I had take trimester tablet for joint pain complaint which is caused by chikungunya. But when I take this medicine I feel better regards pain but vomiting starts. It happens three times within 10 days. What I had to do. I have 100 degree F fever at present may be due to vomiting and joint pain. Pain is more severe in wrist of both hands.

I am a 48 years female 5.4 is my height nd 68 kg wt. What should my weight be please guide how 2 loose my weight I am suffering frm knee nd lower back pain nd have pain in my ankle so can not go for long walks please help.

Ankle stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation. Knee core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

I was born in 1957 and I under go surgery in germany in the upper part of my back (cerfical c5) despite I feel ok but I suffer continuous pain in the back and shoulders.

Confirm by x-rays of cervical spine ap & lat. Views no pillow under the head during sleep. Do neck & shoulder exercises. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

I am having, neck pain in right shoulder region from past two days, what should I do?

Thx for the query. Neck pain at this region could be due to injury cervical neck pain poor posture during sleep muscular strain. For such pains, take painkillers or muscle relaxants. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Rest with neck extended. Without pillow. Apply pain oint locally. If still no relief, get your xray cervical spine ap and lateral done to rule out other causes. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello sir, I am 25 year old girl, from last 3 years I am having anxiety problem. Whenever some tense situation occur I started thinking something wrong is going to happen with me. When situation become normal then also I feel little pain in my heart. Sometime in shoulder and exactly back side of heart. I usually started thinking this at night. I have done ecg in march but it appears normal and x ray is also ok. And whenever I saw something tense in tv also I started feeling fearful. I was not at all like this before this. Really I am very confused what is wrong with me. Please tell me solution to overcome this?

There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others. Sir, I slipped in bathroom in 2012. I felt pain over thigh of left leg. Immediately I went to hospital. Thigh was not bloated. Doctor only gave me medicine and ointment. I used it and after a week I got cured. But after 5 year in last 2 days I am feeling pain over left thigh again. I am now afraid of and getting worry what have I to do to get completely cure of this. Kindly help me Doctor.

Pain in musclesis a common condition. Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5day caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am 44 playing tennis since 8 years. I have heel pain, I have gone through physio, shock therapy, pain killers but still it is there. Except injection, is there any treatment to recover Planter Facities? Due to this back pain is also started. I am looking for good treatment which can remove my heel pain.

You should change your shoes. Second take hypericum 1m - thrice daily for next 7 days. Also avoid walking/standing too long at a stretch for some time. Get back to me for further treatment.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times

Take piece of paper write your strenghts and weaknesses. Then you write what three things you want without which you cannot live. If you already have then write next two and if you do not have then start thinking how best you can get it.(please do not want those things which are not feasable at this momments) considering your strenght and weakness. Do your real self analysis.

My dad's nature appears to be very unnatural for eg: yesterday he had gone out in a wedding and then after coming back home he was confused whether he had come back with his car only or with others car and then he was very stressed that he will be prisoned for the case of robbery of a car.
