Lubricate your hair. Using a moisturizer greatly reduces the chances of split ends and promotes hair growth by diminishing breakage. However, to avoid overtly oily hair, use only a little moisturizer or try lubricating your hair a couple of hours before hair wash. Moisturized hair will attract dust if you go out.

Hi nothing to worry if there is fresh blood coughing or vomiting that's something to worry and needs to be evaluated. But jus saliva mixed with blood nothing to worry about. Sometimes small blood vessels open open due to coughing or due to vigorously brushing mucosal injury leads to blood stained saliva. Avoid vigorous brushing over tongue or gums. Do warm salt water gargling.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time .8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Hi lybrate-user. If you are getting pms symptoms it's best to wait for a few more days for your period. Aneways with medicines too it would take around 10 days for you to get your period. If however you still don't get your period then repeat the test with an early morning sample of urine and check. If negative we can start you on medicines to resume your periods.

I have a daughter who is 8years old. I also have a son who is 6years old. My daughter is very sensitive and therefore most of the times she is in extreme mood either happy or sad. If she is sad, she will cry for every small things, incident. We try very hard to remain calm and composed with her but her problem of this over sensitivity is too much. She also has this feeling that we like son more than her which is definitely the case. She also do not listen to us and when things go wrong she repents by weeping a lot. Kindly advise I have not consulted any psychologist.

She may have a genuine problem about the attention the son is getting as compared to her. She may not realize that she is contributing more and more to this discrepancy – after all she is still a child. Her sensitivity may have everything to do with this issue. But she is attracting a lot of negative attention, because for her, any attention is better than no attention. Even so, the sensitivity may be inherited from her parents, if there is any truth to that. There could be factors like prenatal influences too that may be contributing to this. You will do well to meet with a child psychologist and get continuous guidance to affect some positive change. In the meantime do give her a lot of attention proactively. If you give it reactively she will develop a manipulative method, inadvertently. Take her out to play, spend quality time with her in non-stressful ways like visiting friends and relatives, movies, trips, events and activities, and many more such things. You can affect a move from the negative to the positive, if you do it ingeniously. Do not give attention for any negative behavior but make those same situations into positive ones. If you get caught up in her game, you will only feed into further sensitivity. She is amenable to change because she is so young and you as parents are well aware to want that change.

Dear, the height of body depends of many factors, but the main factors are: 1. Family history 2. Diet 3. Age 4. Sex 5. Lifestyle as you are young and your desire of gaining height is strong, there are methods by which you can gain some centimetres of height. 1. The height of body is largely depend on the length of your spine (vertebral column or back bone in general language). So you have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowly lower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towards toes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for at least 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stress free lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. For meditation, listen to slow and spiritual music, take long breaths for 15-20 minutes everyday. It makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Pimple are natural part of growing up age. All you need to do it to keep your face clean, best is to wash it many times with soap and water and take steam twice a day. About hair fall, it may be sometimes a symptom of thyroid disease. Please get a blood test done for thyroid function.

Hair loss has multiple potential causes, including diet, mineral deficiency, medications, severe stress or illness, pollution, and your genetics.There are no guarantees that you can prevent hair loss that is genetically programmed, or hair loss caused by factors not within your control; however, you can do the best by your hair to give it the greatest chance of staying in top condition and not leaving your head sooner than it needs to.you can prevent hair loss by some precautions like. Limit your use of hair dryers. Heat weakens hair proteins. Constant heating and drying can lead to brittleness and fragility that can cause hair loss that would not have occurred otherwise. Wash hair with mild shampoo. Hair washing helps prevent hair loss as it can keep your hair and scalp clean (preventing the chances of infections that might cause hair loss). Use a good hairbrush. How you brush your hair can have a big impact on the condition of your hair. Go for a soft brush made from natural fibres, and don’t brush from the top down, but from the underside out. Be as gentle as you can and don’t pull too hard. Try a scalp massage. A scalp massage with a nourishing oil (such as coconut, rosemary, lavender, or almond oil) will increase the blood flow to the surface of the skin on your head and your hair follicles. Rubbing and kneading your scalp warms the skin and boosts circulation so the cells in the follicles get plenty of nutrients which in turn maximise hair growth potential. Have a healthy balanced diet. Nutritional responses to preventing hair loss are simple common sense approaches to keeping you, your hair, and your scalp healthy. A healthy body is more likely to have healthy hair than an unhealthy one. It is possible that hair loss can be slowed by a healthy diet filled with vegetables and fruits. There are some vitamins and minerals (listed in the following steps) that can be especially helpful in promoting healthy hair and thus preventing hair loss. Consume plenty of iron. Iron is an essential mineral that is known as heme iron in animal food sources and non-heme iron in plant sources. Too little iron can lead to anaemia which disrupts the supply of nutrients to your follicles, potentially increasing hair loss. To avoid this, be sure to make iron-rich foods are regular elements in your diet. Red meat, chicken and fish are good sources of iron. So are green vegetables such as broccoli, spinach and kale

Hi, please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily. Apply sesa hair oil and take cap trichup 1-0-1 after food for 3 months to arrest hair fall.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

- दिल की बीमारी में यह अमृत है। यह खून में कोलेस्ट्रॉल को नियंत्रित करती है। दिल की बीमारी से ग्रस्त लोगों को तुलसी के रस का सेवन नियमित रूप से करना चाहिए।

मच्छरों के काटने से होने वाली बीमारी - मच्छरों के काटने से होने वाली बीमारी, जैसे मलेरिया में तुलसी एक कारगर औषधि है। तुलसी और काली मिर्च का काढ़ा बनाकर पीने से मलेरिया जल्दी ठीक हो जाता है। जुकाम के कारण आने वाले बुखार में भी तुलसी के पत्तों के रस का सेवन करना चाहिए। इससे बुखार में आराम मिलता है। शरीर टूट रहा हो या जब लग रहा हो कि बुखार आने वाला है तो पुदीने का रस और तुलसी का रस बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर थोड़ा गुड़ डालकर सेवन करें, आराम मिलेगा।

Joint pains is one of the most common and painful health condition. Living with joint pains is not easy. Ayurvedic remedies therapies, treatments, herbs and home remedies have been providing relief since ages.

 

Ayurvedic view of Joint Pains and Arthritis

According to Ayurvedic understanding, joint pains develop mainly due to accumulated toxic matter which further results in imbalance of the three doshas. Due to weakness of the gastric fire or the agni, when the food remains undigested, then the undigested juice (Ama rasa) intermingles with the vitiated doshas viz.Vata, Pitta and Kapha. This results in causing pain and inflammation in the joints and thus production of the disease of joint pains and arthritis.

 

Joint Pains Symptoms

Joint pains may show symptoms like – Tenderness and enlargement of the joint with limitation of its movements. There generally is pain in the affected joints, which increases on movement and decreases with rest. Joint pains are generally accompanied by joint stiffness and wasting of the muscles. The pain might increase with change in the weather. Also, in joint pains there is loss of flexibility, grating sensation and bone spurs may emerge. The ailment of joint pains and arthritis may also include symptoms like anorexia, weakness, loss of weight and difficulty in movement of the joints as the disease progresses.

 

Knee Joint Pains

The knee joint pains are one of the most common and dreaded joint pains which are much weakening and distressing. These joint pains are mainly the form of osteo-arthritis which is a degenerative joint disease due to the lack of lubricating (Synovial) fluid in the joints, leading to the damage in cartilage, bone, joint capsule, ligaments and muscles. In Ayurveda, this medical condition is described as Sandhi Vata. It is a Vata Dosha disorder affecting joints, mainly Knees, where the vata dosha gets aggravated and dries up the Kapha (Synovial fluid-Shleshak Kapha) in the joints. This causes roughening of the smooth surfaces of the joints and later, bone rubs on bone and movements become painful. Although, the modern medicines rests on relieveing the pain with pain killers, but in Ayurvedic treatments for joint pains and osteo arthritis there are long lasting results with least side effects.

This must be understood that the disease of joint pains particularly the knee joint pains, the condition gradually worsens if not properly taken care of. Therefore timely relief with Ayurvedic treatments is the way out.

Ayurvedic Medicine for Joint Pains

Ayurveda medicine is rich natural source of herbs and herbo-mineral products that ensure sufficient relief from problems of joint pains and arthritis. A number of herbs like Garlic, Ginger, Guggulu, Turmeric, Bishop’s weed, Shilajit, Rasna, Nirgundi etc have been recommended time and again in Ayurveda text so as to attain relief from joint pains. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, Take Thuja 200 Ch , 3 drops once in a week for 1 month. Take healthy balanced diet including whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Take a sound sleep of 8 hours minimum. Apply bakson's under eye cream on the dark circles. Apply Ramdev's aloe vera gel on the whole face at night. Home remedy:-1.Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally. Plus, they have a soothing and refreshing effect. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Repeat twice daily for about a week or more. Another option is to mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal amounts. Use a cotton ball to apply the mixture on the affected skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Follow this remedy daily for at least one week. 2.Raw Potato:-There are natural bleaching agents present in potato that can help lighten dark circles and get rid of puffiness around the eyes. Grate one or two raw potatoes to extract the juice. Soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it over your closed eyes. Make sure the juice covers the dark circles under your eyes as well as the eyelids. Allow the juice to sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse your eyelids well with cool water. Repeat once or twice daily for a few weeks. Instead of potato juice, you can also use thick potato slices to remove dark circles. 3.Tomato:-Tomatoes have bleaching properties that can lighten skin to a great extent.Mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with one-half teaspoon of lemon juice. Gently apply this mixture on the dark circles and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Rinse it off with water. Follow this remedy twice a day for a few weeks. Simply using tomato juice will also work. You can also drink a glass of tomato juice with some mint leaves, lemon juice and salt. For maximum results, be sure to drink this juice immediately after making it. Drink it once or twice a day for about a week.
