Hello. I have facing eye problem. When I am working with computer than I face water in my eyes. This is also painful....
Hi. I have a few suggestions for you regarding the usage of computers, mobile phones and books. Follow the rule of" 20" this means that every 20 minutes, take a gap of 20 seconds, blink your eyes actively 20 times and focus at an object which is minimum 20 feet away. This will help in relieving your eyes from the continuous strain that is caused due to staring. Staring at the computer continuously causes us to subconsciously blink less than normal. This causes the tear film on the surface of the eye to dry up. The result of this is pain, discomfort, etc. Another suggestions regarding the usage of computers is to maintain a proper posture. The computer must be positioned at the same height as your eye level. The neck should not be inadvertently flexed or extended. Roughly, an angle of 90 degrees should be maintained between your upper body and thighs. Likewise, a similar angle (90 degrees) should be maintained between your lower legs and thighs. Also the angle between your hands and arms should be roughly 90 degrees. This is the healthy ergonomic way of sitting while using a computer. Maintenance of proper posture would help in further relieving the symptoms of eye discomfort and pain. You could consider preservative free lubricant eye drops 4 to 5 times daily. These eye drops would ensure that your eyes stay well lubricated and fresh. All these suggestions may take a while to sink in and imbibe in your routine. Once followed, they are sure to work wonders for you. Hope my suggestions help you. Take care. Regards.

Hello, Bloodshot eyes appear red because the vessels at the surface of the white portion of the eye become swollen. Vessels may swell due to: Eye dryness Too much sun exposure Dust or other particles in the eye Allergies Infection Injury Eye infections or inflammation can cause redness as well as possible itching, discharge, pain, or vision problems. Other causes of eye redness include Colds or allergies, Acute glaucoma, Corneal scratches: Injuries caused by sand, dust, or overuse of contact lenses. Sometimes, a bright red spot, called a subconjunctival hemorrhage, will appear on the white of the eye. This often happens after straining or coughing, which causes a broken blood vessel on the surface of the eye. Most often, there is no pain and your vision is normal. It is almost never a serious problem. Because the blood leaks into the conjunctiva, which is clear, you cannot wipe or rinse the blood away. Like a bruise, the red spot will go away within a week or two. Management: - Try to rest your eyes if redness is due to fatigue or eye strain. No other treatment is needed. - Wash your hands, hold clean water in your hand, keep your eyes closer to the water and dip the eyes by blinking the eyelids frequently in the held water in hand. Repeat it for 3-4 times again. - Avoid watching T.V., working on computer or mobile, reading. - In case there is itching, use a clean napkin or a tissue to wipe the tears and cleaning the eyelids gently. -Wear an UV-rays protected sunglasses while you are out in sun. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe’s Belladonna 30 and Euphrasia 30 - both thrice daily for 4 days. Use Euphrasia Eye drops twice daily. Revert back thereafter.

Surgery is often the only way to treat the abscess and remove all the infected tissue. However, some may spontaneously drain by themselves and not need any surgery. Your surgeon will discuss the options with you. Non Surgical Options: 1. Try a sitz bath. Often recommended by doctors, a sitz bath, as its name suggests, a sitz bath is a warm bath in which the buttocks are immersed in warm (104° F/40° C) water for up to 30 minutes at a time. Certain essential oils added to the bathwater may help relieve symptoms. 2. Try omitting dairy products. 3. Avoid excessive cleansing, which may cause anal itch. Whenever possible, cleanse with water rather than paper. Use only white toilet paper. The dyes used to make colored toilet paper can cause itch and inflammation. 4. Sit down less, or use a ring-shaped cushion that takes weight off the anus. This reduces pressure on the blood vessels in the anal canal. 5. Take up to 1,000 mg of vitamin C a day. Vitamin C seems to prevent formation of fistula when there is anal abscess. 6. Treat constipation. Relieving constipation is probably the single most useful home remedy Thank you.

Antibiotics are for any infection. Water in your eyes may not be due to infection. It may be due to allergy also. Homoeopathy has good treatment for your problem. Take homoeopathic medicine Euphrasia 200 (6 to 7 pills ) twice daily for a week and consult me for further advice.
