2 times in a day. Lumber muscle stretching exercise like lying supine and both knees touches to the chest by the help of hands do 10 repetition 2 times in a day. Manual lumber traction by lying supine both legs on chair below knees and chair height must be little higher then hip to knee height.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. That is strain according your age so firstly maintain your posture sit straight and do stretching exercise of both limbs. But nw do hot fermentation twice a day and apply pain relief ointment and rest must. Avoid toward bending, long sitting, lifting weight.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
