While bathing do not put tap water directly on head, for head keep aside 1or 2 litre ro water aside, apart from that massage your head with aloe vera gel thrice a week and use curd as conditioner twice a month, don't use shampoo much, buy ubtan from patanjali and put sarso oil 15 days a month. Learn how to do sheershasan from an expert and do it regularly.

Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome is a condition in which episodes of fast heart rate (called tachycardia) occur because of an abnormal extra electrical pathway in the heart. People with WPW may experience palpitations, dizziness, lightheadedness, and fainting, although some people with WPW have no symptoms. Treatments are available for those who do experience symptoms. The long-term outcome of people with WPW is excellent, especially when treatments are used to eliminate the abnormal conduction pathway. Radiofrequency ablation of the accessory pathway is the treatment of choice for patients with WPW syndrome. Radiofrequency ablation is performed in a hospital electrophysiology lab. The patient is given a sedative medication to reduce discomfort. RADIOFREQUENCY ABLATION--A wire (electrode catheter) is advanced into the heart from large blood vessels and positioned within the chambers of the heart using fluoroscopy (low energy x-rays). Cough is generally the result of taking allopathic medication took for simple coryza, or in other words anything which make mucous, secreted during simple coryza, dry. To treat a cough, don't use cough syrups (you can see all cough syrups written in small cough suppressant) and avoid taking ginger tea at all. Take steam inhalation at least 2 times daily and gargle with salt water in morning. Drink black pepper tea with pinch of salt added to it. 2 times a day. If not relieved get an homoeopathic treatment.

Most Common Sexual Problems In Men And Women And Their Treatment

Making love brings an intimacy between the couple that connects them in all ways, not just physical. Couples who do not have a great love life usually do not have a very fulfilling relationship. Though not openly admitted to, sexual problems are very common. Given the private nature of the issue, not many frankly talk about it though. However, sexual problems are quite common and can be attributed to a combination of physical and emotional reasons.

Sexual problems can be threatening to the health of the relationship and can break relationships too. Read on to know some of the most common sexual problems in men and women and simple but sure ways to deal with them.

Common Sexual Problems in Men

  1. Impotence: This is defined as the inability to attain and/or sustain an erection long enough for a satisfying intercourse. Quite a common problem, it can be due to relationship issues, hormonal problems, or performance anxiety. A frank talk with the partner and if required a counseling session can help identify the cause, and the problem seems to disappear.

  2. Loss of Libido: This is a loss of arousal or reduced sex drive. This again has a strong physical and psychological component to it. Hypertension, diabetes, stress, hormonal issues, performance anxiety, and relationship issues are some of the reasons for loss of drive.

  3. Ejaculation Disorders: Premature ejaculation is the early release of sperm. Retrograde ejaculation is when the sperms are released in the reverse direction back into the bladder. Delayed ejaculation is where there is delayed the release of sperms. There is often an underlying physical reason for this, which if corrected, helps in correcting the issue.

Treatment: For most sexual problems, acknowledging is the first step towards effective treatment. There are medications and hormonal supplements which are quite effective. Sex education, frank communication with the partner, and if required counselling is quite effective. Other therapies include hormone replacements, vacuum devices and penile implants.

Common Sexual Problems In Women:

  1. Decreased Libido: Reduced sexual drive is more common in women than men. This could be due to hormonal issues (menopausal), strained relationships, vaginal and gynecologic infections, pelvic pain, painful sex, uterine disorders, etc.

  2. Dyspareunia: Painful sexual intercourse is very common in females, and as much as 75% of women have experienced this during their sex life. Very commonly caused by vaginal dryness, vaginal infections, uterine disorders, UTIs and menopause. This again contributes to reduced libido. Lubricants, topical antibiotics and hormonal supplements can be used in addition to treating the underlying condition.

Treatment: For most sexual problems, as noted already, acknowledging and admitting is the first step. Treatment involves addressing underlying physical issues like hormonal imbalance, antibiotics, topical lubricants, etc. Counselling and involving the partner are most effective. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

If foreskin is narrow and getting cracked then there will be pain during sex. Problem can be solved by circumcision surgery. Consult a general surgeon.

1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin B and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin B contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Eating high-sugar content food and processed foods can increase levels of anxiety. 6. Learn to breathe well and relax. Short, shallow breaths arise when you are tensed. So consciously breathing deeply, plus increasing the duration and depth of breathing helps relax the body and mind to a great extent. 7. Meditate. Meditation has so many positive effects on stress, mood, and anxiety. Club meditation with positive thinking to improve your general well-being and overall health. Yoga is also very effective to take off stress from the body and mind by deep relaxation and breathing techniques. 8. Chill and be silent. Reduce the noise and clutter talk that contributes to anxiety. Find time for yourself and be alone to muse upon your own matters without anyone disturbing you. 9. Worry. Yes, we can cause ourselves to freak out, but only for a certain amount of time. When something weighs heavily on your mind, or you believe something terrible is most definitely going to occur, commit to only creating that worry for 20 minutes. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets Social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

My friend pinky is suffering from some stomach infection where there is an intestinal swelling and continuous stomach ache. We tried a few doctors and finally figured it out to be a severe colitis. Its taking too much of time. She is ill since past 45 days and still not really okay. She is right now unable to eat anything and so she's been fed with salines. After a course of antibiotics she should feel better within a week and after wards for a year she should avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in her daily diet and I will suggest her to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake.

Hello Adithya I need your detail history but start following: * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * start excersice. I need detailed history for better solution & medicine, you can cunsult me later on. Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. you have to get him examined by urologist as the problem could be due to enlarged Prostate. Depending on the size it may have to be removed by surgery. If it is not too large medicines will do the work

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Alpha-Coff and Glyzyrrhiza Glabra 1x - both thrice a day daily for 4 days. Drink this tea up to 3 times a day to help soothe a sore throat and calm coughs. -Make a hot ginger tea to help soothe a chronic cough. -Turmeric is a traditional cough remedy that many people have found effective for coughs. Try mixing half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm milk. You can also try turmeric powder and a teaspoon of honey for dry cough. ********Get your blood tested (empty stomach) for – CBC, ESR; also, sputum examination, an X-ray (chest), Urine (R & M) and Stool examination (R & M) done. Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Your symptoms, apparently, are owing to severe acidity/ reflux. It possibly has a bearing on your dietary patterns, lifestyle and stress levels. I would suggest you to streamline your diet and lifestyle and relax/ de-stress on a regular basis. It is necessary that you stay cool and think positive. Do take more of wheat grain cereals, fresh fruits & leafy greens and ensure that the food is well cooked, bland yet tasty & easily digestible. Avoid hot, chilly, spicy & oily & greasy hard to digest foods. Also, restrict intake of tea, coffee, alcohol, and other high calorie foods like carbonated sugary drinks, packaged juices, sweets, pastries et al. It is good to take smaller amounts of food in regular intervals rather than taking three large meals. Sitting in ‘Vajrasana’ post every meal, helps digest better. Drink plenty of fluids, at least 8 – 10 glasses of water daily and avoid taking water intermittently while eating as this will hamper effective digestion of food. Brisk walk for at least 30 to 45 minutes, 5 to 6 days a week, unless you have any other health issue or advised otherwise by your doc. Amla, ginger, mint, tulsi, ripe banana, cold milk etc also help arrest acidity & associated issues. At the same time it is also advisable for one to restrict alcohol & stop smoking completely. Hope this helps arrest your acidity issues and also help prevent relapse of any gastric ulcers in future. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely

Hi, sleeping problem can be solved with homoeopathic medicines. Take medicines as prescribed and your problem will be solved. Tab tranquil (sbl) 4tabs to be chewed thrice a day 1/2 an hour after meals. Coffea cruda 200 4pills to be taken in the evening at 7 pm, then after dinner and again before sleep. Daily. Revert back for further treatment.

Be gentle with wet hair. Avoid rubbing your hair dry and also avoid combing through wet hair. Your hair is more susceptible to breakage when wet and the result will a a clump in your brush and stray strands at your feet.
