4-5 GLASSES IN WINTER AND 8-10 GLASSES IN SUMMER. If you do physical activity, requirement may be more. Benefits 1. It restores body water loss due to perspiration and loss in urine. 2. It is essential to maintain water & electrolyte balance in body and to maintain normal osmalality of blood. 3. It increases your perspiration making you feel cold in summer. 4. It helps in reduction of fever by perspiration. 5. It helps in excretion of unwanted metabolites, chemical and drugs from blood in urine. 6. It boosts metabolism. 7. It fastens blood circulation. 8. It prevents stone formation in kidneys and bladder by making urine thin. 9. It prevents burning during urination. 10. It flushes your urinary tract and prevents urinary tract infections (UTIs) 11. It boosts your bowel movements and prevents constipation. Extreme of everything is bad. Excess water intake may cause water intoxication resulting into diminished blood osmolality with water entering more into cells making them to swell and get dead. Specially brain cells start swelling and dying. But this situation does not normally arise during oral water intake but during IV fluid infusions and in oral intake if there is high secretion of ADH (Anti-diuretic hormone = Vasopressin) and after heavy water intake with MDMA (Ecstasy) drug intake in rave parties & clubs due to release of vasopressin. If you are a patient of Congestive heart failure or left ventricular failure or have high ADH secretion, you should keep your oral water intake limited. 12. It improves digestion and absorption.

Hi lybrate-userhere are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day.

There mainly two reasons for hair fall. One is what we call telogen effluvium that occurs after an illness, stress or, nutritional deficiency. Other one in male patients are due to hormonal cause i. E male pattern baldness or androgenic alopecia.

Mix a tsp each of honey,curd and banana,apply it on face for ten minutes and wash off without soap.Apply kojivit gel twice daily over spots.Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Use a cap .Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after.Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants .

So many people may have vesiculo ureteric reflux. But if it is sterile reflux there is no hermful but if there are recurrence of urinery tract infection with reflux it may hermful to your kidney.reflux can be prevent by deflux injection through cystoscopy, letest procedure

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

For a good and glowing skin, take a proper sleep, plenty of water. Do not step out in the sun, without wearing a sunscreen. Wear a broad rimmed hat or cover your face with a stole whenever you step out in the sun. Apply a broad spectrum, non-comedogenic sunscreen 3 times in the daytime. Avoid excessive usage of mobile/laptop. Nutritious diet rich in antioxidants (green vegetables and fresh fruits) and avoidance of stress will help.

Obesity may be cause ED. For asthma take budamate 200 2puff twice/day through spacer.For ED consult a urologist who after examining you .Can advise some tests specialy colour doppler of male organ and assess any organic cause which can be surgically corrected.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Firstly, you have to modified your lifestyle and food habits. 30 minutes exercise or walk is essential. Don`t skip the meal take more fibre and liquid in your diet eat more fruits instead of juice but avoid banana, and mango like more calorie fruits. Do not take rice in dinner avoid sweets, fried foods and fast food in your diet instead of more chappati you can add more green vegetable and salad in your daliy diet

I really don't know anything about kisore gugale. However if you follow healthy diet you don't have to take any tablet. It is generally noticed that the people who fast for long hours (self dieting), tend to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. To loose with heathy food like eat every 3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, limit aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day. Don't test in the afternoon. Exercise atleast for 40 minutes in the evening/cardio/weights. This will tire you out Go to bed by 10.30 to 11pm Wake up in the morning by 6 pm. 7 hrs complete sleep. Exercise in the morning  am outlining  food you should avoid or restrict in Hypothyroidism. It's important  you maintain  your body weight exercise regularly. Weight gain increases thyroid hormone requirements.  Avoid cruciferous   group of veggies  like cabbage and broccoli. Avoid soya bean in all forms. No soya, nugget, chunk, tofu or milk. Limit their intake: Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, turnips, and bok choy. Cooking the vegetables can reduce the effect that cruciferous vegetables have on the thyroid gland. Limiting your intake to 5 ounces a day appears to have no adverse effect on thyroid function. Decrease gluten  intake from processed  food. Always try whole grain varieties of cereals which is rich in fibres and help improve  bowels (Take your thyroid replacement  medicine several hours before or several hours after food rich in fibres. Otherwise problem  with absorption  of hormone. 20 to 35 gram of fibres daily from all sources. Avoid excessive fatty (deep fried) and sugary food as hypothyroidism  causes your metabolism  to slow down &weight gain. Avoid highly salted food, chips, pickles, sauces as they Contain  large amount of sodium. Hypothyroidism  puts you at risk of high BP and excess sodium in salt aggravates Coffee  in excess. And coffee with thyroid hormone  replacement  can prevent absorption.  Alcohol. It is toxic to thyroid gland and prevents  hormone production and absorption. The problems of hypothyroidism  gets better with medicines, diet and exercise.  You will start  Better as the levels of your hormone normalises.  Initially  you need to do the TSH test every 6 weeks till normal TSH then every 3 months Diet /EXERCISE/Medicines/Sleep/meditation: 5 pillars of health needed to live the healthiest Hope this helps.
